The selection and presentation of merchandise is excellent. I was impressed that Maria in painting was willing to go search for more supply of an item that was no longer on the self. There is plenty of parking in the private lot. Handicapped parking and contingencies are present. Restrooms are clean and spacious. The products are varied, good quality, and well presented. Location of items via the Home Depot application works and is accurate. In all , good value at a well run store with great staff ! We will return!

They literally wasted 2 months of my time, i now need over 30 replacement windows and even though the original windows in my home came from there where the manufacturer knows the sizes i need, i would never THINK of purchasing the replacements here due to there abhorrent customer service. These guys literally do not care about you or your time and to get an attitude on the phone when i was shocked that it took 2 months to hear they were discontinued is extremely disappointing. Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!

Someone took the time to label our cabinets as broken but never ordered new cabinets for us. Then the audacity to deliver broken cabinets to a customer's home? Apparently, we were expected to accept broken cabinets even though we paid for brand new cabinets? Multiple other drawers delivered to us were broken, then the replacement drawers delivered to us were the wrong color. It has taken about 3 months to finish installation because of all these errors. Please do yourself a favor and purchase kitchen cabinets elsewhere.
