Overall great breakfast spot in proctor. Was in here with family on the 4th. Food was tasty and service was great. Have been here a couple times and it's been consistent. It's an asset to the neighborhood and definitely worth a visit.

Great food. The service was quick and made quick adjustments of tables for us. Friendly to our little ones as well.

Noooo- 80s creamers - tons of stabilizers and added ingredients

Great little breakfast spot in Proctor. Not a ton of seating, so can get very busy! Food is solid- love the omelettes. Service is always great. My only negative is they still use the fake cream with stabilizers from the 80s - little cups. A great breakfast place should highlight their coffee and serve natural ingredients like fresh half and half. It's an easy thing to do- and a nice touch!

    French toast was amazing!!!

Super nice staff! The food came out pretty quick and my server Mickie R. is super sweet and very attentive. I would recommend coming here. The French toast was cooked perfectly and the sauce that comes with it was delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly as well and the pesto really did it for me. I would definitely come here again.

Didn't have too many great meals in Seattle, but Manny's was excellent. Found via Yelp and went a little bit out of our way to visit. Promptly seated, very neighborly and a server offered drinks immediately. A small but notable menu that covers all palates. I had Manny's omelet, wife had French toast. Mine was excellent, fresh ingredients, nicely cooked meat, and decent home potatoes. My wife won with the French toast, my goodness, it was epic. I'm not much of a sweet eater, especially at breakfast, but that dish was incredible. It's hard to describe the sauce they put on it, kind of like a perfect marriage between caramel and maple syrup. We were so impressed! A bit pricey but worth it in my opinion, great job Manny's, wishing you years of future success!

We were seated pretty quickly on a Tuesday late morning. They were pretty busy. The spot is small and was very loud when we visited. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly. The iced tea tasted a little off, I think it might be the water.... That slight mildew summer drink from the hose when you were a kid flavor. The food came out hot and just how we ordered it. It was a decent breakfast for a diner type place. Overall, a pretty good visit for breakfast with my favorite dad.

    Blueberry pancake breakfast.

Always fun to find a good place for breakfast and Manny's certainly is. Located in the Proctor district we discovered it of course on Yelp when we knew we were going to be in the area. The menu isn't huge but it has plenty of options for everyone. A long list of different types of omelettes with some amazing sounding fillings. Too bad you couldn't eat one of each. There are also none omelette options and that's what we opted for. Blueberry pancakes that came with two eggs and your choice of bacon or sausage. The pancakes were huge and a little sweeter than I like, hence the four star instead of five star. They also didn't have blueberries inside but were topped with a berry compote. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon nice and crispy. A good crowd for a weekday so I'm sure on the weekend it's super crowded. They only serve breakfast and lunch so go early.

chicken fried steak with chorizo sausage gravy $19 it was good!

Came here because we wanted some diner like breakfast but without a crowd. It was a Sat brunch hour and everywhere was packed. We found this place online and decided to give it a try. it's a small restaurant with a small bar very friendly and quick service. there is a lot of street parking even during this busy time we found quite a few close spots. we both got the chicken fried steak with chorizo gravy and it was delicious. you get two small sized steaks and it was a lot of food. a standard male could prolly eat the whole thing but i'm a smaller eater and ate just one of the two steaks. the sourdough toast was sooo good wasn't just your average thinly sliced sourdough... it was about an inch thick and so perfect toasted soft yet had the full sourdough flavor. i'd come again!

food was okay. pancakes were soft. would be nice to have fruit and complementary fruit syrup availability on there. at least they are generous with the maple syrup. eggs were okay. very much fried on the edges, which I do not prefer. sausage was yummy. Mahi mahi tacos were surprisingly good. More on the spicier end, according to Sam lol , but I liked it. Probably the stand-out dish from the meal. service was great with consistent rounds. made sure to quickly get things like creamer and sugar for Sam's black coffee because not on our table. they were not cheap with it either. so attentive and thankful for their great customer service. I thought that the posters hung up on the wall were interesting. Super duper unique designs and phrases. I internally giggled and was smiling so hard because even though I did not fully understand their messages, At least they looked cute lol. I like the penguin one!!! Picture seems as though the tabling setup is crowded, but it is not.

Been hearing about Manny's for quite sometime and so happy my partner and I were able to finally see what the rave was about! The level of service we received was incredible and every need was met by our server. The food omg was hands down one of the best breakfasts we've had in the proctor area. The gravy that goes on the chicken fried steak was literally to die for! They also have a bar so this place is great for brunch and mimosas. They often run specials so definitely be on the look out when you visit them! Chow!

Delish! Went for Sunday brunch at 12:30, did have to wait for 45 min since it's first come first serve and it's a small diner, but we just went across the street at Compass Rose to kill time. Santa Fe omelette was a great choice! Love the spicy chorizo. Don't worry it's mild, but maybe not for a kid unless they can handle a hint of heat. Loved the bell peppers and olives in them. Not overly giant, the right serving. I asked for salsa on the side. Still great without salsa but it's personal preference.

From the comfortable…read moreenvironment, great-tasting food, and its STELLAR Employees, this place is a perfect place to enjoy a night out or to celebrate a birthday (which was the reason we were there tonight.) I reserved a table (for a large party of 9) conveniently on Open Table which made the process easy and effortless two days prior to our reservation. On the day of our reservation I received a call from a very friendly staff member Jace (forgive my spelling if it's incorrect) who confirmed our reservation and also asked if we had kids in our party because of the age restriction for the outside seating. I thought that was very considerate of him to do so as he was being proactive and courteous at the same time! When I checked in, I immediately was greeted by Jace who was beyond welcoming in person as he was on the phone. He guided us to our table and made us all feel welcome. We then were presented with our hardworking and endearing Server Kat who was so patient with all of us, was proactive in setting up plates for our Birthday cake (we had brought with us - as we were granted with permission by the restaurant). Throughout our experience, Kat took care of our needs, fulfilled our delicious food orders with accuracy, and the other hardworking Server Ethan also ensured our drinks were filled. Seriously, the Employees are what made our celebratory Birthday even more special!! And also, our the wonderful Manager Brandon made sure we were all taken care of and even personally said goodbye as he walked with us out the door! We only live down the street from this restaurant as my husband and I have lived in Washington for about three years. But rest assure we will be coming back again and again because of the great food but more importantly of the Employees - Jace, Kat, Ethan, and Brandon....and the rest of the Restaurant!

After what I believe to have been 2 years of saying that, that day has finally come. First, parking near the restaurant was limited, however finding parking in the residential area was fine. We found parking about 2 minutes away from the restaurant. As we came with my best friend, who, by the way, was the reason why I finally stepped foot here, wait time wasn't long as she came about 5 minutes earlier than I. We came for brunch and it was busy but the wait was not bad at all. The both of us ordered the same items on the menu from both the drinks, the main and dessert - a sangria, Shakshuka with lamb, and beignets. We also brought our daughters with us. They ordered a cheeseburger with a side of caesar salad and a mac n cheese dish from the kids menu. Our orders were delicious, although I was expecting the shakshuka dish to be heftier. For the price - $17. xx with an additional $4 to add lamb - it was a little disappointing, to be honest, especially since it was lacking in the lamb department. I was still hungry but thankfully I had my 4 year old's leftover cheeseburger and salad to fill me right up. As for the beignets, it was good. I don't have anything to compare it to since I don't know what an actual beignet tastes like. Would I return? Sure.

Our waiter, Mark, was incredibly attentive -- checking in regularly, keeping drinks topped off, and making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Exactly the kind of hospitality that makes a meal memorable. We started with the Guacamole Sampler -- Traditional, Carlito's Way, and Austin Style -- served with warm housemade chips and their signature salsa. Every style had its own personality, and the flavors were spot‑on across the board. A fantastic way to kick off the meal. For my entrée, I went with the Seasonal Al Pastor Tamales, and wow... this dish is a true taste of the south. The ancho, guajillo, and achiote citrus slow‑roasted pork was rich and tender, perfectly balanced by cumin black beans, pickled pineapple, white onion, and serrano salsa. Every bite had depth, heat, and brightness. My wife ordered the Smoked Chicken Tomatillo Soup -- hominy, red bell peppers, carrots, onions, chipotle, buttermilk crema, cilantro, and blue corn tortilla strips. Served with fresh housemade sopes, it was comforting, flavorful, and beautifully layered. A perfect bowl for any season. We also shared the Navajo Fry Bread -- honestly, this should be listed under desserts. Warm, soft, slightly sweet, and absolutely delicious. The overall vibe was relaxed and inviting. Finally got a chance to try it at noon today, and it was a great experience! Environment: The overall vibe is very American. There were TVs on the walls constantly playing various ball games, like today's playoff game between the Thunder and the Lakers. It was pretty busy on the weekend, especially the outdoor seating area, which was almost full. The building is an old structure dating back to the 1900s. Though it shows its age, it's very clean both inside and out--you can tell the owner really cares. Service: Our waitress was very, very friendly and professional. She gave us great recommendations, always served with a smile, checked in on us during the meal, and refilled our water. Very satisfied! Taste: Pizza: There's a funny little story: supposedly, Marco Polo went to China and saw pies, but didn't know how to wrap the filling inside, so he just put it on top--and thus the pizza was born. Personally, I think this is a myth, or many people have started fantasizing about Marco Polo because they think he was too great. But according to various unearthed historical records in China, Marco Polo never actually went to China. In fact, around 2010, more than 20 scholars organized an event called "Retracing Marco Polo's Route." After completing the journey and comparing it to what Marco Polo himself recorded, most of them concluded that he probably never made it to China. Sorry, I have a strong urge to share--went off on a long tangent about Marco Polo. But the pizza was really delicious. It should be truly fire‑baked, not oven‑baked. The sauce was well‑balanced, and the toppings were generous and fresh. My wife and I ate more than half of it! Salad: The dressing and cheese were very generously applied, and the greens were fresh. Chicken wings: They had a pleasant sweet‑savory taste, just right. Unlike most American restaurants where they're too salty or too sweet, these were perfectly balanced. All the dipping sauces were good. Overall, highly recommended!
