This is the before photo of my hash browns. Look like they were dunked in some temperature oil and then thrown in the tin foil.

Quite frankly I can only imagine that this is a franchise location that is an embarrassment to the entire company. They're not friendly and they do not care about the quality of the food that they are putting out. Wrapping a croissant in tin foil and then pressing it down does very bad things for your sandwich. Serving hash browns that are a lethargic White and glistening with oil could only mean that the oil was not up to temperature before they were put in. I've attached before and after pictures of the hash browns, the after pictures are after 15 minutes of my home air fryer to actually cook them. Probably the simplest thing on the menu that came straight out of a bag was screwed up.

I don't make a point to review chains but despite the fact this is a chain, inclusive of the word "Manhattan" in its name they have... pork roll and use real egg on their sandwiches (if I recall correctly). So, if you're hungry for a pork roll, egg and cheese on a bagel (naturally), you can come here and get one at any hour.

Staff is rude and they charged me $1.25 extra to butter my bagel. I'll go to Panera next time.

Today was a happy accident. Originally the search was for a place that we had assumed was in…read moreNewtown Square, but was actually in Newtown; much too far to go to for an impromptu breakfast unless we were prepared for a small trip. However, this is the circumstances that led me to Rolling Stars. Not knowing what to expect whatsoever, except that I read that they served bagels, I was blown away by the offerings and the quality of everything they have, and will definitely be coming back to try some other menu items in the near future! Not only do they make almost everything from scratch, homemade here, with the bagels obviously being their signature item, everything is fresh, bold and wonderful. They even have a daily soup that is prepared by hand, that is available all day long, even for breakfast. If you've read any of my other reviews, you know that this is a game changer for me. Their coffee drinks are very good, and while not the best I have had, they are fun, tasty and they will make special additions simply if you've ask. In my case I ordered a simple cappuccino but they added little heart sprinkles for Valentine's Day since it is upcoming, even though the drink doesn't have them. The biggest problem I had was trying to decide what to actually choose from the menu because I was faced with way too many options that I wanted. I ultimately went with "the Bella", a portobello sandwich, which comes on your choice of bread, or any of their bagels, of which I chose the egg everything. Within a few bites I knew that this was easily within the top three bagel sandwiches I had ever had, and I am very critical of bagels and have had a TON of bagels and bagel sandwiches, coming from a kosher deli family. I also had the soup of the day which was a brilliant chicken noodle with awesome large macaroni elbows that just totally kicked it up. In our entire visit we only encountered one thing that was bothersome and it wasn't with my food but with our table's, and this was likely due to expectations. The jalapeño cheddar bagel is simply a plain bagel with a slice of cheddar and diced jalapeños on top. Now it was still outstandingly delicious, but I feel like we were under the impression it would be cooked into the dough and the entirety of the bagel. This wasn't the case and I can't knock them for it because it was still fantastic; aesthetics be damned! You should definitely visit here if you have not been here yet, and I can guarantee you will be coming back again and again. I cannot wait to go back, and I didn't even touch on the crazy awesome bagel chips that come with nearly everything!

Went there Sunday AM at 10:00 and it was busy but we got seated relatively quickly. Server Alison was fantastic and while providing awesome service, the food and the ambiance were nice for a Sunday morning meal- obviously one of their busy shifts. We went back on Tuesday when the traffic was less but the service and food were both still awesome. The hostess recognized us from our previous visit and made us feel at home. First Watch is great if you want to pay $9 for bacon but Turning Point is an all around good choice!

It's nice inside, still new. Bar seating option and plenty of tables as well as a private parking lot. I was warmly greeted and lead to a table immediately. I did glance through the menu but knew what I wanted. Waffle, over easy eggs, and bacon. They have a decently priced combo which was perfect for me. Food came out quick and piping hot. I would ask them to delay the waffle for about 5 minutes next time so I can get a head start on my eggs and save the waffle for dessert. I've heard the coffee is good but I didn't have any on this visit.
