Before the pre diabetes kicked in I'd drink their tea...the sweetest concoction that's braced my lips. Nowadays I enjoy their spicy tenders and yeast rolls...in moderation. This go around called for a quick drive thru visit, and started out fine. I love that we had the option of a drink or second side with our meal. Although unseasoned I love that they offer corn on the cob. I season mine at home. Unfortunately, this location is oddly inefficient. Friendly...but inefficient. We were told that the biz ran out of spicy chicken strips. They quoted us a 6 minute wait...which was fine. However, from there we waited, and waited, and waited, alongside 2 others. The associate who took our order went on break, occupying the car besides us.The gentleman behind us in line received his order about 5 minutes before we did, and after about 15 minutes our chicken arrived. The 3rd car waiting (the one that was there waiting for their order when we took ours) was not as lucky, they were still waiting for their order when we left. We came home to find my fiancés mashed potatoes missing, and incredibly old fries. I always appreciate fresh chicken, so thank you so much for that, but for fast food, there's certainly room for improvement with this establishment. While my fiance refuses to go back, I'm more than willing to return. I'll chalk it up to a rough night or a tough hiring season' and I look forward to improvement-(chicken) fingers crossed!

Service was fast, friendly, and efficient, even during the lunch rush. The restaurant itself is casual with plenty of seating, so it's an easy spot to grab a quick lunch or hang out for a bit. We'll definitely be back!

I said what do you mean , it said an hour wait. Then she said well "you coming or not we about to close you can get a refund tomorrow " i said give me 3 minutes i will be there i am across the street, i drive there, 4 cars parked outside with costumers who received the same call , mind you all the orders where sitting on the stand inside and all the costumers where outside, so i called her back she had the nerve to say, well is too late we close.-. Like the sign says 10:30 am -midnight, and blamed it on her manager, and once again told me to go get my refund the next day ... DONT COME!!!!

I decided to check out the menu on the app before hand and noticed some new items, well new to me as I haven't been to a BDubs in a while. It appears this location had some changes since the last time I visited. The bar area had more high top tables and they removed a wall that separated regular booths from the bar area and more TVs and in a different layout. I decided not to do wings today and instead I tried the Southern Chicken sandwich, my other friend decided to try the burger while the other did wings. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted great. Service was really good, not rushed and when we did place order our food didn't take long at all. Staff checked on us not just our server. Team work seems to be how things are done now as our food came out with an employee not our server and drinks refill questions were from both our server and another employee. Really makes a difference for speed and making sure customers are happy and not waiting long. Highly recommend the southern chicken sandwich and the burger. Also get the app and earn rewards. I currently have a buy 1 get 1 free burger for my birthday month.

Also most of the local breweries have a very industrial feel, which is fine, but Fire Ant has a more rustic, western feel. Lots of rough cut lumber.
