I ended up calling and leaving a message with some questions before booking and was promptly texted back a response. I booked online through their portal and hoped for the best. On the day of my move (Labor Day), I received a text message saying their ETA. It was about 30 minutes after the original scheduled time but I appreciated the text with the update! The two gentlemen who came by to help with the move are fast and super efficient. They seriously know how to pack. I was worried we wouldn't fit our things in a 16' POD, but they managed to fit 85% of our stuff in about half of the POD. They are efficient and pleasant and good at their jobs. As they state, they do not come with a truck. They showed up on time and started working immediately. They were efficient and ridiculously hard working in the 90 degree humid day we had. They loaded the truck to maximize space and protect my belongings. These guys worked at full speed and energy the whole time and did not stop until every single box was unloaded. These guys are professional and much more affordable than all the other companies I received quotes from.

It's been over a week and a half, and he is clearly ignoring me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB next and will continue to leave reviews until this company repairs the damage they caused. The sad part is that I thought the movers overall worked hard and did a good job in other respects. They scratched my grandmother's piano, my dresser, my dining room table, my TV stand, they ripped the back of my sofa and a mattress, and added some dance to my brand new refrigerator.
