Overall great breakfast spot in proctor. Was in here with family on the 4th. Food was tasty and service was great. Have been here a couple times and it's been consistent. It's an asset to the neighborhood and definitely worth a visit.
Great spot for American style breakfast!! I've been looking around to try some new breakfast places and Manny's popped up on my radar. Extra bonus points that it's in Proctor - my favourite stomping ground. I got there not too long after they opened and about half of the tables were already taken. I found a place at the bar and was quickly greeted. I didn't see a drink menu, so I figured a mimosa is the obvious choice. They also have apple and grapefruit juice so you can mix it up a bit! For breakfast I went with the Mediterranean Veggie Hash, which was excellent! Good ratios of all the ingredients and I will absolutely be eating another one! It seems like this is one of those places that you're going to want to get to early - by the time I was leaving it was a full house with no seating left!
Great little breakfast spot in Proctor. Not a ton of seating, so can get very busy! Food is solid- love the omelettes. Service is always great. My only negative is they still use the fake cream with stabilizers from the 80s - little cups. A great breakfast place should highlight their coffee and serve natural ingredients like fresh half and half. It's an easy thing to do- and a nice touch!
This place is great! It's got a homey vibe. Staff was inviting. Service was quick. Drinks were filled quickly and food was great! Had the breakfast nachos with chorizo gravy and my boyfriend had the chicken fried steak both were excellent and I had enough to take some home. Will definitely come here again!
Didn't have too many great meals in Seattle, but Manny's was excellent. Found via Yelp and went a little bit out of our way to visit. Promptly seated, very neighborly and a server offered drinks immediately. A small but notable menu that covers all palates. I had Manny's omelet, wife had French toast. Mine was excellent, fresh ingredients, nicely cooked meat, and decent home potatoes. My wife won with the French toast, my goodness, it was epic. I'm not much of a sweet eater, especially at breakfast, but that dish was incredible. It's hard to describe the sauce they put on it, kind of like a perfect marriage between caramel and maple syrup. We were so impressed! A bit pricey but worth it in my opinion, great job Manny's, wishing you years of future success!

We were seated pretty quickly on a Tuesday late morning. They were pretty busy. The spot is small and was very loud when we visited. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly. The iced tea tasted a little off, I think it might be the water.... That slight mildew summer drink from the hose when you were a kid flavor. The food came out hot and just how we ordered it. It was a decent breakfast for a diner type place. Overall, a pretty good visit for breakfast with my favorite dad.
Super nice staff! The food came out pretty quick and my server Mickie R. is super sweet and very attentive. I would recommend coming here. The French toast was cooked perfectly and the sauce that comes with it was delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly as well and the pesto really did it for me. I would definitely come here again.
Always fun to find a good place for breakfast and Manny's certainly is. Located in the Proctor district we discovered it of course on Yelp when we knew we were going to be in the area. The menu isn't huge but it has plenty of options for everyone. A long list of different types of omelettes with some amazing sounding fillings. Too bad you couldn't eat one of each. There are also none omelette options and that's what we opted for. Blueberry pancakes that came with two eggs and your choice of bacon or sausage. The pancakes were huge and a little sweeter than I like, hence the four star instead of five star. They also didn't have blueberries inside but were topped with a berry compote. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon nice and crispy. A good crowd for a weekday so I'm sure on the weekend it's super crowded. They only serve breakfast and lunch so go early.
Came here because we wanted some diner like breakfast but without a crowd. It was a Sat brunch hour and everywhere was packed. We found this place online and decided to give it a try. it's a small restaurant with a small bar very friendly and quick service. there is a lot of street parking even during this busy time we found quite a few close spots. we both got the chicken fried steak with chorizo gravy and it was delicious. you get two small sized steaks and it was a lot of food. a standard male could prolly eat the whole thing but i'm a smaller eater and ate just one of the two steaks. the sourdough toast was sooo good wasn't just your average thinly sliced sourdough... it was about an inch thick and so perfect toasted soft yet had the full sourdough flavor. i'd come again!
food was okay. pancakes were soft. would be nice to have fruit and complementary fruit syrup availability on there. at least they are generous with the maple syrup. eggs were okay. very much fried on the edges, which I do not prefer. sausage was yummy. Mahi mahi tacos were surprisingly good. More on the spicier end, according to Sam lol , but I liked it. Probably the stand-out dish from the meal. service was great with consistent rounds. made sure to quickly get things like creamer and sugar for Sam's black coffee because not on our table. they were not cheap with it either. so attentive and thankful for their great customer service. I thought that the posters hung up on the wall were interesting. Super duper unique designs and phrases. I internally giggled and was smiling so hard because even though I did not fully understand their messages, At least they looked cute lol. I like the penguin one!!! Picture seems as though the tabling setup is crowded, but it is not.
Been hearing about Manny's for quite sometime and so happy my partner and I were able to finally see what the rave was about! The level of service we received was incredible and every need was met by our server. The food omg was hands down one of the best breakfasts we've had in the proctor area. The gravy that goes on the chicken fried steak was literally to die for! They also have a bar so this place is great for brunch and mimosas. They often run specials so definitely be on the look out when you visit them! Chow!

Wait was suppose to be about 20 mins. It was 30 Sat at our table for 10mins before anyone greeted us to give us menus. Mickie came and took our order. Very friendly. Took everyone's drink order but mine. When she came back I asked if there were adult drinks. There are no drinks listed anywhere in the menu. When our food came I asked for butter.... butter never came. She checked on us 20 mins later and I just gave her my card. She came back with the credit card slip to sign and my copy. There was no itemized receipt so I dont know exactly what I paid for but I assume $134 for 5 people sounded about right I gave 4 stars cause the food made up for it... or atleast my dish did! French toast was nice and fluffy. The syrup tasted like a caramel/maple mix. Goodm but too sweet toward the end Blueberry pancakes were nice and fluffy 6oz steak and eggs was the winner. Your choice of bread. Comes with hasbrowns. The steak was cooked medium which was fine. The sauce on the steak is what got me. There was pesto, shredded cheese and some type of ketchup/may/ maybe Sriracha mix. But it was REALLY tasty. Southwest hash - great portion. Has brown postion was nice and crispy. They were very busy. It was father's day. So im sure it was just an off day with the service. Would definitely try again The only suggestion i would make would be to put the items that dont fit on the main plate, on a smaller plate. These tables have limited room. So giving each patron 2 large plates (one for french toast and an equally large plate for eggs and bacon) took up a lot of room on a 4 person table where you sat 5 read more

We liked this place so much, we went back again. Great place to get your breakfast fix. What sets them apart is they may their own syrup and sauces - which takes a basic breakfast to the next level. Delish! Went for Sunday brunch at 12:30, did have to wait for 45 min since it's first come first serve and it's a small diner, but we just went across the street at Compass Rose to kill time. Santa Fe omelette was a great choice! Love the spicy chorizo. Don't worry it's mild, but maybe not for a kid unless they can handle a hint of heat. Loved the bell peppers and olives in them. Not overly giant, the right serving. I asked for salsa on the side. Still great without salsa but it's personal preference. read more

Still 5 stars! This time we tried the breakfast. My wife and I split a Southwest Hash and the French Toast Breakfast. The hash was tasting great with the two over-easy eggs mixed in, but I thought it was missing something. Then I remembered the salsa and poured it over the top - that was it! The French Toast was delicious. Juan's syrup tasted like an apple/maple/caramel but it wasn't overly sweet. Again.... Perfect. Yep... looking forward to moving to Proctor next summer to be closer to Manny's Place. read more
Had some time to kill and wanted some breakfast. Found Manny's on YELP and gave it a try. Nice neighborhood cafe with friendly staff and good hearty breakfast. Let me begin with wonderful toast. I had wheat and it was a large tasty slice, not that wimpy thin slice you often get. Tasted like it came from a bakery and it was really toasted. The shredded hash browns were golden brown and tasty. Maybe a little to much oil but still delicious. I had the Proctor omelette and it was packed with sausage, pepperoni, and bacon as well as peppers and onions. Eggs were fluffy and cooked through, a real good omelette. Put this on your breakfast stop list. Love eating at local neighborhood cafes. read more

The wait on a Sunday at 9:30 was so long. It took a while to even get treated at the door. After about a 30 minute wait in the small space we got a table and ordered drinks. Water came out fast. Their Bloody Mary I could not finish. It was so salty and just did not taste right. I tried. Definitely do not recommend. Our server was kind, but they all seemed to be in the weeds. They could use more staff but I get it's difficult. The coffee was ok, I would honestly just go to a coffee shop around the corner. Pancakes were delicious. Everything was just busy, loud, and we were rushed to leave due to the wait. read more

Amazing breakfast spot! I just wish I lived closer to here so I could come here more often. We stopped by here on a sleepy Thursday morning and was surprise to see a few other tables in there as well. Service was excellent, coffee was strong and the food? My god the food! This is exactly the kind of breakfast we were looking for, chock full of potatoes, huge eggs portions and amazing sour dough toast. But my favorite thing? The homemade salsa that the chef makes in house, I'm still dreaming about it (and this is coming from someone who rarely puts salsa on eggs). Well done, Manny's!! read more

Decided to go back on keto tomorrow and wanted one last breakfast with some delicious carbs. Decided to try Manny's for the first time. Pretty close to me and had some positive reviews. Showed up around 12:30pm on a Saturday. The place was full and the owner greeted me at the front. Put me on a list, took my phone number, quoted me about 5min. Called back in about 10, and I came right back and was promptly seated. Server walked by and took my order right away as I already knew what I want. She grabbed my coffee super quickly. I will say it took about 25 minutes to get my food, but the place was completely full so I definitely get it. When the food arrived, it was exactly what I wanted. Each component was cooked skillfully. I love to cook and am in the industry. So I can be a stickler on certain things. But I can say I had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff and owner were all super friendly and never stopped moving. Rarely impressed by first impressions, but Manny's impressed me today! Will definitely be back next time I come off keto, and highly recommend this place for anyone that hasn't been but wondered about it. read more

Solid breakfast place with really, really good freezer jam. I had expected a bit of a wait on a Saturday morning for breakfast, but we were able to get a table immediately. Service was subdued but attentive. The kind man that was serving us was also taking care of all the other patrons. But he never seemed rushed or distracted. The food was fabulous. I had the eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. The bacon has a peppery taste-very unique, but I like it! If I lived in the area, I could see myself stopping by for a meal here regularly. read more
Love this place! Came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and got greeted and seated right away. The host/bartender was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding the drinks. We all got the mannymosa's for $10. It was definitely worth it - tasted delicious. The overall vibe of the restaurant is nice. Random decor that makes it all the more charming. I ordered the kitchen sink omelet and loved everything about it! Only $15 and you get hash browns, your choice of toast, and of course the delicious omelet. Best thing has to be the service. Our server April was super nice and friendly. Would definitely come back! read more
