Also, you have to call this shop to get updates. They will not do anything until you keep calling them. Any Owner Operator stay away from all Rushes. I only went to this location because it was preferred by NTP. I'm calling NTP to have them remove the referred location. My truck had two simple issues which are still not repaired. The problem is you get stuck in stations where you have your truck at these locations because they did so much work trying to figure out the problem when I can see the codes on my ELD. Imagine dealership with 3.7 rating on Google is embarrassing. It's clear the service manager of this location doesn't care. All call this shop before towing my vehicle to this location. They confirmed they weren't busy and could be pulled in right away. Please avoid this location unless you want your truck down for weeks.

There have been two instances where there were missing parts (gaskets), one from a water pump and another from a fuel pump. With the water pump incident, the sales person got another water pump from the back and after inspecting that one, it clearly was installed on a vehicle (used) since the gasket was poorly adhered to the pump. Both of these instances happening within the last three months. The inventory in this location is a bit unreliable so I advise to inspect what you purchase before you leave the store. Besides that, NAPA does have quality parts.

We arrived near noon and were told they would be with us as soon as possible. Around 2:00 Will Gunsaulus got with us and diagnosed the problem as loose fuel lines - difficult to reach. He had us in the shop, lines tightened and out before the work day was done. We spent the night at the facility where they have water and electric shore power. The next morning Will checked an engine warning light; he diagnosed a speed sensor that has a break in the line at no charge. We had had an oil leak repaired in Texas - a main seal replaced. It had thrown oil everywhere in the engine compartment & was a mess. Will managed to tighten the fuel lines without leaving one smudge of grease/oil or dirt on any surface although he was covered in it by the time he finished. He removed his shoes to enter the RV and placed papers and plastic covers on the carpets. We highly recommend Will Gunsaulus and Cummins Inc in Jacksonville, FL! The last time I was in there, I knew exactly what I wanted but the employee behind the counter/register insisted upon looking it up and then tried to sell me the wrong part. (Not only did I know exactly what I wanted, I had the old part in hand, but it didn't matter, the employee insisted she knew better.) I left without making a purchase. Again.
