I explained In detail what I was looking for when they came out to look at the project. The samples they sent were poor quality, sloppy and uneven staining, and not at all what I had explained that I wanted. I found the product and color that I wanted and gave the information to the contractor. He insisted that Finnmark could get the product and do the installation with quality work. They got the product, but the installation crew was careless and sloppy. I ended up with glue on freshly painted wall walls, holes punched in drywall buy carelessness. I would not use them again for anything.

This included, multiple rooms, closets and stairs. Just if you are wondering, on the bottom floor I had hard floors put in (beautifully installed by another company). All by design and selection. Why? To showcase two different levels of living space, that are dominated by your feet, in the same house.
