I am so impressed with Michael's Carpet on Adams in Huntington Beach. I called them on Monday, and…read morethey were incredibly quick to assist. Austin met me at the property with carpet samples, which made the process so much easier. They also have a virtual app online that allowed me to see how the room would look with different carpet colors, which was such a helpful tool when making a decision. I was able to go into the showroom, discuss the color options, choose the carpet, and set the installation time for Tuesday evening at 4:00 PM. The installer arrived right on time at 9:00 AM Wednesday morning and was finished by 2:00 PM that same day. I was especially impressed with Lupe, the installer. He did a wonderful job, vacuumed the room, and completely cleaned up after himself. The whole experience was fast, professional, and easy from start to finish. I love supporting local Huntington Beach businesses, and Michael's Carpet truly delivered. Highly recommend!

Ron and his team did an amazing job and they exceeded our expectations. In a few words they are: - Very clean, Professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable and they cared about my home more than I did. - They are very honest and easy to work with. I was fortunate enough to work with Diego for our bathroom tile work. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, and creative. My bathroom looks amazing thanks to him and his crew, who got everything done so flawlessly and professionally. We will definitely come back for my kitchen soon! His professional experience definitely helped us a lot in deciding what work needs to be done and what would be best for our home. The only thing that was annoying is the fact that the parking lot is limited for customers when coming to their location. Other than that it was a joy to work with everyone from Pacific Kitchen Bath!

Shoreline did an exceptional job repairing the tile floor in our primary bathroom. Jeff and Carin…read moreare genuine craftsmen who absolutely love what they do, and run a great business. We're already discussing our next project with them. Everything you'd want from a great experience was handled, before we had to ask: Jeff knows exactly what's needed to give you the best performing and looking floor, for 10+ years. The quality of craftsmanship and materials are notable. They have trusted contacts at all the supply houses around LB and OC, so you know you'll have an easy experience getting the tile you want at a fair price. They were VERY safe, the entire time. Jeff used eye- and ear protection when cutting and polishing tile. Carin and Jeff were exceptionally responsive, and they took great care to keep our house clean and minimize dust.

What an incredible experience. After reaching out to several installers for my master bath project,…read moremy frustration level was rising faster than a clogged bathtub. Some never showed up--no call, no text, not even a carrier pigeon. Others arrived late or radiated the kind of "professionalism" that makes you want to hide your checkbook. And getting an actual quote felt like trying to negotiate with a mythical creature. Then Jeff from Shoreline walked in--on time, with a firm handshake, a genuine smile, and absolutely no hint of the pushy contractor vibe I'd come to expect. Instead of rushing through the appointment, he took the time to get to know us and really listened to our vision for the space. He offered expert guidance without steamrolling our ideas, which was a refreshing change of pace. After the visit, he sent a written estimate promptly--and in multiple formats, just to make sure it didn't get lost in the digital void. Email, text, and even a follow-up call, all without a hint of pressure. He encouraged us to take our time and reach out with any questions. We chose Shoreline, and we're so glad we did. Jeff and Carin even accompanied us to the flooring retailer to help select materials, treating us like friends rather than just another job on the schedule. Throughout the project, they arrived on time every day, stayed professional without being stiff, and kept the atmosphere positive. Their craftsmanship was impeccable. Smooth tile cuts, perfectly straight grout lines, and a flawless herringbone pattern that would make a designer tear up with joy. They worked cleanly, finished on schedule, and left the space spotless--no stray dust bunnies or mystery debris in sight. A few days after completion, Jeff checked in to make sure we were still loving our new showpiece bath. And we absolutely are. The entire experience was stress-free, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.
