I then went to the woman at the front to clarify, and she just pointed at some packets and said, 'We have mayo right there. I didn't take your order, so...' Honestly, the whole experience was super embarrassing for the establishment. It's one thing to miss a condiment, but it's another to have the entire staff treat a simple request like it's a personal confrontation. If you visit their website, they offer coupons (e.g., $1 off brownies, free pretzel w/ purchase of a milkshake, etc.) you can print out. Normally, it is only open Thursday through Saturday. During certain holidays they do open other days of the week. For Christmas week, they're open Monday through Wednesday since they're closed on December 25th and 26th. For New Year's week, they're open Wednesday since they're closed on Thursday (New Year's Day).
