Our washer at home just isn't big enough, and it always takes multiple drying cycles, so I figured I'd give this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The laundromat is very clean, well maintained, and wasn't busy at all. The employee working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. I grew up using coin-operated machines with my mom, so I was expecting the old-school setup, but they use a laundry card instead. It was super easy to load the card with either cash or a credit/debit card, and she took the time to explain how everything worked. The floors were clean, the folding tables were spotless, and there were plenty of chairs to sit and wait. I even noticed the employee wiping down the outside of the machines, which says a lot about how much they care about keeping the place clean. The whole place felt safe, and I didn't see anyone hanging around that made me feel uncomfortable. Another bonus is that there's a McDonald's and an ampm within walking distance, so it's easy to grab a snack, a drink, or gas while you wait for your laundry. I'll definitely be coming back whenever we need to wash our bedding. Highly recommend!

Rude lady Came here…read morea while ago. Put my load in. Was hoping to ask the lady if she does dry cleaning too or knows any dry cleaners in the area. Literally explodes on me, profusely states "look it up on your phone, what are you asking me for" Dont go here. I don't remember her name but she looked very similar to the mucinex commercial, the green snot. She's middle aged and tubby. Terrible human being.

I have been coming here for a few years now and they constantly surprise me with all the services they provide! So far dry cleaning suits and women's clothing js excellent! I also had my wedding dress altered to my exact specs on the first try! Then i had it cleaned and preserved after the wedding. The cleaning and preserving is much cheaper here then anywhere else. Trust me, i checked everywhere. Lastly this family owned business has shown me such great aurora i had to write a nice review about them. I am surprised there are not more. Ask them questions about your clothes problem or repair and they will walk you through proper steps. read more

I'm very happy I chose this place to take care of my wedding dress. I dropped it off before I went to my honeymoon, and it was already waiting for me when I got back (12 days later). The dress was really dirty at the bottom because I walked around the streets of Seattle for the wedding photos. I'm surprised all the dirt came off, it looks brand new! They did a wonderful job cleaning and preserving, handling the fabric and packaging it. I love how they displayed my dress in the box, it looks amazing. I have been wanting to write this business a review for some time but never got around. I've been coming here since they first opened. I'm a regular for dry cleaning and comforters also occasional sleeping bags and alterations. my husband and I wear business clothes everyday so we've been around the block when it comes to dry cleaners. you can't go wrong here with great prices, fast turn around and fantastic service. Made a switch to a different cleaners about 6 months ago.. have been very happy with the service of my dry cleaning... last week brought in a pair of my favorite jeans that had a knee rip out... today got the jeans back and they truly exceeded expectations.. instead of matching jean with the jean color, they added a hint of red to match the stitching.. 110% exceeded expectation... highly recommend this cleaners; not only for your daily dry cleaning needs but also for alterations and repairs! I want to start of saying this place does a fantastic job at dry cleaning clothes and altering clothes. At my work I am required to wear suits on a consistent basis and Maple Valley Cleaners has done a wonderful job in preparing me to dress to impress at work. They finished when they said they would and even brought the box out to my car because my hand were full with groceries. Instead, when I picked them up, everything smelled strongly of smoke -- and then on top of that, it seemed like a heavy fragrance had been poured over the clothes to cover the odor. The combination was overwhelming and honestly disgusting. Even though my items look clean, they do jot not feel clean, and now I need to figure out how to remove both the smoke smell and the chemical perfume. For a place that claims to professionally clean garments, this was incredibly disappointing. I trusted them with pieces that matter to me, and I won't be returning. I hope they address whatever is causing these odors, because this is not acceptable for a dry-cleaning business. The people are nice but the cigarette smells are coming from them.
