Really great spot in Delray. The food was super fresh and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Watching them prepare the food I could tell they do it with love and care. I just love to see family owned businesses flourish. Next time I'm in the area I will make a point to stop in. Wish you guys much success. Thank you! görüşürüz!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant was nice and very clean. We ordered the smoked baba ghanoush as an appetizer, it was smokey and delicious. Next, I ordered the falafel platter and my husband had the mix grill platter. Both were fresh and incredible. There was so much food we were able to take it home for another meal.

Small restaurant with big flavors. We tried the gyros and were only able to finish half. Try their lemonade. Then dessert. Family friendly Turkish restaurant. When you go, parking is usually available in the strip mall. BYOB.

We stopped here for lunch. They've been open about 3 months per the manager. We didn't realize that they're related to the Marash restaurant in Hallandale -- where we had been more than four years ago -- until one of our fellow diners mentioned it. There's lots of free parking in the lot outside the restaurant. It's a busy shopping center. The Turkish food here was very good. We shared their mixed appetizer with hummus, babaghanush, tzatziki, and grape leaves. And wedges of thin pita bread. We requested some sumac (lemony salty red spice) and put it on everything. The hummus was creamy and the babba eggplant was chunky and smokey. Since there were only two rice stuffed grape leaves, they disappeared fast. I left the tzatziki for my husband. After a bit of mixing and matching, we added a side order of gyro meat. That made all the combos even better. We also enjoyed a couple of glasses, each, of Turkish tea. And for dessert, we tried their Turkish ice cream dusted with pistachio bits. The ice cream is made from goat milk and very creamy. My husband got to speak a few words of his Turkish (from many years ago in Ankara) and we got to have an enjoyable Middle Eastern lunch. Lots more on their menu to try in this small restaurant.

A nice lunch stop here and a chance to brush up some on my Turkish! We ordered a combination platter, gyro meat, chai and for dessert some Turkish ice cream with pistachio sprinkles. Food is delicious and service is friendly and helpful!

Service was incredible. All of the staff was so friendly, attentive, and kind. The food was delicious! We ordered many items to share for the table, including the mix appetizer, beytuni, Turkish ice cream and baklava. Everything is made fresh and in front of your eyes. It was so nice to finally be able to have some delicious Turkish food in the area. The ambience is casual and great for a quick bite, they also offered to go and catering. The ice cream was so delicious. I think we will be returning here a lot throughout the summer thr.

New Turkish Restaurant Alert!! Very nice family-owned restaurant in Delray! Everyone was super welcoming and they had authentic doner and dessert options. I loved the taste of doner, the platter had plenty of food: rice, salad, doner, yogurt sauce and bread. Really great value for the price. The dessert and ice cream were both delicious, definitely worth a try. If you are in the area this place is great for lunch/dinner and they have vegetarian options as well!

I can't wait to return for the most amazing dessert imaginable!! Kataif (the curly phyllo dough) filled with huge pistachios and honey - and accompanied with Turkish ice cream is beyond delicious! Add a side of baklava and you will be quite satisfied!! Lovely management- family owned makes a difference!

Service was amazing. The staff is very welcoming and making sure you get the best experience. Ayran, smoked baba ghanoush were really good. I liked the lamb chops. Döner tasted good, it might be a little drier and thicker slice than döner at other places in the area. That was the only thing. But if you are used to shawarma cut, this is actually a better choice for you! Depends on what you like.

But I may have wanted to keep the secret a while longer, you can't blame me! The plaza where it's located has plenty of parking, and I love that you get to seat outside if the Florida heat isn't too crazy for you. I typically like to seat at the bar, but rest assured there are plenty of tables inside as well so you can truly choose. This location has started to get busier and busier and there's a valid reason for it! But I've yet to see it fully packed, so you probably don't need a reservation. In terms of the food, there's not an item I wouldn't recommend... but I do highly suggest you try their burger dish! as well as the octopus, and of course, the lemon potatoes! I'm not even a fan of potatoes, but I love them here! This last visit, I was served by Sofia who was super kind and patient while my family finally made up their minds. We had an array of dishes, and as always, the portions were generous, and every dish we ordered was delicious!

Main courses were the specials: Patagonian Toithfish "Plaki" and Laxanodolmades cabbage wrapped rice Kadden meatballs near with avgolemono (egg lemon sauce, the same used in the famous Greek soup). And did I mention that they use the ultra-premium, world renowned, and global award winning Iliada Gold Extra Virgin Olive? And then there's the amazing staff and even better hosts, Viktoria and Erik! I can't wait to return!

Atmosphere,The vibe leans more toward a casual, bar-style setting rather than a quiet, traditional taverna. Some people enjoy the lively energy, while others feel it's better suited for adults or a night out rather than a calm family meal. Outdoor seating is available, which is a plus for Florida weather. Overall, Taso's Greek Taverna is worth visiting if you're craving Greek food that delivers on taste. It's best for a relaxed, social outing rather than a quiet dinner. If you go in expecting good food and a lively vibe, you'll probably enjoy it. We also fret o ho for some coworkers the portions were good and delicious.

We got a spanakopita which was delicious, and came with a side of oven-baked potatoes, which were served balanced in a pyramid in a tiny round dish so none of the wedges were actually in the sauce itself. They forgot the side salads so we asked for them to go and had to wait 20 minutes for them. The appetizer assortments were sized for 1-2 people and only came with 1 dolma. The tzatziki came out and we had to ask for pita, and in our way to the table the waitress stopped to talk to the table next to us so i had to gently take the basket from her hand... The waitress was apologetic and said it was only her but there were only two other tables with a couple of people each... We were brought beer in bottles and had to ask for glasses. I saw the bartender picking up glasses two at a time and putting them back down- looking for clean ones!!! I hope these issues are brought to the attention of management because no matter how good the food is, the service is a huge part of the experience. Finally, she took my credit card and disappeared... i had to go ask another bartender who had just showed up, and he had to go look for it and bring it to me. They had already included the gratuity since we were 6 people so maybe that's why they didn't care. Opa!

We visited immediately on our arrival. The restaurant was clean and well lighted, and the staff was polite and attentive. As one of the members of our group as a gluten allergy, we were advised to stay away from most of the appetizers which we did. (even though most of them they have a GF label next to them on the menu) We decided to have our dinner family style, which is traditional what to do at most Indian restaurants so we ordered the Grilled Tandoori Chicken, A Grilled Chicken Kabab, Chicken Biryani, Chana Daal and the Lamb Vindaloo (we were warned ahead of time that this would be spicy and let me tell you it did not disappoint .... It was pure which would be definitely not something to get for the faint of heart and stomach! However, it was spot on and delicious!) Their Naans were large fresh and delicious! I must say that the prices were fair, and the portions were not stingy. They did not have the typical Indian fare that is served in most Indian restaurants but the menu was extensive and interesting. FELLOW YELPERS DO GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA. We will be back!!
