They hooked me up with a brand that is well regarded in the consumer ratings, which I had been curious about for years. They were able to order the tires to arrive the same day. It wasn't cheap, but it was less than half the cost of the tires I got from the BMW dealer a few years ago. After driving on the tires for a week, I called to thank them for their assistance.

My vehicle showed a low-battery warning, and after having it tested at AutoZone, it was clear the alternator was the issue. I called several shops around 3:30 PM, and most told me they might be able to look at it the next day--or wanted to charge $120 just to "diagnose" the problem I already knew about. When I called Tire Kingdom, I spoke with Theresa, who told me to bring it right in. They checked it immediately, did not charge me for a diagnostic, and the test matched AutoZone's results within minutes. They gave me a couple of price options and even went above and beyond by checking additional parts availability. They found a significantly cheaper alternator at O'Reilly Auto Parts and told me that if I bought it myself, I'd get a lifetime warranty instead of the standard 12-month warranty through them. That kind of honesty is rare. I picked up the part from O'Reilly and brought it back, and within an hour and a half, my vehicle was completely repaired. I absolutely did not expect to have my truck fixed within 2.5 hours of discovering the issue--especially late in the day. The entire team was friendly and professional, but two people really stood out: Theresa and Jarryka (Jerrica). Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish.
