3.5/5 I was craving a breakfast sandwich and decided to try egghole, since I had recently found out they had a location in Tacoma. I wish that their menu had a description of what the sandwiches had inside of them. They just have pictures and their names. No prices either? My boyfriend and I got the BEC and the sausage, egg, and cheese. The sandwiches were pretty pricey for what they are, but delicious nevertheless. The sausage, egg, and cheese came with two thin sausage patties and had an incredible garlicky honey mustard sauce. The eggs were a little too cooked for my personal preference. The BEC came with a peppery ketchup that added a sweetness to the sandwich. Overall a solid sandwich, but paying over $20 for two was a bit steep. There is barely any indoor seating, which is kind of a bummer when the weather is colder and you want to eat. There was a group that came in after us and had to awkwardly wait in between the cash register and the seating area for the table. read more

I usually love the egghole and I agree that their sandwiches are great. However, today I stopped by to get an energy drink and it rang up to be $11.97!!! Apparently, despite all of their specialty drinks $7.88, if you make a build your own they charge you $0.75 per syrup that you add. I think it's ridiculous to be charging your customers $12 for a drink that is no more complicated than any of the drinks already on the menu. Additionally, the girl ringing up me upsold me on syrups without informing me of the extra charges. As a fellow barista, I find that to be ridiculous and is definitely something I would inform people of as charging per syrup on energy drinks is not the industry norm. When I brought this to her attention, she simply stated that they charge for each individual syrup and that I should keep that in mind for next time. Needless to say, charging $12 dollars for an energy drink in this economy is ridiculous. I won't be going back to the egghole anytime soon. read more

Good and service was great. Helpful!! Breakfast sandwiches are a thing here and I can see why. So good' my friend ate a meatless option and I had the eggs Benedict-like sandwich. So good! Extremely limited seating area. No way a group of friends could meet here for a desk nor coffee and yummy breakfast sandwich. But worth picking up and eating at one of the pretty parks nearby on a sunny day! I will return read more

Egghole is a good option for breakfast on the go. We decided to swing by the Lakewood location before heading to Chambers Bay Golf. The shop occupies a triangle lot and is hard to miss. They do have a drive thru, however we opted to walk in and order. The shop is small and offers bar seating for anyone looking to dine in. Staff member was very helpful. She provided us a brief explanation on the sandwiches and hinted on which ones are popular. We ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches to go and chose the Walk of Shame and the BEC (Bacon, Egg, and Cheese). Our food was ready within a few minutes. The Walk of Shame is hearty. This is the type of breakfast sandwich that should be eaten after a night of drinking. Eggs was perfectly cooked and brioche bun was fluffy. The BEC was also noteworthy. The cracked pepper ketchup added a different yeet wonderful flavor. Prices are on the higher side. For a couple of sandwiches and tip, we spent about $27.00. read more

They STILL make the best espresso anywhere. It had been a while since I stopped in. There isn't much space for sitting so it's not a place for lounging around -- most of the business is drive through. Still, the service inside is always great and like I said -- the espresso. This is the only place in the area that I'll drink it straight with no milk. read more

Sadly, I had high hopes about this one, but I believe in it has too much cheese on their sandwiches while others might say "too much cheese no such thing" I really wanted this to be a higher rating because the name and the building are super cute in all honestly it's just another coffee stand that is centered around egg sandwiches read more

Love the location in Kent. Recently moved to this neighborhood and been driving by here often. Finally stopped for "brunch" and got the friends with Benedict's Sandwich with scrambled instead of runny eggs. It was good BUT the hollandaise sauce was way too watery. Their menu needs to be completely redone because all it has is the items with no description - so how are you supposed to know what you're ordering? The two girls that were working there were very nice, but I'm sure they're tired of explaining to every single customer what each sandwich contains . It's absolutely ridiculous. But the most shocking thing was how much my sandwich was- $16.88 for a breakfast sandwich!?!?! Even if it's the hollandaise sauce would've been perfect. I don't know if I can spend almost $17 for a breakfast sandwich that just seems insane. Going to egghole for a breakfast sandwich should not be a special treat. It should be an easy quick to go breakfast, but not at those prices. read more

During the stormy weather, the power went out in our area and we didn't have much food at home or a way to cook anything to eat. All the restaurants in our area were closed due to the power outage. Egghole saved the day! We ordered online and it was delivered in about 40 minutes. We ordered two Sweet Cheeks breakfast sandwiches. It is a way better version of a McGriddle! Sweet and salty, filling with the egg, meat, and cheese. Just perfectly delicious! I want to visit in person next time. It was worth it, but I was bummed to spend $40 on two sandwiches to be delivered. read more

First off, I will say I love Egghole. I literally drive out of my way to get it. This should be a 10 star review. I don't know if it is the new workers (I have usually had the same ones), or what is going on, but they have been very inconsistent. My drinks are usually amazing! However, the last few times I have been it has been really hit or miss. They always have pretty great customer service (one of the reasons I love going here), but if I am going to buy a $7+ drink, it should be awesome every time. We might take a break for a few weeks and hopefully the kinks will get worked out. read more

This is the first time I've ever felt the need to make a negative review of a place. I've came in and ordered a white mocha with an extra shot and instead of that they added pure salt to my coffee! Not to mention when I call the establishment to see about possibly getting a refund or something since I can't come back since I was on my way to work, they have this AI bot that wouldn't let me speak to anyone and I could finally even leave a message after calling 4 times. Doubt I will come back after this. read more

I just wanna say that this is the cutest place with the nicest barista. They're courteous they're fast and it is super clean. I got a Cortado and they are one of the few places that have sugar-free hazelnut. The prices are about average and the sandwiches look delicious. I will definitely be back for breakfast. Presley, Amaya, Alina, and Sky are great read more

First off, the people working that day were friendly, and super helpful. Note: they are cashless. The place itself is small, just a small area to wait for your order. They also have a drive up window. Now the best part. Their sandwiches are on another level. Pricey? Yes, but as far as value goes, it's outstanding. My wife got the "Walk of Shame " which is their vegetarian option. I got the "Friend with Benefits, which is loaded with bacon. We each had a mocha. That was the best breakfast I had in 2025. Needless to say, we've been back. Oh, and even ordered from Door Dadh. read more

Pretty good! I did not try a coffee or lotus, but I did get a breakfast sandwich. I opted for the walk of shame, as it has 3 eggs and seemed like the best protein option. It tasted good with the exception of the egg on the edges being dried and hard but I pulled that off. The inside is stylish and cozy, modern. Beware, there's no indoor seating, but there are outdoor picnic tables. Service was quick and the server/barista was nice and professional. I don't know that I'd go out of my way for egghole, but it was a worthwhile stop while I was waiting for my car to be detailed across the street. read more

Pretty disappointing experience here, the sandwiches were so wet and messy nothing like the photos shown. We ended up throwing them away after a few messy bites. Service was OK, just a few folks inside seemingly rushing around even though there was only 2-3 customers. It was cute inside I suppose but that doens't make up for the overly messy food. I also agree with others that they need to put descriptions on the pictures showing whats inside them. Wont be back for sure. read more

I used to go when they were really new. I liked their drinks before they changed their menu. The wait times were always a little excessive but I was willing to wait. The price wasn't cheap but it was worth it to me. Recently went and it's gone downhill. Doesn't help the owner is a MAGA. Now I will never return. read more

Small and cozy shop with board games on table to play as you wait for your food. Service is great, staff are friendly and they check in to make sure you have what you needed and answer questions if you have any. Sandwiches are good and burgers as well. You get to add more toppings to your sandwich or burgers for extra charge. Bit pricey but they are worth it. Haven't tried any drinks but sandwiches/ burgers and fries hit the spot. read more

Egghole reminds me of Eggslut. It isn't quite the same, but the idea and concept is there. I have driven by this location lots of times wanted to stop by and finally got around to doing so last weekend. There is a drive-thru, which is super convenient for those who are on-the-go. There is limited amount of parking and no indoor seating FYI. Once you enter inside, you are basically right at the cash register. The menu is pretty small, but regardless the items we ordered were delicious! I ordered the Walk of Shame, which is their #1 seller on the menu. It has soft scrambled eggs topped with caramelized onions, American cheese and sriracha mayo in a toasted brioche bun. My sister got the Friends with Benedicts, which has smoked bacon, a runny egg, and hollandaise served in a toasted brioche bun. Besides the two sandwiches, we both got drinks: Infinity & Beyond and Liquid Sunshine. Out of the two, we liked the Infinity & Beyond one more. My one complaint was the drink had a lot of ice in it, but it was the 16 oz. cups we ordered instead of the 24 oz. read more

Sandwiches are insane. Really friendly people as well. Never been disappointed. The simple sausage and egg sandwich is an easy option.

For the price, they dig to the very bottom of that egghole. Got 2 Walk of Shame sandwiches. One had so much sauce on it that when we bit in half the sandwich exploded out its own egghole. That was a real shame. The second one had avocado that maybe they confused with a Century Egg because avocado should not be grey and gooey. The next time I want to put over-priced eggs into my own egghole, I'll just go find a bald eagle nest and chow down. read more

Love love love these breakfast sandwiches. Idk why this has a lower score on here than it should have. I guess my only critique is I wish there were more vegetarian options for my husband. We love to come here on weekends! Surprisingly a lot of breakfast spots in the area that have drive-thrus do not carry a regular egg & cheese sando, and as a parent of a tiny one and the wife of someone who doesn't eat pork, a drive thru is necessary some days and no meat is necessary almost always! So happy we found yall. The sandwiches are delicious - really sizeable and stay warm for our short drive home. The coffee & drinks selection is simple and tasty. They don't carry the fries that their other location does but honestly it's not a big deal to me. The shop is small and on an island between a couple busy roads so if the drive thru gets backed up it's a bit awkward in the parking lot. But the service is 10/10 every time! The workers are so friendly and sweet, and they have cornhole out front for folks who walk up and need to wait. read more

I was excited to try this place because I follow them on IG. This location is not like the Kent location. This is a small drive up place w a limited menu. They only offer 4 or 5 breakfast sandwiches. My mouth dropped when they told me my sandwich was $10 (includes tax) ! It must be the most expensive breakfast sandwich I've paid for. When I opened the box it looked unassuming. My first thought was that it was deflated, flat. Not at all like the pictures of B.E.C. (Bacon egg cheese) that I've seen at the Kent Egggole. When I took a bite it tasted better than it looked. There was enough bacon to really taste it. The brioche bun was nice and soft and the cheese was melted. The egg was barely there, just over cooked and flat. I would've preferred a fluffy, semi runny, egg . Overall, it was an ok sandwich. Not $10 worth though. Maybe if it had something special enough to go back for like a signature sauce. There was a red sauce in there but was it just ketchup? read more

I love good coffee, but I wasn't thrilled to find Bible verses on the cups. I came in for a latte, not a lecture. Printing Bible verses on your cups turns a simple caffeine fix into an awkward "message moment." It's a little off-putting and honestly, unnecessary. Please keep the focus on the brew, not the Bible. If you must include scripture might I suggest Ecclesiastes 9:7! read more

I've ordered from this place twice now, and the food is great. The first time I ordered through DoorDash, it took an hour to arrive, but surprisingly the food was still fresh and hot. The second time, I ordered and picked it up myself. The wait was longer than the pickup time said, but the staff was friendly and helpful. You can't modify the sandwiches, but they're made fresh daily. Don't believe the negative reviews! Try this place for yourself! Only giving 4 stars until I try a few more times. read more

Horrible customer service! We ordered two sandwiches (a Bacon Egg and Cheese, and a Benedict). When we got home we noticed that the Benedict had zero sauce and the egg was overcooked and dry. When we returned and asked for a refund, they refused to do so. Instead, they tried to give us a container of hollandaise. When we asked for a manager, they told us they cannot do refunds. We asked to speak to the store manager and they refused to connect us with the store manager. Instead they told us to Google it. We did and there is no number for the Lakewood location (there is only a number for the Kent location). The shift manager refused to call the store manager because there was a line of cars in the drive through. They insisted that we figure out how to get in touch with their manager. We are now filing a complaint with the BBB. This is unacceptable. read more

I will admit the food is delicious but the wait times are ridiculous. fist time I ordered I ordered for pick up 20 minutes before I was supposed to get there and when I arrived after the app said it was done they hadn't even started on it so I had to wait another 15 minutes. I just tried to order food and a drink today and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. while people that went in and arrived after me were served first. I finally get up to the window and I sit there another 5 minutes and neither girl even acknowledged me. I didn't even get to order anything so I just left after waiting 25 minutes. really disappointed. the purpose of a drive through is convenience and faster service and I was stuck there having to wait because I couldn't get out of the drive through only to be ignored when it was finally my turn. do better please. read more

Wanted to try this place again while in the area. We decided to have things delivered this time. We got our order super fast, coffee was still nice and hot and sandwiches were too We both had the sausage, egg, & cheese with honey mustard aioli. The aioli was absolutely delicious. Stopped in through the drive thru to order some coffee. Some things to note: they do not take cash, they do not make blended drinks, there are no prices listed, their bfast sandwiches ate pricey at just over $10. Even though there was no one in line behind us, the woman who took our order seemed a big impatient. I ordered an iced Rise d& Grind. This drink is terrible. Their coffee is horrible, I'm sorry. I tried to drink it off and on during my 30 min drive but I couldn't. I'm not sure if this is how their drinks always taste or they just had an off day but I probably won't be back. One star because their little location is cute and the younger gal who came over to chat was very nice, but that doesn't change my mind about giving them another try. read more
