First of all, Devyn was great as a salesman. But his finance managers pulling the strings are jerk…read moreoffs. Thomas and Jeremy did what typical finance managers do. They pressure you and gaslight you. They loved that our toddler came with us to distract us from all of their fees and things on the first day. They verbally told us things that were in accurate. One of them was confirmed by Mazda Financial themselves to be inaccurate. One of those things was that lease wear and tear covers over mileage, when it does NOT. We had the lease wear and tear on the CX5 we were turning in and still somehow owed over $1k in "upside down" equity. So what was lease wear and tear for? Their behind the scenes fees are ridiculous and when we first asked for the breakdown to be explained, they were condescending. "That's what the itemization is for" as if their itemization isn't the most blasphemous breakdown. They hassled us to come back and have a different finance manager (Jeremy), who was equally, if not MORE pushy and rude than Thomas, who by the way invited himself to the meeting with the other finance manager. He asked to sit through the meeting and foolishly, we let him. That idiot was randomly chiming in from the back like "don't worry, I got this boss". A lot of gaslighting. When we told them we wanted to unwind the revised contract that they sent us to sign in order to buy out her CX5, they got mad, said they probably sold the CX5 already and that they'd be right back. Then the GSM told him to come back in and basically tell us to F off and they were submitting the original deal. We told them from the beginning we wanted a car that was $100 less than what they put her payments at. When we expressed that, they didn't care. Instead, they pushed the deal through. I walked the lot and did not see the CX-5. So my guess is that they likely hid the car because they were worried that we may try to buy it back out. This dealership's lack of integrity and practices are horrendous and that's sad because not even Hodges Mazda was that bad. We will be reporting this deal.

It's so nice for guest who waits with their car. The other thing that stands out is the wash and vacuum service. It's standard for all Lexus to wash and vacuum each car after service but it's the small things that count for me. I used to go to AutoBell Car Wash and their policy is: anything on the floor is trash, if you don't want something thrown away move it onto your seat. But you can just tell what's trash or not (like napkins, empty paper cups, plastic wrappings etc). The Charlotte locations will simply just pick up your paper trash and leave it on your seats and you get a junky car returned to you. I didn't even have to tell Lex of Jax, they had common sense to know it was trash and threw away or vacuumed it for me. And I also had two bird poop stain on my hood and they made sure it was gone.

I stopped by on my way home from work with no appointment and a very nice woman took it back so the technicians could get an idea of what was happening and I could schedule an appointment. Turns out it was a super quick fix and they just took care of it real quick and then sent me on my way! I know it was no major issue but for my peace of mind I'm so glad I stopped by and they were able to take care of me and ease my worry!

During our test drive, he let me test everything - the brakes, the speed, the convertible top, every button and switch. He did a great job of answering all my questions too. I also worked with his dad Ben on all the paperwork. Seriously love that they've got a father-son team there. Ben was also very honest and easy to work with, and I feel I got a fantastic deal on the car I went with. They had me in and out in less than 2 hours, and even fed me lunch since it came in while I was there. Had to go here yesterday looking for a replacement cup holder insert for my Son's Ford F150. They…read morespecialize in used/recycled Ford parts. When I walked in, all 4 counter guys were on their phones. I stood there about 10 minutes but even when they finished their calls, they never acknowledged me. I finally stood in front on one of them and when he hung up, I forced my conversation and what I was looking for. He said, sure, we should have those and called for a parts puller up to the counter to help me. Another 20 minutes elapsed before someone showed up. He went huntin' (as he put it), for the part. He came back empty handed after 10 minutes. While not convenient, I guess that's just the way it is, especially when trying to avoid paying Ford $25 for a new one.

To receive credit for this defective transmission I paid returned shipping and received 4% less credit because of they claim the fee was bank charges they had to pay to for bank credit card fees. Just nickel dimes in fees. They should have issued full credit and ate the credit card fees. We would have never been in this situation if they would have supplied a a good usable transmission.
