When I walked in, all 4 counter guys were on their phones. I stood there about 10 minutes but even when they finished their calls, they never acknowledged me. I finally stood in front on one of them and when he hung up, I forced my conversation and what I was looking for. He said, sure, we should have those and called for a parts puller up to the counter to help me. Another 20 minutes elapsed before someone showed up. He went huntin' (as he put it), for the part. He came back empty handed after 10 minutes. While not convenient, I guess that's just the way it is, especially when trying to avoid paying Ford $25 for a new one.

To receive credit for this defective transmission I paid returned shipping and received 4% less credit because of they claim the fee was bank charges they had to pay to for bank credit card fees. Just nickel dimes in fees. They should have issued full credit and ate the credit card fees. We would have never been in this situation if they would have supplied a a good usable transmission. Would never use these companies.

About 8 months later the car starts running really bad so I take it in to get it serviced and cone to find out i need to spend $7,000 on a new engine because the head gasket was apparently going bad and they failed to disclose that issue with me. I had the car towed from the 1st mechanic to Ultimate Motors in Jacksonville to get them to help me because it doesn't seem right to stick the customer with the bill but instead I didn't really get much help from them either. They had my cars for about 3 weeks with no communication until I had to go there and talk to them only for them to say they reached out to the extended warranty company Alpha Extended Services who say they cover the engine and yet they denied the claim saying they don't cover head gaskets when last time I checked a head gasket is part of the engine. Ultimate Motors seem like they honestly wanted nothing to do with me and acted like i was annoying them. They tell me I need to have it towed to a Ford dealership to see if the car has an extension warranty on it so I have to get it towed yet again. Once there I'm told by 3 different mechanics that Ultimate Motors definitely covered up the problem with gasket sealer and they sold me a bad warranty company and that an issue like this is 100% supposed to be covered. I'm not done fighting this because I definitely was scammed. If you're looking to get a car I'd stay far away from Ultimate Motors of St Augustine and Jacksonville because they'll sell you a car no matter what the condition and will do as little as possible to help you when things go south. I should have known this place was a red flag when the battery died the following day after I purchased the car

After getting her car repaired, she immediately noticed there were several things that went missing from her car. Among a few of the items were expensive items like cologne, sunglasses, and a collapsible baton. After confronting the manager, her servicer, and car wash person, they claimed they "did not see it." The people at this location did NOTHING to remedy the situation. Seems like they are okay with hiring untrustworthy people that are more than happy to steal items from your personal vehicle. Terrible way to do business in a place where you need to trust someone with your car for weeks of repair. This place would get a 0 star if I could.

Thinking my luck was going to turn, I went to pick up my car one week later than estimated it would be done. I'm grateful anyways. As I was going to grab some familiar items, I notice there are more than a few things missing from my car...sunglasses, cologne, an expandable baton, etc. Without assuming, I asked the branch manager if they happened to have a bag that may have collected my items while it was being cleaned. The mechanic was notified, who then asked the car cleaning crew. The end conclusion was that no one "remembered seeing it". Ok thanks. And that was it. Nothing else was done. I left without making a fuss, but it was super disappointing on top of a bad circumstance. Car repair was good, but business and professionalism skills I give a zero.

It did take my car about three weeks to get back but only because the at-fault insurance company took FOREVER to respond. I'm sure I would've gotten my car back within a week if it wasn't for Ocean Harbor. Victor's body shop was so incredibly patient and extremely communicative. My car looks brand new. I am very appreciative of the great work they did.

The paint job however was pretty bad on the fender... 4/10, it looks okay from 5ft but there's obvious signs of poor prep work, dirt getting painted over, and solid edges on the corners from them just laying the body panels on the ground while wet. Paint is already starting to chip on said panel within a day of picking up the car. Mechanical repair 3/10, returned the car to me with a bent shock just because "it passed alignment"... doesnt mean the shock isn't dangerous to drive on. I chose to go to this shop instead of a national chain with my insurance because i wanted to support a local business but I should have been more thorough in my inspection before pickup.
