Found them in the church bulletin. They came out and took care are of getting our ac fixed -- in the end we hired them to do a full replacement for us. Priced reasonably. Happy with the outcome! read more

Horrible service. They upped the price by nearly 1000$ in the last minute. Then when I said I wasn't comfortable proceeding because of that, a guy that claimed to be Marco himself said that if we didn't proceed they would leave our stuff outside and leave the ice to melt on our attic "that way we both lose" word by word what he said to me. Totally unprofessional read more

1 Star - Buyer Beware We had a full HVAC replacement completed by Marco's Air Conditioning and Heating, and after nearly a year -- and a third-party inspection -- we discovered that what was installed was not what we agreed to and signed for in our contract. When we brought this to Marco's attention, they refused to stand behind the written agreement. Instead of correcting the issue, they disputed responsibility, which ultimately forced us to involve an attorney. Even then, they continued to resist resolving the matter. Additionally, we later learned that no permits were pulled for the installation. Marco's position was that it was our responsibility to request permits and ensure everything was up to code -- something we believe should absolutely be handled by a licensed HVAC company performing a full system replacement. To make matters worse, our credit card was charged for services that we believe were not properly delivered according to the contract. This experience has been stressful, costly, and extremely disappointing. I would never recommend Marco's Air Conditioning and Heating and will never use them again. If you choose to work with this company, verify every detail in writing, confirm permits are pulled, and closely monitor all charges. Buyer beware. read more

First of all by these reviews you have 50/50 chance of being happy with your service .. A good friend had them for years then after routine maintenance they failed to see that the Freon leaked from The TXV value had bad been for months (which they installed) and failed to diagnose .. pitiful and doesn't try to keep their customers.. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Marcos AC and Heating for what should have been routine contractual services. They visited for preventative maintenance on our unit saying it was fine yet, within twenty-four hours, the unit failed completely. This level of incompetence would be frustrating on its own, but it was exacerbated by their abysmal customer service. When the unit failed, I attempted to contact Marcos AC and Heating multiple times. They kept saying they're on the way, we are the next stop but eventually failed to answer their phones, provide any updates, or show up to address the issue. This lack of communication and follow-through not only left us with a non-functional unit but also resulted in a significant loss of customers, impacting our business operations severely. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any customer. Marcos AC and Heating's unreliability and lack of responsibility will leave you with more problems than you started with. I strongly advise against using their services. Potential customers should not be fooled by their reviews. It's very simple to get high Google reviews these days, and the only thing that separates one AC company from another is customer service and communication. It's that simple. As another business owner understand the importance of reviews and hate to leave a negative one, however this level of negligence is a slap in the face. read more

Fantastic service, great cleanup, more than I expected!! Our home AC finally went out... June, 2022! We had been patching it and limping along for years, so we bit the bullet and I looked into a total replacement. I called five different businesses in the area... my main concern being name-brand hardware. We ended up getting a Trane... but lots of people sell them. What made Marcos different? Their price was right in the middle of all my other pricing... but he gave me all the options of higher end/lower end systems, if I wanted to go up or down. Then on top of that... he replaced our air ducts (which were filthy and poorly-insulated) with all new materials! He put a whole-house filter & UVC microbial lamp in place, plus gave us 3 additional return air vents to optimize the performance of the new system! He even put in a tent/zippered insulated barrier over our attic door. No one else even offered to replace our ducts, or any of the other add-ons that really completed our install! And his price wasn't even the highest - not by a long shot!! Marcos AC will exceed your expectations! I'm so glad I picked them... you should too! read more

Marcos AC & Heating Inc. saved us today from our AC that conked out overnight. We have been using them for several years now, and have been extremely satisfied. The workers are always punctual, courteous, and professional, explain what is going on, and the price is quite reasonable. read more

Great service. They weren't condescending nor did they try to scam me. They're truly honest and helpful and patiently explained and gave me a solution to my problem. I would highly recommend. They speak English and Spanish, which is a plus. I hope they get paid well (I mean the men who came out and dealt with my problem, after I consulted neighbors online to diagnose the problem which was a leak from my AC). Props to Freddy! It's a huge weight off my shoulders and I feel so relieved. read more

So hard to find someone you can trust for work on your home. After a run of having poor contractors, it was refreshing to work with these guys. They came out quickly, installed efficiently, made excellent suggestions, and left without a trace. Ill have them back when its needed. read more

Marcos A/C followed up on our recently installed unit for a complimentary maintenance scheduling. The tech came as planned and was very efficient. I only wish there were more companies with this level of service and work ethic. read more

Marcos A/C has done an excellent job for us, for years. Very good, skilled technicians! Highly recommend.

Marcos A/C just came out last week and were GREAT as always! They arrived on time, fixed what others could not, explained everything to me when done (by phone as I was at work---I trust them to in my home alone), and everything in my attic was clean and working great! They provided a number of options for me to consider to keep my units in great working condition in the future, but did not push for any additional work at this time. Such a pleasure dealing with such reputable, honest, and reliable experts!!! I cannot say enough good things about this local and family run business! read more

Great company! Very friendly! I had a leak one morning and they were quick to come to my home and figure out the problem (clog). They gave me options on how to fix it. I decided to try to fix the clog on my own and they helped walk me through the process and explained the next steps that would be needed if the first option didn't work. They're officially my go to AC company! read more

The people installed an hvac unit at my home. It works but my ac bill skyrocketed. In addition one of the vents is leaking water. The unit is under warranty and I called them out to check it out. They said I need new ducts and charged me $85. read more

Marcos came out to do an assessment of my HVAC system because I thought that I was losing air due to an air leak in ththe ducting. He did a thorough assessment, was very straightforward and gave me a very reasonable estimate for reinsulating the attic, which he concluded is the real issue that we're experiencing. I haven't actually gotten around to having the insulation redone yet, but I have redone the siding and windows and have noticed a huge difference in the effectiveness of our system, so I think that his assessment was spot on. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. read more

Used them really for the first time recently. The experience could not have been better. They identified an issue with my duct work during the inspection and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Also, I decided to install a smart thermostat myself prior to their visit. Ran into a few wiring issues but Marcos helped me at no charge. I never felt like I was bothering him with my questions. I believe he really just wanted me to get it done right. So I highly recommend them. read more

Very knowledgeable and they were quick to respond which was greatly appreciated as my A/C was not working. They took time to explain to me the issue and answered all of my questions. Problem was resolved on initial visit. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them. read more

They came out the day I called, the third place we called. They explained in understandable language what was wrong and gave us an estimate. They came out the next day and replaced the entire unit. (We'd had 2 others tell us it needed to be replaced, as well. They had the best price and they came in under the estimate!) They had financing available, which we used. As long as we paid on-time, I want to say it was interest free, if not, it was very low interest. Worked like a charm! We had them out later to repair our downstairs unit and again quick, easy and very reasonable. Thanks Marcos! I highly trust and recommend them! read more

Unethical company! Charged me 150 for a thermostat that costs 30-40. Agreed to reimburse me 75. But now refuses due to negative review. DO NOT HIRE! read more

I will start by saying I never leave bad reviews, but I felt I had to share this. Just called Marcos Jr. because the brand new unit they installed 10 months ago is acting up again. They have been out 3 times before and still not fixed the problem. He proceeds to tell me he is going out of town today and no crews are available today but he won't be able to do anything about it today anyway because he has to order the part he said he would need to order the last time he was out here to "fix" it. He the proceeds to suggest that maybe there isn't a problem with the system since every time he comes out it is producing a 20 degree drop, but that's after I have hard reset the system. It naturally escalated to shouting from there with him suggesting I call somebody else to come fix his mistake. I tell him I will gladly take it up with the BBB and small claims court if need be and that his company was so much better when his father ran it. He suggested I call him and hung up. Completely unprofessional. I did call his dad, and his father was the professional he has always been and promised to try to get over here from Sugar Land this afternoon if he could or get someone out first thing in the morning. Such a shame what his son is doing to the company and reputation he built. I strongly recommend Sr, but I cannot recommend strongly enough that you find someone else if you have to deal with his son. read more

I have used Marcos A/C for many years. They have always been friendly and knowledgable. Their prices are fair but their communication is even more valuable. I trust them and their service expertise. read more

We had used Marcos AC to replace both the furnaces in my house, Marco him self came out looked at our system and gave us a great deal in getting them replaced. We financed it through Wells Fargo with them and they made an error in the amount and over charged us by 500.00 dollars. I understand things like that happen, I called them numerous times to get it resolved and eventually sold that house and moved to another. We had them come out and just to look at my system and give me a quote they charged me 150.00 dollars which I was in no hurry to pay since it had been six months and they never fixed my previous billing error. It was not until I owed them money, and told them I wasn't going to pay the ridiculous quote price that they resolved my issue. The quote they gave me was literally over 10k what they replaced both my old systems for. They gave me some line about how system prices were going up. But the other two people I had quote me for the same work were thousands cheaper. I will never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone in the future. The customer service just isn't there anymore. read more
