Hands down the BEST auto mechanic I've ever been to. Originally I tried to schedule an appointment online. However, I couldn't find any openings for 6 weeks so I decided to call in. I spoke with Jonathan and he is friendly and knowledgeable as ever. I stated that I needed to get a major factory service maintenance done but I also wanted to get a few other big ticket items done. He wrote up a quote and texted it to me within the hour. I was able to text Jonathan back and confirm an appointment. Since the service was going to take all day I inquired about utilizing the shuttle back home. Jonathan let me know that they offer a service where they're able to pick up my car and deliver it upon completion. As a parent, not having to load up the car to spend hours at the mechanic is a blessing. Fast forward to service day and Elliot picked up the car promptly. Later that afternoon I get a text showing their inspection report with PICTURES taken of OEM items used, air filters, tire levels, brake pad levels, etc. Talk about TRANSPARENCY. Kudos to Royalty Auto Service. I've never had a dealership or mechanic do that. So amazing job! Once service was completed I got a call to schedule payment and for vehicle drop off. Paid my invoice online and 20 mins later my car is being backed up into my driveway. I didn't get the name of the amazing young lady (sorry) but she was amazing. She left a rose, a bear and thanked me for giving their shop a try. Royalty Auto Service I will be returning for any future need. THANK YOU guys! You went above and above! TLDR: friendly, easy, transparent, thorough quality work, amazing customer service, car pick up/drop off is a gem. Do NOT hesitate giving Royalty a shot! read more

So I've been following Royalty Auto on social media for sometime as they always have great videos. I have a 2012 Toyota Avalon, of which I was concerned about possibly needing rear brakes. My neighbor recommended them highly as he takes his vehicles there so I thought I'd give them a shot. My initial contacts were with Jonathan and Jim. Jonathan told me that they would do an inspection of the vehicle to determine what kind of service may be necessary besides what I brought the car in for. To my amazing surprise they did a full nose to tail inspection of my vehicle with detailed photos and suggestions for maintenance and must do servicing. I dropped off my car and got a ride back to my home by a young lady by the name of Carrie and a young man named Elliot. My experience to that point was incredibly positive as they were all very professional and thorough. Both Chris and Jonathan kept me posted as we went along as to the status. I picked up my car once completed, and the car was completely cleaned throughout. It he rose on the dash was a nice touch of class. The moral to the story is you get what you pay for. They all obviously take pride in the customer and mechanical service that they offer and the car is perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied and will bring it back to them for future services. Impressive!! read more

Outstanding customer service. Worst thing about this place is finding a spot to park. I will be back

Royalty Auto Service provides quality, timely, thorough, clean, and friendly service. I got in my car to leave and was surprised that they had washed, vacuumed my car out and left me a red rose on my steering wheel. They also provided us with a thorough report including pictures of mechanical issues that needed to be addressed on my car. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

Been here twice with my truck, staff is friendly and helpful, both times they drove me home after I dropped off the truck. They do the work quick too, both times I brought the truck in it was ready in 2 working days. You can also pick up your vehicle on the weekends via a code they text you. Pricing is not a problem either, I never felt like I overpaid. I'd recommend bringing your vehicle here to get inspections done as well, as they are very thorough. read more

I am new to the area and needed an auto repair shop for my Audi S5. This place was great. The staff was very friendly. The price was fair. They explained everything they had done, what they found and gave me recommendations for future maintenance. They did not pressure me to do any future services with them. They provided complimentary snacks, soda, water, and coffee. The waiting room has a TV and large comfortable sofas. They even washed and vacuumed my car. If that was not enough, I found a rose waiting for me on my dashboard. They really live up to the name Royalty. I will definitely be using them in the future. read more

i'm going with the four because I just got my truck out of the shop. The folks there are fantastic they make it easy to business with them. I think the pricing was fair. I will go back Customer care is definitely job One with royalty read more

Can't say enough good things about Royalty Auto. I have lived in Saint Marys for almost 10 years, but also serve as a member of the Armed Forces. I have been stationed all over, and hands down, Royalty is the best service provider I have ever experienced. No other auto care and repair company has been as attentive and consistent. Their team is willing to also find dynamic solutions, when they can of course, to fit your budget. Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicles for all these years! read more

This place is top notch. Brought my BMW for a check engine which tuned out to be a simple fix. They washed and polished my car, walked me to my car, opened the door for me and I find a fresh red rose on the dashboard. Who does that anymore!! If they're treating me this way, I feel confident they're treating my car right as well. read more

Best place in North Florida SE Georgia to have your car serviced. Best deal on a replacement 12v battery too. Highly recommended

This place is second to NONE! They were a life saver for me in my time of need and they treated me like a king and a lifelong customer, when in fact I was not a local at all, I was and out of town guest who was stranded. They put me at the front of the line of customers cars they already had at the shop and had me on my way within a couple hours. I found this shop completely by chance and I will forever be grateful & thankful I did. Not only are the personalities of the employees GREAT, but the work performed here is also of the highest caliber. GREAT SHOP!! I cannot rate or rave about it enough. If you need automotive work done, give this place a try. I'm sure you do, you too will not only be impressed by this super friendly, super clean, super professional shop, you will become a regular customer. read more

I've never written a business review before so... Driving our daughter on a two day trip back to school her alternator failed 3h into the first leg of the trip. Got car to limp to various places in town to no avail at 4pm. The third place recommended Royalty Auto as a possibility. We had no hope of anything good happening but decided to check them out as we searched for hotels and rental car agencies. When we arrived less than two hours before close, with bays full of vehicles ahead of us, they took a look and told us the bad news...alternator fried including the wires connecting it. Not much hope to find a solution. Minutes later we were told they found a replacement in Jacksonville 20 miles away and would try to get it, replace the battery, wires and alternator to get us back on the road. The entire family owned business went WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, while they also comfortably accommodated us and our dog in the "living room" of the shop. We were back in the road in 2 hours. I sit here in savannah eating dinner further along in our journey amazed at the quality of the company and individuals that we were blessed to have met. Could not recommend higher. You need look no further. read more

The staff here is absolutely incredible with a big shout out to Sherwood. I brought my car here several times and today's service was just above and beyond as always. Not only is the staff. Fantastic, but their honest approach to business is the reason to come here because you just can't find that these days anymore. This is the only place in this area that you should take your vehicle. read more

Honest & trustworthy. Sabrina is the best! Can't say enough about an honest auto shop, amazing.

"Your car was well within specs on alignment so we didn't actually need to perform one...". Please tell me.. how often do you come across a vehicle care company that doesn't do something just for the sake of doing it? So rare!! I love that I can trust my vehicle and my wallet with Royalty Auto. I have adulted my way to a "fancy" vehicle and I had zero guesses as to who was going to help me maintain her. I truly have zero negatives for this company, and am lucky to have them in my home town! Thank you Sherwood and team!! read more

New to the area and finding an auto repair shop was a concern. Fortunately, we found Royalty Auto Service after reading all the positive reviews and WOW...they were all accurate. We couldn't be more pleased with the work, but also the personal, family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend! read more

They were very honest about what needed to be done immediately, and what we could wait on. They also cleaned our car before pick up and it looked amazing! Customer service was 10/10. We will definitely come here for all future repairs! read more

Front desk was polite, knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills. The prices were higher than drive through service plazas but with good reason. The staff thoroughly serviced my vehicle and discussed future preventative services. They also offer free concierge service as well as pickup and delivery. Complete five stars. read more

If I could give Royalty & its staff more than 5 stars I would. Sabrina provided excellent customer service. The business owner took special care of us. My niece was driving up from Sarasota to visit us in North Carolina. She developed car trouble right after crossing into Georgia. On a Sunday late afternoon, we got her checked into a hotel. On Monday morning, I called one place and they were booked and couldn't help. I called Royalty and left a message. Sabrina called me back within minutes. They treated my niece like royalty. They kept me informed (in NC) about everything going on. They diagnosed the issue, did the repair, & got her back on the road. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thanks all for your great service! read more

This was my first visit to Royalty as I'm new to the area. I was glad to see there is a local shop that is knowledgeable with Mercedes autos and willing to take a fair, common sense approach to maintaining my car. They rendered great customer and mechanical service. The upfront people were very helpful to their clients even if it meant referring them to another shop. My car was done as promised, and cleaned inside and out! Nice touch! I would definitely refer them to others and use them again! read more

Great customer service, very sweet people! The complimentary car wash (in and out) and a rose waiting for me at the end helped. Thanks!

Best shop in Kingsland with the best customer service! Chad was great and helped me get everything squared away. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful service! Our vehicle broke down during our travels to St Mary's Ga, we are from PA. We needed a service center that worked on our model car. We called Royalty. From the start of that call until 24 hours later when we paid and drove away the service was 5 Star. Very friendly, great communication and text photos of the repairs being done. We have nothing but kind words for the entire staff, including the towing service Royalty uses (A and A Towing). All fantastic. Keep up the great service. Michel and Fred Heller read more

This place never steered me wrong or tried to rip me off. The 9 months I was in Georgia I was always at ease when I had to take my car in. I knew I was in good hands. They found problems that another body shop completely botched when I had to get my car fixed. The problems were so botched that it was a major safety issue. Thanks to this place I never had to find out just how deadly it could have been. Oh and the secretary was a sweet heart and knew her stuff like the rest of them. read more

Huge RAVE!!! Royalty Auto blew me away with their service yesterday. I had a last minute issue and they saw me right away, no wait. They were very nice, friendly and helpful. Christian owned and accommodating with my circumstances. Their waiting room is spotless clean with plush couches and the bathroom is the nicest and cleanest I've ever been in. It even had a nice baby changing table with diapers and a diaper genie! Free WI-FI and Complimentary soda, water, tea, juice, ice cream, snacks and coffee. The environment felt like I was at home instead of an auto place. They also have their own cars on site to shuttle you to home and back while you wait or for lunch, if you needed. Then they cleaned the outside and inside of my car for free! They said it was part of the service! It was vacuumed, wiped down and everything! Last, they topped it off with a rose on my dashboard! Wow! I'm floored at the personal service they gave me! I'm definitely going back again! Best experience ever! read more

They provide the best car repair/service in the Saint Mary's area. I have never had a bad experience with them in my 3 times being there. Highly recommend coming here to anyone who is having car issues! read more

Royalty again surpasses our expectations for outstanding quality service and an incomparably friendly and professional staff. Told by another service provider that we were facing a major engine repair, we sought a second opinion from Royalty. They provided an honest, data-driven assessment of our vehicle's issue derived after painstaking observation. No flighty, seat-of-pants operation, these folks know cars and they wanted to make certain they clearly identified the problem with our vehicle and then explained it to us in layperson's terms so we could make an informed decision. This is important, especially if it's a costly repair, as it was in our case. Because Royalty has won our trust, we opted to have them handle the repair. They kept us informed throughout the process and we left with our vehicle running like a top. Still a heavy hit to the pocket but we have peace of mind knowing the repairs were done by a company of this caliber. read more

My truck was really sick if not possessed. The techs at Royalty Auto Service said I needed a new fuel pump $$$$$ ouchy! Sherwood and the gang made it a smooth process. They even set me up with a rental. I will be going back there and not to that Mr. Snatchet fellow (the hack!). read more

Absolutely the best! Love these guys they do excellent work for fair prices and the customer service is beyond anything I've ever seen. We take all our vehicles there and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We trust Royalty explicitly! Our entire family including our kids only trust them. I've been going here for about a year now and I've never experienced any problems. Having a bmw, I try to avoid taking my car to an actual dealership and I must say they have always helped me with any issues with my car. Been here for the second time and I like the service and the little things Royalty does for the customer. The desk staff is friendly and very helpful. Very professional and thorough auto service. If a service is necessary, they tell you without pressure-just the facts. Cost for repairs are competitive with others in the service area. Finally, I like the nice touches, like a car wash and a flower for you or your spouse. Reminds me of the way service used to be years ago. read more

Wow! So impressed with the customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! To their customer lounge, kids play area, and complementary snacks and drinks. You receive a detailed report, including pictures of the services they performed, and if any further maintenance or repairs are needed. Just moving to Kingsland, I felt welcomed! We will go nowhere else, as long as we live here! Also, being a military family, it is nice to know the warranty of their parts is nation wide! I don't usually submit reviews. However, one is most definitely warranted. Dealing with Royalty Auto Service has been the best experience I have every had with any business, let alone auto repair. This family goes well above and beyond. As soon as I walk in the door I feel like I am among family or close friends. They not only not only your vehicle, but about you and your family.
