If you have a vehicle at All-Pro Automotive you must move it now! Mike is a conman and a liar!…read more I wish I never encountered All-Pro Automotive. They have made my life nothing but HELL! The shop kept my vehicle for approximately 14 months, and when it was returned, it was almost in worse condition than when I brought it in. Among the issues I discovered were a broken headlight, incomplete repairs, and parts left inside the vehicle for me to install myself. The vehicle was returned with several serious safety concerns, including a hood that was not functioning properly and a battery that was unsecured and moving freely under the hood. In my opinion, this created a potential safety hazard. In addition, the air conditioning system was not properly serviced, as no refrigerant had been added. Work that should have been completed was either left unfinished or performed improperly. They actually used wood screws, glue instead of brackets and bolts. As a result, I am now facing thousands of dollars in additional repair costs to correct problems that were not fixed and to address issues caused by the condition in which the vehicle was returned. Based on my experience, I can only recommend All-Pro Automotive being permanently shut down.

Since it was last serviced by My MB dealer, I put a total of 3,600 miles on the car. Since I have been working from home, I have not been doing a lot of driving. Several days after arrival, I noticed an irregular vibration coming from the engine while at a red light and the check engine light went on. When speaking with friends and neighbors, they all indicated that if I wanted to get the car serviced on the island I should go see the Corbin's. Corbin's specialty is European built cars and they will get to the bottom of whatever is wrong and fix it. I went down on Monday morning and arrived just before 8:00 am, the listed time the business opened. Needles to say, upon arrival it appeared as if they had been open for hours and the mechanics seemed to be elbow deep in their work. So much for hoping to get the car looked at before the action started! I went into the office and detailed for Mrs. Corbin what I saw as the issue. I was advised that their business was primarily by appointment and at the present time they were down one service technician. I was offered an appointment for Wednesday morning at 8:00. When I brought the car in, I also requested that they order a replacement rear windshield wiper which had gone missing. In talking to one of the mechanics, he noticed the car was indicating the key fob battery needed to be replaced and said he would take care of that as well. When I returned later, I was told the engine was fine, it only required an adjustment of a setting. They replaced the battery in the key fob as indicated. I was told the wiper parts had not come, but they would have it in a day or two. When I had asked for a bill, I was told not to worry about it, it was nothing! Besides, they knew I was coming back for the wiper and I could pay for the wiper at that time. Sure enough, I went back two days later, late in the afternoon and the part was available and installed in 15 minutes! I have always had my cars serviced by the dealer, so this was a new experience. The Corbin's did a great job and solved my problem. More import, I was left feeling confident everything was back in good order. As I am intending to relocate permanently to Amelia Island within the next 12 months; it is great to know I will have access to a knowledgeable & professional group of mechanics. Besides, I like the idea of supporting a local family owned business. So if you are in need of a mechanic on Amelia Island for your Audi, BMW or Mercedes; look no further than Corbin's Automotive.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Last month I called this place…read moreand talked to Brett to advise I have a small coolant leak, told him it was not overheating just a gradual small leak and front windshield wiper not working. He asked me to drop it off so I did on a Saturday, left keys in drop box. So I did not hear from him until the following Wednesday so when we talked he said most likely the water pump and thermostat so told him that he replaced it less than 3 years ago and after several conversations he said I had to provide proof he did work since he says to me that he has never did work on my Audi there, told him I had it there when he was buying the place from his uncle but again he says he's never touched my vehicle. So finally after a week he was able to find the receipt in his system that he did indeed do the work but says has not been able to even look at the car. So I said you are just telling me it's the water pump and thermostat without even opening the hood. So I called Audi headquarters and they told me that if those were replaced less than 3 years ago no way they could be bad so I called Brett back he said it wasn't those parts after all.Grant it now this going on the 2nd week he has had my car and hasn't even lifted the hood to diagnose it but wanted to authorize a new pump and thermostat. So then he finally calls me back to say that it's 2 hoses and waiting for Audi to send him the diagram so can order the correct hoses which are about 200.00 each so total to fix would be about 1200.00 so myself and Dan whom is my boyfriend who Brett did not like me conferencing him in the call each time we spoke so we told him to replace the hoses but Brett insisted that we put a new water pump in and new thermostat because he said he didn't like to put old parts back in BUT WE TOLD HIM VERY CLEARLY TO PUT THOSE PARTS BACK IN, IF NOT BROKEN THEN NO REASON TO REPLACE so he tells Dan he had bigger jobs he had to do first which told us that he was getting more money from those cars since would only be getting 1200.00 from us. Then Brett calls us after 3 weeks of having my car and now it would be 3700.00 that he found more issues which we knew at this point was not true so we told him to just put it back together and not do anything to it. He told us it would be 700 to put back for labor which we said fine. So when he called me back it was over 900.00 and this was on a Friday and they are closed on Saturdays so he would leave key hidden for me to pick up so I paid it over the phone. So when I went to pick it up we saw the invoice that almost 140.00 of coolant in it which we didn't authorize and the car doesn't even hold that much coolant and said no issue with windshield wiper So he got another 140.00 for overcharging for coolant and the windshield wiper still wasn't working. This guy jerked us around for 3 weeks ! Don't waste your time, I would take a car to a dealer before taking the car there!!!

Wife and I needed to add a tonneau cover to our pickup and we also needed to get a bed extender installed so that we could put luggage and other stuff at the very back of the bed and not have it slide all over the bed as we traveled. Its amazing how much things shift and move around in your truck bed as you start and stop at intersections or find yourself hard stopping because of the driver in front of you. Went to see Clay Bailey at North Florida Aftermarket and he ordered the items we wanted installed. When the items arrived, they called, and we took the truck by and let them install them. Everything was good except the bed extender that was received and installed was the Sport version instead of the HD MAX. Once identified, Clay took it in stride and placed an order for the HD Max extender while letting me keep and use the Sport version until the other one came in. Once the HD Max arrived, they called and I took the truck in to swap on the bed extenders. All went well until we figured out the the rails for the tonneau cover extend to far into the bed which prevents the HD Max bed extender from rotating into and out of the bed. Ended up having to keep the Sport version of the Bed extender. Throughout all of this Clay rolled with the punches. North Florida Aftermarket is the place to go for your vehicle aftermarket products. Clay Bailey and his team do solid work, are professional, and don't try to overcharge you and they will work with you. If there were more stars available, I would give them to this business.

I spoke with Jonathan and he is friendly and knowledgeable as ever. I stated that I needed to get a major factory service maintenance done but I also wanted to get a few other big ticket items done. He wrote up a quote and texted it to me within the hour. I was able to text Jonathan back and confirm an appointment. Since the service was going to take all day I inquired about utilizing the shuttle back home. Jonathan let me know that they offer a service where they're able to pick up my car and deliver it upon completion. As a parent, not having to load up the car to spend hours at the mechanic is a blessing. Fast forward to service day and Elliot picked up the car promptly. Later that afternoon I get a text showing their inspection report with PICTURES taken of OEM items used, air filters, tire levels, brake pad levels, etc. Talk about TRANSPARENCY. Kudos to Royalty Auto Service. I've never had a dealership or mechanic do that. So amazing job! Once service was completed I got a call to schedule payment and for vehicle drop off.
