Take-out order took 45 minutes. The female manager in the gray collared shirt that was working today, 08/17/2025, looked me dead in the eyes and said "eat shit, f*ggot." to me when I finally receive my order. If this woman is not fired by next week, I will be filing a lawsuit against this business. Unacceptable. read more

Avoid this place unless you want to pay for food that never gets delivered. As an added bonus - you'll still get to pay for it! Absolutely and hands-down the WORST ANYWHERE. This branch of Marcos pizza makes the best white pizza I've ever had! I get mine with additional old world pepperoni and it is their best pizza to order in my opinion. Pizza sauce upsets my stomach so I started ordering the white pizza you should try it, it's fabulous! I don't do delivery because I like my pizza strait out of the oven. read more

Had an online order with these guys and was able to track it through their. Around their estimated delivery time I received a message claiming it was DELIVERED. It was not. I had heard no doorbell ring but I opened the front door anyways...nothing there. Maybe it was on one of the neighbors porches? Walked up and down the street looking for a misplaced pizza...nothing. Finally called Marco's to speak to someone about this and apparently I got the manager, who sounded completely clueless about the situation. She ended up calling the delivery driver who claims he delivered the pizza. "No he hadn't" I told the clueless manager. She bemoaned that it's too bad the driver wasn't in the store he could speak to me personally. WHY? He already claims he delivered my pizza and he clearly did not. Frustrated I told the manager to cancel my order and she seemed confused, bizarrely saying "So you DID get your pizza?" WHAT? She finally understood and voided my order. I was having issues with Jet's Pizza so I started ordering from Marco's. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I have ordered pizza from this Marcos for years. The last couple times my order was over 10 minutes late each time. Clearly they are under-staffed and do not have competent management. They acted like they didn't care if i waited 2 minutes or 15 minutes for my order. Pizza quality has also gone down to the point that we now order from other places. Don't really have anything bad to say... I ordered pizza my first night in town when we had no dishes and no food in the fridge. The delivery was super fast, but they didn't put any silverware in the order even though we had ordered salad with our pizza. My only disappointment was the selection of premade pizzas. They have a "garden" pie, but it really didn't have too many vegetables on it, I would have liked a more veggie option better. You can however build your own with all the toppings so I guess I could have done that, but I really like when someone else thinks of my pizza for me...I mean it's the ultimate convenience food right? read more

This restaurant is "hit or miss". Every other order has an issue. The nearly $20 deep dish pizza last night arrived in 40 mins luke warm and undercooked (raw). The amount of toppings was less than 1/2 of our last order. Family dissapointed. The pizza and service two weeks ago was spectacular !! Be sometime B4 we trust again. read more

Had a terrible experience at this location. My mother-in-law placed a $61 pizza order online to feed 6 adults. Shortly after, we remembered that we had a code for a free cheesy bread. We didn't want to do multiple orders so I called the location to add it on. After giving our order name, the employee (who didn't give their name when answering the phone, very unprofessional) said they added the bread to our order and when I asked if he needed the code, he said "I've already got it, that's fine. Just give me 5 more minutes on your order." When my father-in-law went to pick it up, the employee who helped him said they had no bread and claimed that they told us that we needed the coupon to be physically brought in, even when they didn't say that and even after my F-I-L called us at home to give the code over the phone. Seriously? I have placed orders online and over the phone with the Marco's in my area (Howell) and NEVER had an issue with adding coupon codes or extra products over the phone. When my M-I-L got on the phone with the Pinckney Marco's staff to figure everything out, she was treated very rudely and disrespectfully. When she was essentially forced to cancel her order, since they weren't willing to add the coupon, we were informed that it could take a couple days before the refund could be processed since there was no manager there at the time. Is that common place for Marco's stores to be left unattended without a manager? Needless to say, we'll be calling tomorrow to talk to a manager about getting our money back. Ended up calling Riverside Pizza and get the same amount of pizza for less than half of the price, WITHOUT THE DISRESPECT AND SNOTTY ATTITUDE. Pinckney Residents, save yourself some money and aggravation. There's plenty of other pizza restaurants in the area. read more

The employees at this location are useless! They have no idea what's going on or what they're doing. Multiple times we've come here and they've mixed up orders or didn't even start orders that have been placed 30 minutes prior. A Wednesday night and there were 10 of us waiting for them (in a tiny space) to figure out what they were doing and start making customers orders! I am in their delivery range yet a manager repeatedly told me he couldn't deliver to me. I have had deliveries in the past and when I asked if the range had changed he assured me it had not. I was on the phone for about 5 minutes with a sales associate repeating the address before i was put on hold for 3 minutes and a manager was involved. Marco's Pizza is da bomb! We started ordering from here because this is the closest pizza joint to us and, to our delight, it is great every time! If you order online you can request free sides of banana peppers and other small items! Also, if you join their e-mail list, you will receive coupons for various items! Online ordering is much easier than actually calling to place an order. Love it! read more

Marco's has always been my favorite pizza chain and Pinckney's Marco's is spot on. From the person answering the phone to the delivery people to the people behind the counter- you get friendly, polite service. The sauce is sooo good; toppings are fresh; the crust is yummy. And they never skip a beat when I ask for NO cheese! read more
