The tires shook the exact same. By the time I got home, my tire light came on because their machine snagged a tire plug and pulled it half way out of my tire. I called the shop, spoke to the owner and asked for my money back. They denied everything, swears there's no way that could ever possibly happen and refused to do anything about it except "check the cameras" and "take a look at the tire". Spent an hour and a half repairing the tire, and spent 2.5hrs & 64 dollars to learn this is a shop to avoid if you want honesty or accountability.

5-Star Review - Tire Kingdom (Yulee, FL - SR 200 & Hwy 17)…read more I had an incredible experience at Tire Kingdom in Yulee that absolutely deserves recognition. My vehicle showed a low-battery warning, and after having it tested at AutoZone, it was clear the alternator was the issue. I called several shops around 3:30 PM, and most told me they might be able to look at it the next day--or wanted to charge $120 just to "diagnose" the problem I already knew about. When I called Tire Kingdom, I spoke with Theresa, who told me to bring it right in. They checked it immediately, did not charge me for a diagnostic, and the test matched AutoZone's results within minutes. They gave me a couple of price options and even went above and beyond by checking additional parts availability. They found a significantly cheaper alternator at O'Reilly Auto Parts and told me that if I bought it myself, I'd get a lifetime warranty instead of the standard 12-month warranty through them. That kind of honesty is rare. I picked up the part from O'Reilly and brought it back, and within an hour and a half, my vehicle was completely repaired. I absolutely did not expect to have my truck fixed within 2.5 hours of discovering the issue--especially late in the day. The entire team was friendly and professional, but two people really stood out: Theresa and Jarryka (Jerrica). Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. You just don't see this level of honesty, speed, and customer care very often. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Yulee and will absolutely return for future service. Outstanding experience.
