As a loyal Ford customer, retired Ford employee, and Medallion Elite Alumni, encountering someone like this is a deterrent. It wasn't until after I mentioned my resume that she called someone to get further advice. I had had enough of the encounter and departed the service department. I jumped in my car and found another Ford dealership, which was super helpful in providing me with the much-needed Battery.

I found another dealer with a newer truck for 200 dollars more, so obviously I went there. They low balled my trade, added thousands of dollars to the deal and I left. Called Brandon from the parking lot and told him if he could give me a certain amount for my trade and tell me the fees, i would come buy the truck right then. He called me back in 10 minutes, said he could do the price I asked. He did not tell me the truck was an XLT which is the top trim level. We were in and out in 2 hours. The second place suggested I go to a suspension shop. The suspension shop recommended G&H Tires, which made all the difference. The owner, Roger Grant, explained that both places were wrong, although both places did alignments. He used a picture and also showed me the new parts. The parts only needed to be replaced by updated adjustable parts-the so called "missing pieces" were still on the vehicle. Mr. Grant was thorough, gave me the prices up front, and kept them. As you can tell, I'm not well-versed in car talk. But I know quality and professionalism and found both at G&H tires.
