Came here for a garage band style small classical music get together... Cool space in the back of the coffee shop, long but not too narrow and plenty of chairs for seating. Space was a bit echo-y and the train could be heard but still a cool concert with restrooms and a coffee shop added.

    Stunning reception set up!

Our spade cake knife was used by an employee who lost it too. We spent almost $600 on the 7 piece set from Etsy. The owners, my husband, parents, and sister in law watched the camera footage of him intentionally doing it. Mariana sent a text message to me saying, "we are definitely taking care of things we saw our employee throw out by accident The knives I personally placed in the back next to the cake." She then told me she was trying to reach out to the Etsy seller to see if they could order the items individually, which they can't. Then I receive a text message from her after I send the pictures from Etsy saying that it's unclear what they saw on the camera footage. So we drove over there to look at the video once again, she has it on a different camera then what we watched it on the first time. I knew them we weren't going to get reimbursed I made her aware of the correct camera we watched it on the first time. She changed it and immediately said didn't want us to record it. We all witnessed it again and this time they said it was probably the Millenniums wine glass. They never gave us the Millennium wine glasses to use because we brought our own. They obviously thought we were blind like them. The man who did it is probably one of their close friends or family, so they don't want him to get in trouble. They said they couldn't reimburse us at all. Even if they did reimburse us, it's still not going to be the same things we used on our special wedding day. They don't care about you or your stuff so stay far away from this place and tell everyone else too. Your things will get thrown away without a care and all you can do is cry about it. They know they're wrong and don't want to pay the $600 for our things. They can't make anything right for the memories we shared. Save yourself the heartache, and let everyone you know not to chance it at the Millennium Event Center.

Our server was very attentive and helpful with our meal selection. While the biscuit breakfast comes with scrambled eggs they were kind enough to make mine over medium and also extra crispy bacon. The freshly made to order biscuits were so delicious with the butter and jams. We order the chocolate chip cookie skillet and it comes à la mode. Be warned it's HOT! I burned my tongue and it was so worth it. I would recommend asking for a second scoop of ice cream as it felt a little small in comparison to the size of the cookie. But get this dessert! The property is quite nice to walk around and even has a little gift shop. Give them a visit!

The first thing that grabs you as you're driving through the back, roads of Weld County among farms and ranches is the warmth of this location with trees, a long drive and a small pond. It truly is a picturesque setting and some families were already walking around the pond and nearby grounds taking family photos. We had a small wait for our table, which was not unexpected since had a large group. The drink options were amazing and the bartenders on duty did not disappoint with their preparations. The menu however, was great for those who were seeking carbs, but left something to be desired if you were seeking any protein options. We started with the Charcuterie and Bruschetta Barrata boards along with the Warm Spinach and Artichoke dip. A couple of flatbread pizzas wrapped up the dinner options for us. We were celebrating a birthday and brought a cake in the staff was kind enough to let us keep it in the cooler until it was time to be served. With almost every table filled outdoors and indoors, the staff did a good job of keeping up with our tables needs and balancing the other tables in their respective stations. We did have to seek out our waiter a couple of times to order additional items but they were quite busy. This place is ideal for a light, relaxing meal with drinks and the company of friends. It is not the place to go for those with a hearty appetite as you may be disappointed with the scarcity of options on the menu, but for events in a beautiful setting, you can't go wrong here!

To reach the venue, you must travel up stairs and I didn't see an elevator. The "box office" accepts credit cards but unfortunately their credit card machine was down so to buy tickets it was cash only. If you didn't have cash, their was an ATM machine right next to the entrance. As soon as you enter, you have the men and women's bathroom directly in front of you with the bar on your left and the stage on your right. The bartenders were very nice and if you're only drinking soda, you get free refills. They had a water cooler to grab water whenever you needed it without asking for it. The stage was quite small from what I've seen and been to. But that gave you an opportunity to be very close to the band aka Jboog! Lol. The merchandise booths were on the two corners of the floor. They also had a standing balcony and two levels with reserved seating. Overall, small but quite intimate type of venue. The price of tickets aren't bad either.
