Overall, this is a great chinese restaurant in Red Bluff.

I ordered it with the plain white rice, which was not too sticky or too dry. A huge amount of food for the price! I also ordered popcorn chicken, egg rolls, and the spring rolls - again, perfectly fried to order. The sweet/sour sauce that accompanied was not too sweet - well balanced. The service was excellent- the counter server was pleasant and patient with me. The cook had a 1000 watt smile. I was so pleasantly surprised! I will definitely come again.

I gave it back to her with my concerns but she said nothing. The fried rice looked like it had been recooked a few times ..gross! The chicken dish had a few pieces of meat with what looked like expired vegetables! I saw past reviews and should have known better. Never again!
