The service was outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to explain the menu and suggest great pairings. They were especially kind and patient with our kids, which we truly appreciated. The restaurant has a very modern vibe and honestly feels like stepping into China. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. If you're looking for a fun, family‑friendly dining experience, this is definitely the place. We'll absolutely be back!

We explained it was our first time in and he nodded and seated us. Our waitress came over with an iPad and hurried away and said she'd be back. It took a while so we went ahead and ordered the base soups from the iPad, but when the waitress came back she explained how the order was already in and can't be canceled so we couldn't order the deluxe set menu. Which was disappointing, because the cost has now increased significantly. Then she talked us into the dancing noodles, which we agreed on because it was our birthday dinner. Unfortunately, she came back to say it wasn't available because the chef was not working. At this point we should have just left. We ordered lamb, meat, tofu, fish balls, beef tendon balls, assorted vegetables and mushrooms as well as the sauce bar. Food was great, a fun experience with the robot and cooking at the table. Everything was fresh and well organized. I just wish that we were informed of the deluxe menu vs the pick and choose. We left there paying about $140 with tip for 2 people.

The service was top notch Kevin our waiter was perfect, he explained exactly what us first timers needed to know (we opted for the BBQ vs Hot Pot) and gave excellent amount of service without interrupting too often, but without ignoring. And now my favorite part the food.... We ordered the following for our meat selections: Prime Beef Brisket, Spicy Beef Bulgogi, Garlic Chicken, Pork Belly, Cumin Lamb and Garlic Shrimp. For veggies: Shiitake mushrooms, Mung Bean Sprouts, Onions, Bamboo Shoots, Eggplant, Zucchini and we topped it off with a pineapple drink. My friend said the veal and the pork belly were both delicious, I don't eat either so my review is based on everything else. OMG the flavors were so packed into the meats they needed nothing else. The spicy beef bulgogi was by far my absolute favorite (I polished off two full servings myself) the spice profile was so perfect that it enhanced the beef without masking the natural flavor and the use a good quality beef as well so any toughness is due to your own over cooking which still didn't happen. The shrimp and chicken came in tied for second place for flavor bomb, I'm pretty sure they marinate this stuff for days for it to taste so full of flavor! There is also a fully stocked "Sauce Bar" with so many different kinds of sauces and additions. The inside is very large, but not loud and they have a full bar for those who wish to sit there. If you haven't tried them yet GO! You and your stomach will thank me.

Had a great meal with friends on New Year's Day…read more The venue is older and needs a bit more effort on upkeep. It is eclectic, decorated in an Asian pop culture theme with [sometimes promiscuous lol] music videos playing on a big projector screen. And, it is honestly loud (booths are in rather close proximity to one another and there's constant clatter & commotion from the table action). We had a few issues - the grill didn't stay hot (either malfunctioning or low on fuel), there weren't any hot buffet options (like other locations offer), and a few menu items were unavailable (ran out) - but we enjoyed our meal, nonetheless. Even with a few missing offerings, there is plenty of variety - meats, seafood, vegetables, soups, noodles & rice. The sauce bar has many condiments & dips; you can play mad scientist with your seasonings/marinade. And, there was a cold buffet that offered kimchi and a few fruits. They also had a long list of beverages that included boozy cocktails and exotic smoothies or teas. Kevin was an outstanding server - extremely attentive & superbly patient (bless his heart for accommodating our rowdy and very needy group of newbies lol). He was assisted by a hard working team of table runners and busters who kept us stockpiled and refilled. The crew made sure things were never amiss. Some tips for first-timers: -The AYCE pricing is applied to the whole table, so you have to make a group decision if you want to do bbq or hotpot or both ($5 add on). -Holidays and weekends are priced for Dinner all day. -They don't take reservations, so there may be a wait (especially if you have a large group). -It is booth seating throughout, with a max of 6 people per booth. -You have a 2 hour time limit (which seems like a lot, but you do have to wait for meat to cook on the grill). Venue: 4.0 Ambiance: 3.0 Food (Taste / Variety) 4.5 Service: 5.0

We got a couple of items during this visit but the one that stood out was the spicy raw marinated crabs, it was amazing, the quality was fresh, it wasn't fishy at all if anything it the actual crab meat was quite sweet which paired well with their sauce and I don't know if you can tell by the photo but they give you a lot. Food is always good, service is always amazing but it's just a bit pricey for Korean food which is why we don't come as often but everytime we do, we enjoy it

I'll probably get a different type of protein if at all, as stews by definitely doesn't use the most tender cuts of meat, but wow was the stew filling and had such great warmth that radiated throughout my soul! Banchan (included side dishes with entree) I felt was generous, as you now see other restaurants like Asian fusion or Japanese restaurant charge $5-11 for half the portion of banchan, which is crazy. Loved the pickled dishes and salads to start the meal or to add a bit of kick during my main meal. Kimchi here was legit too. Corn cheese was huge and cheese was laid on thick and super generously, great for the cheese pull shot, but I would've preferred it more well-done to burn off the excess liquid or just being made with less mayo. But that's just my preference trying to eat this alone, I mean if you're in a group you'll appreciate these portions! I'll have to try their combo dinners next time and see how their bulgogi or short ribs compare. Staff was friendly was well, even though no doubt they were tired after a long day working the holiday season. Props to them!

Service was spot on, quick, and we got our food in what felt like maybe a few minutes. We started off with pork dumplings for the kiddo, which he INHALED in moments. For entrees, we split the orange chicken and the Spicy/Numbing Pot. The orange chicken was spot on. The sauce was sweet but not painfully sweet or thick/clumpy. Really nice orange flavor and tender chicken. So much fun eating it since it is gluten free! Our kiddo also devoured this dish! Mild - not spicy at all! The Spicy Numbing Pot, while a little oily/greasy on the bottom, was still delicious! I appreciated that it wasn't knock your socks off spicy - it had a solid kick, and so flavorful. I love eating dishes with Sichuan Pepper; it has a lot of flavor, and the tingling is so much fun. This dish was perfect with some rice, and it wasn't too heavy for the middle of the day. The prices were really reasonable, and there was enough food for leftovers which we ate later that night. Our only regret is not getting the duck appetizer, but we will be sure to get it next time. We can't wait to go back, and Tiger Noodle will happily be in regular rotation for our family! You can't go wrong!
