If you tell them there is no Acai in the base since it is white and not PURPLE, they will threaten to call the police. If you ask them to blend it again, they will say their blenders blades are too dull for a different result. They don't answer the phone. Essentially the new owner came in, purchased the location, and is trying to extract all profit possible before shuttering it and closing it permanently. The touch screens are DIRTY AND STICKY. The surfaces of their work area are absolutely filthy with sticky residue from never being cleaned. And all the while the OWNER/MANAGER is making one single teenager figure it all out. They're basically paying them minimum wage to deal with all the complaints due to BAD MANAGEMENT.
