Lady that checked us out was rude and actually stopped after starting to check us out to refill a candy thing on the counter while our car was ready and waiting outside. This after I declined all the extra service she wanted me to do and pay for. Then she went out in the bay and was talking and when I asked if we could check out she said "I'll be there in a minute. That's what I told you. It's just me and him today." If you want repeat business you need to take a class in customer service skills. Not sure I'll return.

My vehicle showed a low-battery warning, and after having it tested at AutoZone, it was clear the alternator was the issue. I called several shops around 3:30 PM, and most told me they might be able to look at it the next day--or wanted to charge $120 just to "diagnose" the problem I already knew about. When I called Tire Kingdom, I spoke with Theresa, who told me to bring it right in. They checked it immediately, did not charge me for a diagnostic, and the test matched AutoZone's results within minutes. They gave me a couple of price options and even went above and beyond by checking additional parts availability. They found a significantly cheaper alternator at O'Reilly Auto Parts and told me that if I bought it myself, I'd get a lifetime warranty instead of the standard 12-month warranty through them. That kind of honesty is rare. I picked up the part from O'Reilly and brought it back, and within an hour and a half, my vehicle was completely repaired. I absolutely did not expect to have my truck fixed within 2.5 hours of discovering the issue--especially late in the day. The entire team was friendly and professional, but two people really stood out: Theresa and Jarryka (Jerrica). Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. You just don't see this level of honesty, speed, and customer care very often. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Yulee and will absolutely return for future service. Outstanding experience.

After a few weeks I was wondering if they would, then the store manager called me and asked if I could bring the car by ASAP. So for better and faster service I went OTB to Discount Tires where the person I spoke to was actually a person who worked at the local shop I was immediately put on the rack and left with a new set of tires in less than 30 minutes where Tire "King" said they might be able to do it in 2 to 3 days. It's laughable especially when it comes with an attitude. They need to get with the program and learn how to communicate with their customers. I've used Discount Tires from CA to FL and today I realized they are consistent from coast to coast, friendly service with competitive pricing.
