They denied everything, swears there's no way that could ever possibly happen and refused to do anything about it except "check the cameras" and "take a look at the tire". Spent an hour and a half repairing the tire, and spent 2.5hrs & 64 dollars to learn this is a shop to avoid if you want honesty or accountability.

My neighbor recommended them highly as he takes his vehicles there so I thought I'd give them a shot. My initial contacts were with Jonathan and Jim. Jonathan told me that they would do an inspection of the vehicle to determine what kind of service may be necessary besides what I brought the car in for. To my amazing surprise they did a full nose to tail inspection of my vehicle with detailed photos and suggestions for maintenance and must do servicing. I dropped off my car and got a ride back to my home by a young lady by the name of Carrie and a young man named Elliot. My experience to that point was incredibly positive as they were all very professional and thorough. Both Chris and Jonathan kept me posted as we went along as to the status. I picked up my car once completed, and the car was completely cleaned throughout. It he rose on the dash was a nice touch of class. The moral to the story is you get what you pay for.
