So we were headed back home to the Katy area from a quick trip out of town. We stopped at this pizza spot because it was the only pizza place on our route home. What attracted us to this place initially was the fact that they said that they were "New York style"pizza. We have been on the hunt for some good Chicago style or New York style pizza in Houston and have yet to find it. This place was a huge disappointment! We ordered the one topping carryout special in a medium-size and the pizza was very small even for medium. The marinara sauce was not very good and the cheese topping was not alot at all. The only saving grace(which was why they got 2 stars instead of 1) was the buffalo wings that we ordered. The chicken was very delicious and they put just the right amount of barbecue sauce on. For what we paid for this pizza we would've been better off ordering from pizza patron,Little Caesars,or even Red Baron and would've come up with the same type of pizza for five bucks or cheaper. Their slogan was that they offer New York style pizza and this pizza was anything but that. It was very thin and it wasn't very big at all. We probably won't be back to this spot. Awww, I was sooo hopeful but my gosh, this place is not it. Love supporting non-chained businesses but the food was atrocious. Like reeeally bad. Got the pizza and the cheese tasted store bought-like and the dough was like a soft bagel like texture, no flavor at all. I also ordered wings and yikes, they literally took the frozen wing, did not season it and just fried it. Then threw some sort of sweet baby ray tasting bbq sauce on it. False advertising and bad customer service. Outside there's a 9.99 large pizza sign but they "changed the prices." The least they can do is cover it up or honor it to customers. The lady at the register was very rude, and even admitted they honored it for other customers because the manager allowed it. She didn't even greet us, just looked at us in an annoyed manner. The food is pretty good, but that's too bad the customer service was terrible. read more

Don't sleep on Manny's Pizza. The pizza tastes great and for a great value. You can tell that they use good quality ingredients and good cheese. They don't use the cheap cheese that looks and tastes like plastics after it cools down. My family has always been super satisfied when we order specialty or 1 topping pizzas. Same great quality every time. Way better than your usual Pizza Hit or Dominoes. We've had the red sauce pizzas, white sauce and olive oil. All great quality! read more

This review is from Friday December 18th. We finally decided to try this place for the first time. I got the Italian sandwich, I loved the crisp bread and soft in the inside and my sandwich tasted good but was the saltiest Italian sandwich I've ever had. My wife had the turkey sandwich and she loved it, so maybe next time I'll try another sandwich or pizza. We also got a order of fried mushrooms which this is the reason I gave such low rating. I've never had fried mushrooms so horrible in my life. This is a item I love getting at other places that have it and for Manny's to even serve this to people is disappointing. They were soggy on the outside mushy and very doughy on the inside and the mushroom on the inside still tasted really fresh like it haven't even been cooked at all. I've ordered from this restaurant twice, I'll never do it again. I almost always give second chances, but never a third. The first time I got spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were decent, and the sauce was good, but the pasta was so overcooked. It had no texture at all, just mush. It was also cut up into tiny pieces, which made it really hard to eat. I threw away half of it. The second time I got a chicken parm sandwich and fried mushrooms. They really need to change out their fryer oil. It tasted rancid. Disgusting. And the chicken breast in my sandwich was a really weird texture, rubbery and dry. It was definitely not fresh. I threw away the chicken and just ate the bread. This place is awful. read more

First time customer. Ordered to go and as we were getting in the car to leave to pick it up they called to advise the order was ready before the estimated time which was very nice! Wife and I each got calzones, both were solid. Kids split a cheese pizza which they enjoyed. Great value for the price and will be putting this place in our regular rotation. read more

Decided to give them a try once again after maybe a year of not ordering. Sad to say the food was still not good in my opinion except for the pizza. The shrimp Alfredo had no seasoning and a little dry. Same with our lasagna it was to dry for my taste their garlic bread seamed reheated. We were looking for Pizza to order and pick up (in the wake of recovering from Hurricane Harvey so our normal pizza place was closed) My boyfriend was driving home from work and spotted this place that neither of us had heard of. I'm so glad he did. We have been having the hardest time finding pizza that we BOTH like and we have found it. We ordered a large pizza with sausage and pepperoni. It was great! I liked everything about it - the crust, the sauce, the toppings, everything was perfect. There were lots of toppings and cheese. I didn't really agree but my boyfriend said it could use more sauce (matter of taste though I suppose because it was perfect in my opinion and I'm the one who likes extra sauce). The only thing that was strange was this "sauce" that was included on the side. It looked like a home-made version of the garlic butter sauces that all the big brand name places have. It was a bit weird tasting, we didn't really care for it. But they included it in the box so we didn't pay for it and next time we just won't eat it. I think it's nice that we didn't have to pay for it like we do everywhere else. Both sandwiches were really good. I especially liked the sauce they used on the meatball. We also ordered the suicidal wings. They really weren't that spicy to be called suicidal. The wings were crispy and cooked well but there was definitely not enough sauce on them. We will order them again but we'll have to be sure to tell them to put more sauce on the next time. I have been ordering from Manny's Pizza for awhile now and each time is a great experience. I should note that I have never tried the pizza yet because I am so hooked on the spaghetti and meatballs. Seriously. It is my favorite. Wanna know why? The meatballs taste so fresh. They make everything there from scratch. The fettucine alfredo is pretty good too, but the chicken always tastes dry. Their garlic bread is delicious. It has a different taste to it than most garlic bread I have tasted, but different doesn't necessarily mean bad. If you like cheesecake, try their plain one it is delicious. I usually order delivery and it gets here in 25 min or less. I guess it works out that it arrives pretty quick since I live so close to the location. Give Manny's Pizza a try if you haven't already! read more

Probably the best pizza in the area but I would recommend getting extra thin crust with Grilled chicken Jalapeños Onions fresh Garlic extra cheese and basil on top ...after that it's all heaven on earth ...try it you guys won't be disappointed. read more
