We are welcomed to bring our dinner and treat it as our living rooms so I tend to show up at doors so I can be finished with dinner before the music starts . Also THe Muse is heavily involved in the yearly Lafayette Music Festival bringing multiple bands thru out the day. Everything was a 10/10. The DJ looked like he was having the time of his life and his energy was so infectious. One of the best DJs I've seen, I even said I hope I can get a DJ like this for my wedding one day because he was so so so fun. The crowd was having such a good time and so many people were dressed with the 2000s theme. The GFX on screen added to the night with hilarious 2000s throwbacks like Paint and WordArt. Plenty of space inside, there's an upstairs with tables and the bar and downstairs has more of a dance floor. Definitely recommend planning a night out here, you'll have so much fun!

The sound was great, and we had very good sight lines. The drinks were not unreasonably priced, and the bartenders were really good. The same cannot be said for Pearl Divers next-door (where the bathrooms are). Those bartenders put an unauthorized tip (while we were still there and before we had closed out the) on my girlfriend's credit card that was more than the amount of entire bill. This is currently under dispute with the credit card company, but it does not speak well for their honesty, integrity, or customer service at Pearl Divers.

We were surprised with a "Fair Wage and Inflation Fee (this is not a tip) (20%)" line in our receipts, which let's be real, most of that or at least part of it is very likely going to the owner(s) not the staff. On top of that, I know quite a few musicians in Denver and almost every one that has worked with Your Mom's House has told me that they had issues with getting paid. Overall, it is a fun space but I can't support a business that operates this way.
