Sat 6:30pm couple friends and I went to dinner. One wanted wings, so of course BDubs was first choice. I decided to check out the menu on the app before hand and noticed some new items, well new to me as I haven't been to a BDubs in a while. It appears this location had some changes since the last time I visited. The bar area had more high top tables and they removed a wall that separated regular booths from the bar area and more TVs and in a different layout. I decided not to do wings today and instead I tried the Southern Chicken sandwich, my other friend decided to try the burger while the other did wings. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted great. Service was really good, not rushed and when we did place order our food didn't take long at all. Staff checked on us not just our server. Team work seems to be how things are done now as our food came out with an employee not our server and drinks refill questions were from both our server and another employee. Really makes a difference for speed and making sure customers are happy and not waiting long. Highly recommend the southern chicken sandwich and the burger. Also get the app and earn rewards. We were sat within a few minutes but were not greeted until about 10 minutes of being there, our server was tending to the few tables surrounding us and proceeded to come up to us confused that we hadn't been helped and said don't worry she's got it (the other server told us it was her table) she then took our drinks and our orders and that was the last we seen of her. Not a single refill not a single "how are you guys? Did everything come out good?" We had to get up and ask for a refill, get up and ask for boxes, stand at the front and wait for our ticket, and make several attempts to flag her down and pay out the ticket as their ziosk were not working. As someone who has been a server before I can be understanding in certain situations when someone is busy or given too many tables to handle but this was not the case. There were only a few tables around us and multiple servers in the area, me and my husband always tip 20% and above this is the first time in my life I've ever felt like leaving nothing, tip for what service? After 5 minutes, the family at the front left because know one came to get their information to be sat. After 10 minutes of waiting and no one at the hostess stand or check in counter, we went to look for someone. The building was not busy and only one waiter could be seen. We found someone and asked what the wait was and if we could get someone to get people sat. They said one moment, and then no one came. There was no waitlist, or employees to help. Typically a pretty good experience here, especially when we have our favorite waitress. This experience was less than mediocre. Food came out cold... all of it. Wings, fries.. then they handed me my buffalo chicken sandwich and it looked like something I'd order from jack in the box. The chicken patty was definitely a frozen patty not freshly battered and fried... or leftover from the day before and just re-fried... also they didn't even toss the patty in the sauce... by the time the waitress made her way back around for me to ask to have it fixed my family finished all their meals and mine was ice cold so I unfortunately just had to send it back and ended up not eating. The lemon pepper was salty as hell. The potato wedges were salty. If I could give absolutely no stars, I would. Today we had the worst experience from the moment we entered the restaurant. There was no staff to seat us, and when we did get staff we were told we could sit at a table for 6 with our party of 3 plus an infant or sit in the bar area. After being seated in the main dining area, we did not get a waitress until 10-15 minutes upon being seated. At that time, we placed our drink order (Diet Pepsi, Pepsi zero, Pepsi, and kids lemonade) as well as placed my daughter's order (Kids boneless wings with fries) while we determined our order. It took another 10 minutes for two drinks to arrive (Pepsi and kids lemonade) and another period of time before the other remaining drinks arrived. When the other drinks arrived, we told the waitress we were ready to order and she then proceeded to go to another table (who also was waiting to be serviced by the same waitress) and take their order before returning to us. We placed our order (Buffalo wrap, 10 traditional wings and large fry)and she assured us that my daughter's meal was on the way. Rather than check on the order proceeded to go to the restroom. After another lengthy period of waiting, my order (Buffalo wrap) arrived at the table and we were still waiting for my daughter's meal! We asked the server who brought my meal to check on our order (especially my daughter's meal). When this proceeded to take additional time, we requested a manager and at that point our check (while we were still missing half our order the 10 traditional wings and large fry). When the manager arrived (before our remaining food order and still my daughters meal), the manager proceeded to the back to check on what the issue was. Upon his return he told us that the traditional wings were the issue in getting our order out and that he could give us his managers discount of 25% (this essentially only covered our 3 soft drinks!?!). He was not able to account for why my daughter's meal (placed well before any other order at our table) arrived well after an order that was placed later let alone AFTER other tables who sat and were serviced after us. It was at that time that the waitress came back to our table with a bag of our remaining order items "since we requested the check." The waitress concluded our interaction by smugly saying "Have a blessed day" which given the context is code for "f*ck you!" Cannot believe that I actually paid for the food! We should have walked on the entire order...We will not be returning! Regretting not having checked the reviews which share similar concerns about wait times and poor customer service. read more

I guess be warned there are No dinners, I mean no real plated dinner type food; none which was disappointing however we ordered a few separate items; chicken sandwiches, cheese sticks, street tacos, salad, fried potato things.... Portions were small, too small for adults, for example the street tacos was not even enough for my 12 year old son; 3 very skinny little tacos. Prices are fair but the lack of actual real food not garnish or plate or pot display is a problem. They had ONE wine choice when I was there which I thought was a joke at the time, but it wasn't and that was the last bottle so it's really not a sit down dinner place, lots of beer however. Toilets were clean. It screams American chain fast food restaurant with the added TVs and large sports bar feeling. It's OK, I mean we certainly ate all our food, well apart from the lemon pepper sauce which was so tart and lemony it was hard to chew up without your mouth spouting saliva and your eyes watering. We noticed promotions for a new menu so I tried the tavern Burger with tater tots and it was reasonably good. The Burger wasn't great and it was kind of small but if you don't mind the valveta style cheese it was ok. Because this restaurant is located in a strip area with plenty of other businesses, parking can be somewhat difficult to find. The restaurant was OK in terms of cleanliness but definitely could have been cleaner. Service was friendly but not fast. There were plenty of beer varieties to be ordered and big screen TVs everywhere so it was easy to catch all of the sports. I put a picture of their ad and what I actually got on my plate. It calls for slaw but what i got was leftover salad from the salad bag. all nice and dry. Sorry, this was a very serious disappointment and all I was after was a few quiet moments with my wife. We have gone to this location for years and it has been some time since we had crossed it's threshold but I am here to proclaim, I will not be going back. For the first time in recent memory, I refused my ordered meal. One star is generous. I ordered their Southwest Philly Cheese-steak Sandwich and as per the menu it was to be, and I quote, "shaved steak" with southwest spices. Sounded like a nice twist, but what I got was broken up ground beef on a bun, not shaved steak. AND my alleged coleslaw was shaved cabbage with a little glob of some sort of dressing on it and then doused in oil. I asked for the manager, the server was very pleasant as was the Manager but she kept insisting that their Philly Cheese Steak sandwich recipe was a sirloin patty broken up on the grill and then dumped on a bun. That is NOT a Cheese Steak sandwich; if I wanted ground beef I would have ordered a hamburger and certainly one not as over done as the ground beef that was no on the plate. I asked about truth in advertising as the menu clearly states, "shaved steak" not ground beef. She finally caved but still...it ticked me off. And then onto the question of the coleslaw which was NOT coleslaw. That was explained as a new recipe, too. Give me a break, if I had wanted shredded cabbage I would have ordered a salad and this place used to have great slaw. Both my wife and I have German heritage and we know a good slaw when we see on and once again, this was a lie. Please take a moment and note my pictures; I was also displeased at the poor presentation of my wife's "chicken tenders", they were few, ugly and stringy, but she ate them because I think she needed to give them "something". Another note, she distinctly said no fries, slaw and you can see what came out of the kitchen but they did bring the ground up cabbage to her and she agreed, not slaw. Although the personnel at Buffalo Wild Wings were pleasant, the food is horrible, misrepresented and I am shocked that they are in business. Had wings at BWW on 2920 and 249. Great experience! Tables are well laid out and provide plenty of room between guests. Restaurant was very clean. The service was great. Our server was on top of his game! Came to the table as soon as we were seated. Drinks never ran dry. The manager usually stops by the table to assure customer satisfaction. Nice touch . The wings were made to order and tasted great. Wide selection of sauces to meet everyone's taste. Be prepared for a bit of noise because it's a sports bar!
