It was a very disappointing service experience. I stopped in to buy a battery, but Christina Gill told me she couldn't provide any parts while they were servicing vehicles. Her demeanor towards me was as though the caffeine level had hijacked her logical thought process, and her reluctance set it in stone. As a loyal Ford customer, retired Ford employee, and Medallion Elite Alumni, encountering someone like this is a deterrent. It wasn't until after I mentioned my resume that she called someone to get further advice. I had had enough of the encounter and departed the service department. I jumped in my car and found another Ford dealership, which was super helpful in providing me with the much-needed Battery. read more

I wanted a Maverick and had a certain dollar amount to spend. I worked with Brandon Colongo. We could not get a deal together, but Brandon looked for 2 weeks until he found what did work. I found another dealer with a newer truck for 200 dollars more, so obviously I went there. They low balled my trade, added thousands of dollars to the deal and I left. Called Brandon from the parking lot and told him if he could give me a certain amount for my trade and tell me the fees, i would come buy the truck right then. He called me back in 10 minutes, said he could do the price I asked. He did not tell me the truck was an XLT which is the top trim level. We were in and out in 2 hours. had to come up to do a TSB on my suv and so far the lady on the phone has been the only good experience I've had so far.. I was told I could wait over in the show room/lounge... I feel like I'm in purgatory... it's so depressing in here! just millennial gray walls, no art, no music (heck I'd take ford ads over this silence) wait I did find a boombox... their central desk looks like a dictators podium very uninviting.. the ceiling tiles all damaged from old age and water the popcorn ceilings all covered in dust.. not a single person has even said hi to me... to the point they avoid eye contact... then I get a text saying it's my tech and if I have any questions I could text them and so I did but no response... overall just what a drag I can see so much potential for them... just hoping they actually update my car read more

He was fabulous and the other salespeople were very nice, even when they knew i was looking for Dylan. I haven't dealt with service yet, but it beats driving to Jacksonville. My wife and I had a terrible experience getting our well maintained 2018 Mustang serviced at Paul Clark Ford. The car was brought in for "The Works" $81.87 maintenance package. We had issues with all of the included services - tire pressure check and rotation, oil and filter change, resetting the oil change monitor and the fluids not being topped off. In addition, we were sold rusting lug nuts as new Ford OEM parts - which they refused to replace. My wife waited while the car was serviced and it took an hour longer than promised. Furthermore, as my wife left the service center and drove up Route 200 to Aldi's she noticed thick black smoke in the side and rear-view mirrors - and though it was from an adjacent truck - only to find out, as she pulled into the Aldi's lot that it was from the back of our car. When I contacted dealership Ryan basically made no reasonable effort to address our issues other than to offer a future complementary oil change service. We did not view this as an acceptable resolution - and have opted to have the services performed elsewhere. We'll never go back. read more

Had an appointment for an oil change but was not seen for over an hour. It appears walk ins are honored more than appointments. Why have appointments if they aren't respected? Just moved here and I am not happy with how this system treats its customers. Other dealerships take the appointments over the walk ins, but this place is a hot mess Suggestion: do the appointments in the morning, and then have the walk in ( 1st come/ 1st served) after the appointments. This way the appointments will be honored in a timely fashion & you can still do walkins after. Better business sense that is customer friendly. read more

I recently bought a used truck at Paul Clark Ford. It was not one of the certified ones but it was in relatively good shape four years old and only had 34,000 miles on it. RJ Pierce was a very gracious and kind sales person very caring and help me resolve a few small issues on the truck himself by going extra mile, I did discover a few small issues with the truck that were supposed to be covered under there general inspection. Both windshield wipers the blade was peeling off. on the inspection. It says the air filters were good. It looked like the air filter and the truck had never been changed , and they had put a couple plugs in the front tire. They could've at least put a professional patch on the inside of the tire. This is also a safety issue when buying a car there look over the tires and do some basic checks yourself but once again, RJ was a great sales person and did the best he could , I am happy with the truck read more

Sent my car to them to fix some recalls. We had to drive the car to them and tie my front door so it wouldn't swing open. They fixed that. If it ended at that I'd have been OK. Got the car back on Wednesday but now it runs like crap. Turned around at the first red light and drove it back. Car was bogging down something awful. They claimed they didn't go under the hood. Can I speak to the manager. I just want someone to come over and see what's going on. They tried to say it was us. It couldn't have happened with them. Thing is my dad drove it up there and he has a pretty good understanding if something was wrong, and he said car drove fine with him. Finally head mechanic comes over saying the same thing but he's willing to look at it. So, they take it back and put it on the machine. Get under the hood and finds what's up. Said the shifter cable bushing was put on incorrectly. We had fixed it a week and a half earlier and the car did not give us no problems until it went into the shop with them. I will never ever use Paul Clark ever again. read more

This warning is for service only as I have not purchased a vehicle from this dealer. About two weeks ago I paid for routine service of oil change, tire rotation, etc. During this time one of the technicians noticed oil coming from the timing cover and they recommended I bring the car to the service department for additional services. Long story short they charged me $100 to diagnose exactly what their quick lane already discovered and then quoted me over $2k for the fix that included additional items that aren't broken but "could go bad in the future and may as well take care of them while they are at it." Way to up sell Brian Davis! I immediately called another Ford Dealer and received a price out the door for $1200. When I shared this information they told me I should take the car to the other dealer...and I will. Not to mention while dropping the car off he and Cheryl were down talking Paula Clark (no relation I'm sure) who can't retain the training they have provided. Still no call back from Service Manager Greg, must have been a long meeting he was in. Super unprofessional operation here and I have paid less for service at the BMW dealer. Find another Ford dealer, there are plenty. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had trying to buy a new car. I found a vehicle listed on the Website that I was very interested in. It was late Saturday afternoon after closing hour so was unable to verify if the vehicle was truly available. I did take the time to drive 120 miles on Sunday to look at the vehicle but it was not on the lot. We did spot it behind the fence but it was at a distance. I sent an email via the Website an was told someone would contact me on Monday. I started calling at 9:00am and spoke with the Sales Director. He told me that they were looking for the paperwork and would get back with me. At 1:00pm I called the dealership again as I had heard nothing from them. One of the sales people told me that the price listed on the website was not correct and that it would probably $15,000 over the price listed on-line. This is nothing more than false advertising and bate and switch. I was hung up on by the sales person and the Sales Director. This is just a bunch of "Used Car Salesmen" and will take you for everything they can. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS... This was also going to be my first Ford but after being treated like this, I will never consider Ford or a Ford product again. read more

Actually, the rating is less than a star. We purchased our son's first car, a used VW Jetta. They were nice until they received our money. Since than, 3 things, 2 minor, one more troubling (fuel gage indicator) went wrong. Not only would they not entertain fixing the issues, they've completely washed their hands - like they don't even know us! Their answer "you bought it, it's not our problem". Will not go back there or recommend it. We should have listened to our 2 neighbors; both had bad experiences in our "neighborhood Ford Dealer"! read more

This review is for the Quick Lanes affiliated with Paul Clark Ford, not the actual ford dealership. Came in with our RV because we discovered a leak in our oil pan due to a stripped drain plug.. We called, made an appointment, all was well, until we actually showed up for our appointment. No phone call in advance about both of their mechanics (who could replace our brakes) being out of the shop from being sick, or I'm sorry, the next day it was something about one of their knees, couldn't keep up with the different stories. We decided to come in the next day to have our leak tended to, we didn't even think about who our last oil change was done by, but take a wild guess who that was?? Didn't dawn on us until our drive home after they had our RV for 6 hours and called to tell us that they "didn't feel comfortable handling the issues with our RV". Funny thing is, we didn't have a leak in our oil pan the last time we got an oil change, and if we did, well Quick Lanes didn't let us know about a stripped drain plug. Makes you kind of wonder how the drain plug stripped between now and our last oil change. Hmmmmmm. Would not recommend this shop. They couldn't get us out of there fast enough and it's all making a lot more sense now. Still have the sticker from the last oil change in our window, and our receipt from today of no payment made because they were "uncomfortable" handling our vehicle. read more

I don't want to say anything bad about Paul Clark Ford. My complaint is with their new Quick Lane tire and auto. I go to a Quick Lane in my home town that is the back up for Ford. Quick Lane is usually top quality. Unfortunately this Quick Lane fall pretty Short. They usually do there inspection before calling you with just 3or 4 items. They called stating these things needed some attention soon, but failed to actually inspect the whole vehicle. My husband asked about how the breaks and everything else was, and they hadn't done their full check. Then after waiting until almost 5pm, we had to call to see if our truck was ready. On top of it all, no car wash. Quick Lane Always Runs the Vehicles that they work on threw the wash. Nope not here, in fact, all the greasy hand prints throughout also showed that they didn't even use the protection stuff provided to them. read more

For the first time ever I was able to purchase a brand new vehicle(2018 F-150 platinum edition) WITHOUT any proof of income all I had to do was verbally state where my income was from without any proof Not only that I traded in a FAIR conditioned 2011 Cadilliac Escalade with 126,000 miles in which they gave an astounding $15,000 trade in value. I took advantage of the memorial day special sale which saved me $17,000. If that isn't blessings on top of blessings!! Most importantly while I was waiting in the lounge I noticed that they have a BIBLE along with all the other reading literature. Not the sales department as we bought in Ga, but the service department is truly awful... every freakin time is a show down, battle of the wits and the length of stay for repairs is insane! There is a lady that's always in- and I'm for girl power but she is the rudest, inept person I have had to deal with. In no ways are we confrontational, let me speak to your manager people by far, but the car has been there so much and so long and still has never been fixed correctly and has left us stranded twice! Brand new car here folks! Brought it in again Friday to get yet another repair and told by lovey it couldn't be seen for 2 weeks!? What?? I think she got a heads up to turn it away from across the street as hubby complained about them earlier and guy use to work there.. oops. So anyhow, I can't drive this lemon like it is safely with a baby so off to Jax we went, dropped off and it was looked at with a few hours. Rip-off artists! From out of town, and my vehicle died. Took it to Paul Clarke Ford. They said my engine locked up. They said they could: sell me a new vehicle, or re-build the engine, or sell me a new vehicle, or put a new engine in, or sell me a new vehicle. I elected to put a new engine in. As they were finishing up, putting fluids in, etc., they said my A/C compressor locked up and needed to be replaced. Drove home, and had a high pitch squeal from the right front. Took it to a local dealer, who said the disk brake backing plate was knocked out of place. Mechanic told me that when an A/C compressor locks up, it will seem like the engine is locked up. Mechanic told me that the probability of both the engine and A/C compressor going out at the same time was near zero. Mechanic told me that Paul Clarke Ford inappropriately sold me a new engine; all I needed was a new A/C compressor. It is places like Paul Clarke that give Ford and auto-dealers a bad rap. My wife tells me to never buy another Ford. read more

1st visit and last visit! I took my truck to Paul Clark Ford for a recall repair because it was close. I was using my AUX cable to stream music from my phone when I drove it there. I unplugged my phone and left my cord plugged into the truck while I waited for the repair. The repair took about an hour. I got my truck back and headed to work. After driving about 10 minutes down the road I noticed my AUX cable was gone. I called back to see if maybe they unplugged it or needed to move it for some reason and was told that the only people that were in my truck were the mechanic and the porter and the mechanic claimed to not have seen it. Dave told me he would ask the porter and call me back. I called back and even left another message inquiring about the cable and my second message was also IGNORED. Moral of this story is that Paul Clark Ford has now lost any future business it may have gotten from my entire family ( and anyone else who will listen ) forever over a $5 audio cable and them leaving me with the feeling that they employ opportunistic thieves. read more

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus from Paul Clark Ford in Yulee, FL and my husband and I just love it! This was my first car purchase in fifteen years! Recently I decided I wanted a new one. I talked with the Internet Sales person, Tracey Kelly, and she was wonderful! She was knowledgeable of the business, answered all my questions and took as long as I needed to consider my options and various types of cars. When she showed me an Edge, I mentioned that I already had an SUV. Once I had decided on purchasing the Taurus, she asked if I was sure it would fit in our garage with the other SUV. When I said I though so, but wasn't sure, she suggested we drive it to our house so we could make doubly sure that it would fit! This is Customer Service at its best and above and beyond! paul clark ford service department went above and beyond our expectations. while on vacation in florida, our ford pickup needed a service repair. we took it to paul clark ford service department and was told it would be monday of the next week before they could make the repair. when we explained we were on vacation and scheduled to leave on saturday, thomas hentschel , with the service department, scheduled to get the work completed sooner. the truck was in one day and out the next day. he stayed in contact with us so we would know when to expect the truck and how much we would expect it to cost. truck runs best it has in several years. we were very pleased with the service we received. read more
