Actually should be NO STAR- Terrible! Did not complete order correctly. Had one DF pizza & they put cheese on it!!! So those people couldn't even eat! Other pizza tasted stale & old. Placed an order for 2 pizza yesterday for curbside pick up. Ate the large one for lunch and kept the medium one for dinner. Friday is a busy day at work and I completely forgot to check that the medium pizza has the right toppings. They put pineapple instead of mushroom on the pizza. It was unfortunately late at night by the time i was able to have dinner. I called Marcos around noon the next day and spoke with the manager who tells me that I should have checked the order and called them yesterday. I told her that it was already past 9 PM by the time i was able to take a break from work and have dinner. She did not apologize at all and made it sound like it was my fault for not checking the pizza. I will remember not to order from that location moving forward. read more

Our third bad experience with this location. Took over an hour to get our pizza (on a Monday) then when we called we were told the driver dropped his phone and broke it in the parking lot but our pizza would be arriving in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later and a second phone call our pizza finally arrived - cold. My husband asked for some form of compensation and we were not provided with any. In our last experience, THEY cancelled our order which we didn't know until the tracking kept saying it was on the way and we called - 3 times. The time before that our delivery turned out to be 1.5 hours because they were short-staffed, instead of calling they kept the pizza on the shelf. I've never had a Marcos pizza and have seen a lot of delivery vehicles in the area and thought I would try them. In a word Marco's pizza was ordinary. There was nothing which set this pizza apart from any other fast food pizza joint. It wasn't particularly flavorful or tasty. The thin crust veggie pizza tasted like a frozen pizza from the market. The pizza is great and we are happy Marco's moved into our area. But. Their coupon strategy stinks. They mail out a lot of coupons that either expire very soon or they say "expire in three weeks". Then when you try to use them, no we don't honor those anymore. So frustrating. Then they only put the good special on their front window and it's better than the special online. But you see it when you go to get your pizza that you paid more for. Why is the special on the window better that the one online? Now I call over there and ask, what is the special on the window? Visited the Marco's Pizza location on 1487 Kelly Rd in Apex. As a first timer, I immediately noticed the freshness of the pizza. The dough for the Thick, Original, and Light crust pizzas are made fresh daily. The toppings are also fresh and are never frozen, including the cheeses, meats, veggies, and pizza sauce. Marco's Pizza also has gluten-free crust options! In addition to pizza, Marco's also offers sub sandwiches, wings, and salads. Wing lovers will need to head over every Wednesday for 1/2 off wings. If you order a pizza, be sure to add a crust topping at no extra charge. Crust Toppings include Garlic Butter, Roma Seasoning, Romasean, Parmesan. I am huge fan of the Romasean topping! The Apex location has limited seating. I imagine most people do order their food for delivery or take home. The restaurant does have a clean restroom that customers can use. The managers at this location are really nice and were generous in addressing any questions I had. There's also ample parking in the shopping center where Marco's Pizza is located. read more

I really do like their pizza, it's better than Dominos (DEFINITELY BETTER than Little Cesars and Pizza Hut by a LONG shot). I could tell I was talking a teenage guy and omg poor boy sounded so tired I felt bad. So its 10 min to 11 and I get a call from a young woman asked when I'm gonna pick the order up, and I told her it was for delivery and she was stern and said no and kind of had an attitude BUT she sent someone to drop it off which was VERY nice! It was 11:06 when I got my pizza delivered which obviously wasn't their fault! The guy I opened the door to was a Hispanic male and he was literally SO NICE!!! So sweet and understandimg or at least faked it REALLY good lol. I felt so bad because it was really late and I work in fast food so I know how sucky it is. if i could, i'd give this restaurant a -1111. i got paid shitty, they take off another 20-30 for the shirts and outfits?? got paid 7.45 even tho the boss said he'd boost me up to $8 after complaining how much i get treated like shit. they're extremely stingy too oh my god. i worked 4 days a week (friday saturday tuesday and sunday) for a month. i'd work there from 4.30ish-5 to 9:30 for closing. got paid $121 after they took off $50. my guy friend is getting paid 180-200. he works half as much as i did. maybe it's because i'm a girl?? i got treated like shit by the coworkers and the supervisor. the supervisor is extremely rude and disrespectful. the management is so out of line and i plan on not ordering or working for a business like theirs forever. read more
