The worst experience ever, I placed my order a HOUR before because the wait said 35-45 minutes and I show up and the order still isn't ready so then after 15 minutes of waiting I go and ask when my order is gonna be ready and the lady and her co worker go check on it and I overhear them say that they haven't started on it because they misplaced the order receipt. Horrible customer service! My son ordered through the app and then cancelled about 15min later when he saw the wait would be 45 min or more. When I didn't see a refund in his account, I called the store to speak to a manager but got the run around. Kewan may or may not have been a manager. Kewan said he would refund it when he got home. That concerned me since he felt it needed to wait. My husband then called and a girl answered but then hung up on him. I called back the next day and another gentleman answered and said he would talk with his manger. He did call back and said it was refunded and to wait 3-5 days. 5 days later and still haven't received a refund. I called back and asked for another manager but got Kewan again. He sent me a screenshot that showed he refunded the order and his notes said I was a hostile customer. Wow. And I was just trying to get someone intelligent to speak with and provide me with information. So here we are 7 days later and still no refund or food to show for the order. Yikes is all I have to say for this location. I placed an order on the app it gave me a 30 minute wait which is understandable. I show up at the 30 minute mark and it tells me my order was ready. I go in and the girl tells me it isn't ready and she doesn't have a time frame of when it will be done... there was 1 other person in the location and 3 workers or 1 worker and 2 sitting around. I should have looked at the reviews before placing an order at this location and gone to one further away. When I finally got the food, the wings were hot, the fries had been sitting out and not even under a heat lamp so they were cold. The bag with the wings had 3 stickers holding it closed and after the additional 30 minute wait I didn't have the patience to check to make sure the wings were correct. The flavors were correct but we ordered a mix and match and had bone in and boneless since we had young children eating and the boneless are easier for them but we got all bone in which was a bummer since we had a 45 minute drive home from this location. Stopped for a quick dinner. The service was acceptable which is why I will justify 1 star; that and you can't give zero stars. The food... when the carrots and celery are the best part of your meal something is wrong. We had the original hot boneless wings and the garlic Parmesan wings, both with blue cheese. The blue cheese was watered down and tasteless. If it weren't for the very small, few chunks of actual blue cheese you would not have been able to identify it. The hot wings were dry and had some heat but nothing for flavor. The garlic Parmesan wings were overcooked, dry and had zero flavor as well. There was some Parmesan sprinkled on top but that had to have been for presentation because you could not taste it and there was no discernible garlic flavor to be found. The fries were warm at best and the salt mixture had a sweet taste to it like they added sugar. Do not even attempt to use Covid as an excuse for sub par food. I understand a longer than normal wait time but not badly prepared product. When your restaurant does one thing, you had better do that one thing really well. We will not be back. read more

I swear they wouldn't receive ANY stars from me . This is the closest wing stop to my house . And every time I order food from here they NEVER get my order right. For instance the last time I went my boyfriend and I got 2 combos and they only gave us one combo. Did even realize til we got home and had to go back . The time before that the boneless wings were barely even edible because the meat wasn't cooked through . I keep giving them chances because I love seeing a black staffed establishment but they constantly mess things up. They need to tighten up fr fr. I come here all the time. Last night 8/19/17 my husband and I went to eat a late dinner, I got off of work super late didn't want to cook so we opt for wings. Our food was delishious as always, just the way we wanted our food. We get there and and the cashier was like we just straight up just bothered her. She was so rude, we are sitting there eating and another couple walks in and the cashier is on the dinningroom texting on her phone as someone from the back had to peep her head in to tell her to go to the front.
