There's a problem with writing a review for Manor Cleaners, and that is if you describe how good they really are, it might sound too good to be true. Owner Paul is amazing. He is expert in any and every aspect of clothing and cleaning. Tailor, fashion consultant, fabric/dry cleaning chemist, business manager or plant engineer, Paul can handle it all and the results will be tops. Just this week he pulled off a near miracle for my family by successfully making last-minute alterations to a wedding dress. The retailer who sold us this dress failed twice in a row in getting it to fit--then just threw their hands up and basically said "sorry, tough luck". Paul, on the other hand, took on the alterations at the last minute and nailed it first try. What a relief--just three days before the wedding. We use Manor for all our dry cleaning and alterations, and have done so for nearly 20 years. It's high time I write this review, and, my friends, we could not be happier with the service. read more

Ive been to here multiple times and every time I get amazing service but this time I was just blown away. I brought in two "pillows" if you could even call them pillows because of how torn to shreds they were ... they were large (something like a dog bed) and like a seat cover.. anyways, I had ripped up fabric and bag fulls of fluff and he told me that because of the amount of fabric I had left it would be hard to get it back to normal so we could change the shape into a bolster and I was all for it! I came back to pick it up and the pillows were like NEW. I didn't even remember that he was going to put it into a bolster until he came up to the counter and reminded me that it was the original plan but that he and his team were able to put it back together perfectly! I had THE BEST service provided to me from Manor Cleaners. I had previously taken my comforter that had been soiled from my kitten to Towne Cleaners in Fallbrook, and it was an absolutely horrible experience. The woman charged me about $50 and didn't even clean my comforter. The stain and pee smell were still there and very prominent. They wouldn't refund me nor did they care about how upset I was that they ripped me off. I asked around for recommendations and everyone had said, "Manor Cleaners". I took in my comforter and explained what happened briefly. The owner was working and he was absolutely THE SWEETEST. We picked up the comforter a few days later. stain gone, smell gone, and he told me he wasn't going to charge me. I almost cried from his generosity. All of the frustrations I had been dealing with from the other cleaners and just from that week in general seemed to disappear in that moment. These guys are seriously amazing people. I've come to them with so many seemingly unfixable projects and they've always pulled through and fixed them all. They're SO professional and truly are there to help you. I've come to them with an accidentally destroyed comforter that was my best friend's baby blanket and they fixed it better than new. I thought I destroyed it in the wash and then after I tried to stealthily fix it, my friend later told me HE had ripped it to shreds and was AMAZED that I'd gotten it fixed for him like new! He was so incredibly happy, and I was so relieved! :) I've also brought pants in to the shop when I was in an emergency situation and taking care of someone who had just had surgery--I couldn't leave the house and didn't have time to go shopping and they seriously kept me clothed for that tough couple of months! I've even taken my dog's bed cover to them (he chewed it) and even though the material was strange (supposed to be waterproof) they patched it up for my boy good as new. We're new to Fallbrook and get dry cleaning and alteration service here. Paul, the owner, has great integrity- I brought skirt in to be shortened,I put it on and he looked at it and said the skirt wouldn't look good shortened- wrong style. I call him my Obi-Wan Kenobi- he seems to know everything. We had bought a new couch and a dark paper bag got wet and stained it horribly. I didn't think it could be saved. Paul looked at it and told me what to use and how to do it myself. It amazed me - it took it all out as if it had never been there. That's when I started calling him Obi-Won Kenobi.
