Great service, and quick. Everyone is so polite. I took my car in for an oil change and they got me right in.

Four new tires and replaced the tire pressure monitoring stems (TPMS) in each tire. The staff were very professional, the place was clean, etc; but the TPMS did not work afterwards. I left a review and the district manager called me and said they would get back to me. After a few weeks I was wondering if they would, then the store manager called me and asked if I could bring the car by ASAP. I did, and they fixed it, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent me on my way. Excellent service, excellent professionalism. Thanks. read more

We were there a few years back and got tires and other services done, today we went by and were quoted without mention of an online coupon which I found after we left. The woman at customer service didn't even bring it up. We tried Walmart, but after a better quote from Tire Kingdom to beat that Walmart quote and reading good reviews, we decided to go with Tire Kingdom. Sorry Tire Outlet, We were there and spent good money on previous services, but today we needed help and a good deal and you did not come through, so we found service elsewhere. We were going to go back soon for brake service as well. The manager will likely lose out on this potential bonus. We are taking our business to Tire Kingdom. read more

Wow!! I didn't think people could be any worse, but they really are. I just left the establishment after having a tire repaired. The technician backed my car into a parking space then proceeded to use my rearview mirror as his personal mirror to pick something from his nose or beard. And then throw it out the window. Then touched my steering wheel and door handle. That is unbelievably disgusting. That's what a bathroom mirror is for. The manager tried to explain it, I saw it happen in front of me what a joke. I will never patronize this establishment again. And will tell as many people as possible about my experience today. read more

The crew at this shop is awesome!! Had some squealing rear brakes and needed them replaced ASAP so I could get back to work. From the time I walked in to finish was about an hour and 10 min. There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing the team at Tire Outlet is. My wife was on a road trip back to North Carolina from Florida when one of the tires on her Audi blew out at highway speed. First thing on a Saturday morning I began calling around local tire shops, eventually to end up on the phone with Tire Outlet. With the car being Quattro's all wheel drive, it was an unfortunate fact that all four tires needed to be replaced. The Tire Outlet team managed to find me a hard to come by size of 245/40R18 and even went so far as to drive down to Jacksonville to pick up a set of four from their distribution warehouse. Above and beyond service in EVERY way and truly a group of guys that we will never forget -- they got my wife (and puppy) back on the road in just a few hours and we so far love the tires. Professional they stand behind there work i had problems with my car had to keep bring it back to get it done and they kept working on it to get it right until it was right . they want there customs to be happy and come back and when you fine guys like that that's were you want to go to get your work done and know they can be trusted to do that for you stop in and see them they will make you happy and be part of the family good job guys keep it up . read more

Would have given zero stars but not an option. Great at time of sale. Bought more expensive tire with 70K Both tires had issues at 15K - flat at side of the road. Would not honor warranty. Put new tires on before discussing this and then charged me over $500. Refused to put spare and old tire back on when I refused to pay that amount. Stated it was my fault the tire wore due to not having proof of rotation- though I was not told to bring with me when appointment was made, even though they knew the entire situation. read more

Well let me start by saying that we have at least 10 different tire shops within a 10 mile radius. I checked with every one of them and tire outlet was the cheapest by far. Great prices, good free coffee and pleasant atmosphere. read more

We're on a trip on Highway 95 when The tire started making a noise so we pulled over and we ended up at tire outlet, we did have to wait a bit but that was understandable since so many other people were there ahead and had appointments. The waiting area was very comfortable- AC, coffee, television and bathrooms. when they did get to us they checked all four tires. only one of them had an issue and they only charged us for checking and balencing that one tire. it was extremely reasonable, helpful ,and friendly. highly recommend them. read more

Very disappointed. Went in for a oil change and tire rotation and every thing seemed good while Glenn was there and they pulled my truck in and started working then right after he left it's like they just stopped working on my vehicle. Right when i asked the manager what was going on he claimed they were waiting on something but all of the sudden they finished my truck right when i complained. Seemed like the guys were out there just cutting up and not working on the vehicle. It took two hours in total for an oil change. read more

Now; a subject close to my heart-Truck up keep & maintenance. I am a 25 year resident of Amelia Island who runs a small business & favors older model Silverado's for body style & motor package. In the 25 years I have lived here I have tried every auto repair shop on the island & a few in Yulee, over-all grade-F. Some on the Island are out right thieves. When Tire Outlet opened, did my research, ordered new BFG'S, grade-A. When I had other routine maintenance, Phil & Jonis (the mgr's) diagnosed the problems & went out of their way to make sure things were "right". These people are polite, curteous, professional , & care about their customers unlike the "repair" shops on the Island who act like they are doing you a favor to look at your vehicle. If you own a Chevy, Ford, or even a Ram Truck these people will go the extra mile to get You right. I have spent thousands of dollars in the last 12 months with these people & are very happy with what they have done. read more
