Had a wonderful time painting this past weekend with the bestie! We arrived way earlier than We expected! But they didn't mind and we got ourselves some tasty drinks from the bar! A sangria for my friend and this strawberries and cream mimosa for myself, yum. The staff were all great! Everyone so friendly and fun. It was a lovely atmosphere. I've been to lots of these types of places and Pinots Palette didn't disappoint. Our instructor was fun and patient and helped everyone create their own little masterpiece! We will be back!!

My kids did spring break camp at Pinot's Palette (affectionately called "wine camp" at our house) and had a blast. The instructors really interacted with the kids and let them make the paintings their own. I couldn't believe how well my kids painted, and they came home happy each day. I hope to try a class myself!

I rarely get to do things like this, my gal pal and I were trying to find something to do. We found this as we were enjoying dinner not too far from here... we called and thank the Friday night gods there was a cancellation for two! Say what, it was just meant to be. The instructor and bar tender were delightful, kind and patient. One of my favorite parts was checking in via Yelp and getting a FREE drink. The class was a wonderful different activity to do. We enjoyed our time. Nice environment, awesome calendar of future events to come. Overall a fantastically awesome Friday night!

I had a great time at a private party held here last weekend -- it was a nice way to spend a snowy weekend! The private room can probably accommodate about 20 people comfortably? With our own instructor, tunes, and the judgement of only your group of friends it was a nice way to ease into the painting and sipping experience. While I'm not sure that I'm ready to frame my painting and hang it up on the wall, I am pretty pleased at how it turned out ... the acrylic paints are a pretty forgiving medium for even the most inexperienced "artist." The larger studio is quite spacious, and it looks like they arrange smaller groups at individual tables. There is a decent selection of libations available for purchase at the bar -- I quite enjoyed my glass of Pinot Noir -- and there are a number of regular events (e.g. Ladies' Night) and special classes (paint your pet) available, too. I'm looking forward to trying the paint your pet class sometime later this spring -- I'm pretty sure that painting will garner some wall space, in the utility room next to the grooming table at the very least.

Paint your pet! So special and so much fun. You have to go to Pinot's Palette!

My son, Darling-in-law, and I had so much fun at your paint your pet event at Maxline Brewery! Thank you so much for the easy, no pressure fun. The teacher was so kind and patient... helpful. What a great time. I recommend Pinot's Palette!

The calendar clearly shows the times for Monday, March 27th on the top left corner.

The 40 x 80 foot tent and 20 x 20 foot canopy were well structured and put together by a great crew of guys. He came back the morning of the wedding to put the chairs up and dust them for the guests. Thanks to RC Special Events we were able to build a first class wedding and reception venue on a working horse ranch. I would recommend them highly for special events and celebrations.

Emily was able to suggest some great vendors and had a never ending list of industry contacts. How was I going to help her plan a wedding that was not in her hometown in Connecticut? We definitely needed a planner to help. We interviewed several planners and my daughter and now son-in-law felt that Casey was the only one we interviewed that spent the time to get to know them and find out what they wanted in their vision of a wedding verses just telling them all the services they provide. Casey was asking how they met, what they liked to do in their free time and what was the vibe they were going for with the wedding. I felt confident that Casey would help them plan a wedding that was perfect for THEM. I wanted to be included in the planning process and Casey had no problem with this so I would be conferenced in on any calls and looped in on all the emails. Casey was very patient throughout the planning process from the number of site visits she went on to find the perfect venue to answering all the little questions we had. Casey helped us find the perfect venue that fit all the characteristics the B+G explained to her in the initial interview. At first, we signed up for "day of" planning because of expense but added the "full service" planning when we decided the venue we chose would end up being like a destination wedding where no guest lived locally so the whole weekend needed to be planned from Friday through Sunday. I am so glad we did this because Casey stepped right in and helped us with all the details! Casey is very organized and helped keep the B+G on schedule with their tasks so it never seemed overwhelming throughout the whole planning process. She recommended some great vendors! Casey went through each contract to make sure all contracts were good even before forwarding them to me to review and kept me on schedule with payments needed for all vendors so I never missed a payment. Casey was great with communication and would often answer an email on her day off even though I didn't expect an answer right away. I think Casey really excelled with logistics and design so when the time came, the wedding was flawless! All of our guests commented on how well everything came together and how beautiful the wedding was. The weekend of the wedding was amazing, the B+G and I showed up and were allowed to be just guests for the whole weekend! We did not need to worry about a thing because Casey and Jessica handled everything! It turned out better than I could have imagined! I did not find out about a problem that happened during the weekend until after the brunch when my sister let me know that she was having such trouble with the altitude right before the ceremony that Casey got her some oxygen and set her up in a place to see the ceremony where she did not have to walk. I did not even notice that this was going on. There was no doubt that Casey did not want the B+G nor me to be troubled with anything over the weekend and what a joy that was to not have that stress! When first interviewing planners I thought they were, as a whole, expensive and was a little worried with the cost of them, however, I can honestly say Casey and Aspen & Ivy are well worth the expense! Casey, I really enjoyed working with you. I felt that through the process you became more of a friend than vendor we had contracted! We definitely could not have pulled off such a beautiful event without you!

She gently advised us on everything including, caterers, food, alcohol, flowers, and invitations. During the weekend Casey worked behind the scenes to make sure everything ran perfectly. We were particularly impressed when she was the last one to bed because she was running the vacuum at night to make sure the space was in perfect order for Saturday breakfast. This is the very first time we've ever used a party planner and we are so glad we did. Three months later our friends are still raving about the weekend and how well organized it was. It did help that we had the party at Estes Park on a glorious fall weekend. Casey didn't plan that. We had to recruit friends and family to help clean up the previous client's mess - not how we planned to spend the morning of our wedding!
