Lady that checked us out was rude and actually stopped after starting to check us out to refill a candy thing on the counter while our car was ready and waiting outside. This after I declined all the extra service she wanted me to do and pay for. Then she went out in the bay and was talking and when I asked if we could check out she said "I'll be there in a minute. We had to take her car to another shop where they then asked about previous services and it made sense what had happened. When we returned back from our trip we went back to Express Oil Change and they tried to tell my mother that somebody had "intentionally cut it" and disregarded her concerns.
