Their policy is terrible and their customer service even worse. Bayat, the person who had delivered us the chandelier , did not open the box to check if the piece was intact. He simply left the box at our place, we did not know about their policy, otherwise we ourselves would have asked him to open it for us. The piece of the chandelier was broken. Our electrician also noticed a bit of the wire attached to the light was cut off as well. We complained, but it took them over a week to answer / reply back. When they finally did, they told us we would have to pay for the extra piece. When we went to their store to pay and inquire about when we would get the extra piece, Bayat would not accept the fact that he did not open the box. He kept lying over and over again that he did open the box and showed us that the chandelier was in one piece. He did not! He simply didn't show any concern. I would not recommend this store to anyone! Their customer service and policy is the worst.
