I couldn't go get them fixed on Tuesday because I worked. Wednesday I still went to my photo shoot in hope that she could edit them in the picture. Thursday, I went in and asked if they could fix this. They told me "we will fix it. it's staining and black, we need to do color" and I went to pick a color because I didnt mind. I picked pink. Upon leaving, they tried making me pay $35 for the color they put on my nails, even though they are the ones who did not complete the original service. The guys response was "well white is never guaranteed, I'm only comping this for you once." They were kind enough to comp it, but this should have been the expectation in the beginning. I am disappointed with the customer service here and I won't be back.
