New countertop before backsplash is installed.

Samar at the office was amazing at helping us understand what countertop to select and schedule measurements and install. Chris was right on with measurements and even helped us decide on finishing the entire back wall where our stove is to put quartz instead of tile. The stove fit like a glove after install of the new countertops. The two gentlemen who installed the countertops were precise and professional. Couldn't ask for a better install team. They were also friendly to chat with after we checked out the final install job. Thank you all for your help and expertise in upgrading our kitchen. Thank you Samar for all your help and communication of updates as they occurred.

We love using Marble and Granite Masters for our projects! We've been working with Chris and Samar for years and we will continue for years to come. They are professional, timely, they do excellent work, and they install on time according to when they schedule. If you're looking for countertop pickup, fabrication and install, they will not disappoint. They have our trust!

MGM did a great job from the ordering to the installation , Samar in the front office is great and answered all questions that we had. Chris for the measurements, is a very nice guy, he worked around our schedule to do the measurement. The installation team were great and fast, they finished the project and cleaned after them selves. Our counter tops are so beautiful and breathtaking. Thank you guys for your hard work.

Excellent company and I would rate with 6 *s if there was an option. We are very pleased with the total experience and outcome working with MGM for our remodel. Samar and Chris were fantastic to work with and they provided above and beyond service to exceed our expectations.

Just one section of my beautiful quartz countertop.

I began my kitchen remodel with a quartz countertop. After shopping some home improvement stores, I found Marble and Granite Masters based upon their excellent reviews. I stopped by the showroom and met Samar who showed me their extensive collection of available quartz products. I was delighted at their pricing and availability. Samar gave me a large sample to take home and within a few days I had my job scheduled. Chris came out to take measurements which included a new sink and plumbing fixtures I had purchased. And within 10 days the countertop was installed. MGM provided a quality product at reasonable pricing and their entire team was pleasant and ensured a successful job. I am so glad I found them!

MGM is a great company. Honest and professional crews. Samar runs a great and clean office and took care of payments and scheduling without any issue. Chris is honest, flexible, and professional. Install crews are professional and respectful. Chrihe is a easy to talk to and always answers calls or text. I will hire them again on my next project. BOTTOM LINE - THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN!

My experience with this company started with my first phone call, I spoke with Summer, she was, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She truly was a gem. As for Chris, I can't say enough, he came out to my home to take the measurements. He was very professional, on time, kind, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease with selecting my material. As for the installer's, they were very professional, respectful, and punctual. So my overall experience exceeded my expectations, if I can give more stars I would. I highly recommend.

My kitchen mini-update included new countertops, backsplash, and under-counter sink install. Both the fabricator and tile crews were respectful, courteous, friendly, efficient, hard-working individuals who take pride in their work, striving for customer satisfaction. Chris, the owner, is fair and professional, as well as very easy to work with. I have a beautiful new kitchen after only 3 days of on-site work and couldn't be more thrilled. I would highly recommend Marble and Granite Masters!

My husband walked through the process with the templator and was never informed of where the seams would be placed. The template showed no seams and a solid piece of quartz. At the installation though, we had two seams. I pushed back and requested a reinstall of one of the larger pieces so that it reduced the number of seams from 2 to 1. After some back and forth, we got it installed. I wish the templator made it clear what we were getting and to provide us an opportunity to change it rather than being surprised the day of. Communication with Rebecca at CCM was really clear. She set expectations about what the reinstall would look like, clarified with us that in order to make it one piece it would have to be curved (& not at 90 degree angles). We approved of that, and it turned out great. So happy to have worked with Rebecca and happy that CCM made it right.

If you're planning on a kitchen countertop installation through Home Depot or Lowe's, you'll almost…read morecertainly be working with California Crafted Marble as their installation partner. Ours was through Home Depot, and this review is based on that experience, which was NOT a good one. For starters, California Crafted Marble was supposed to contact me once everything was ordered through Home Depot. After 4 weeks, they had still not called or emailed, and so I had to initiate the process. This general lack of care on their part continued throughout. I had the unfortunate experience of being forced to work with a representative named Lorenzo. I had a number of specific questions about the job, in regard to scheduling and about the installation itself. Without exception, I found him to be rude, almost always condescending in his tone, and on several occasions, he lied to me outright about a number of important details. Any time I'd ask him any sort of direct question, he would invariably obfuscate and be as unspecific and vague as possible. I was genuinely baffled by this behavior, and yet it lasted throughout the entire experience from beginning to end. There were a number of attempts to bait-and-switch with new charges early on that were never part of the original quote, and that only added to my frustration. My experience with the measure tech was fine as was the final installation, however there were issues with the materials as they were prepped. In the one corner where two pieces are supposed to be cut such that the pattern flows seamlessly, the measurement/cut was/is off by 1/4". Similarly, the hole for the faucet was also off by the same amount - 1/4". Because we kept the original plywood from our previous counter, the location of the hole was important, but because the hole was off, we had to bore out the hole wider than the faucet which then required that I create an additional reinforcement piece underneath before it could be installed. Could we have rejected the materials for being cut incorrectly? Sure, but that would have started the clock all over, we would have had to wait an additional 4 weeks and I would have been forced to continue working with Lorenzo. The thought of that was unacceptable to me. In addition, there would be no guarantee that the pieces would be properly cut a second time. Perhaps other representatives at California Crafted Marble are more pleasant to work with, but if your job is through Home Depot, you might want to think twice.

I got the opportunity to work with Kate Griffin on an organization job that I needed for my home. I…read morecontacted her one week & she scheduled our appt. for early the following week. Which was such a breath of fresh air in this very active real estate market. Being a Realtor. I know all companies that are associated with real estate are experiencing lots of volume so that was very quick considering the market. To be honest I was in such need of moving this project forward. What a wonderful blessing we got started right away! I had moved into a new home and with the exception of a desk/chair and a bed. I only brought items that fit in a box. Or went in the closet. I initially contacted Blythe so I can get a design to get some furniture etc. but I had boxes all around the parameter of my home and couldn't get to the design until we went through all the boxes and had everything organized and put away. Over the years we can accumulate so many items that are so precious. IE: just to name one category. I had been saving a variety of keep sake items from over the years that were also in cardboard boxes and felt stuck not knowing what to do with them. I didn't know where to start. When Kate arrived she rolled up her sleeves and got to work. We opened every box and went through absolutely everything. She made what looked so overwhelming a breeze. She was able to help me discern what to keep and what to purge. I had a hard time parting ways with items I hadn't used in I can't even remember the last time I had used them. I even had kept boxes from vacuums and other appliances that she kindly pointed out were taking up space that we could use to organize other items in. Apparently, I needed the permission to get rid of it. Which when I did get rid of them. It felt freeing! We sorted through all sorts of items. Anywhere, from a variety of keep sakes (my daughter trophy's, various photos, bday and holiday cards I had collected over the years), office supplies, to electronics (she helped me discern what to keep - and what to recycle - phew - so nice to know you can recycle electronics), kitchen cabinets, cleaning supplies, cleaning appliances in a closet, to paperwork that needed to be shredded and had piled up over time (which I got done), misc. bathroom items, linen closet to labeling. By the time we were done it was after 6pm and we had lot of empty cardboard boxes to recycle. Even though she had been here for 4 hours on a intense and detailed job.... with a mask on... On a hot day. She wanted to ensure she didn't leave any task for that day not completed. She offered to help me break down and take out every last box (I live on the 3rd floor) which we did. Then we scheduled an appt. for the next day so we could get some containers etc. to efficiently organize the items. Bye bye cardboard boxes. What started off as a 3 hour process. Ended up being a 9 hour job over a span of 3 days. I'm so grateful Kate was available 3 days in a row to keep the flow of the process going. I can go on and on. When you don't know where to start it's sure great to have someone who is a professional organizer help you. Kate is experienced, professional, amazing, friendly, funny, jovial and someone you will feel comfortable having in your home.
