Awesome, quick service and the Asiago Bagel was scrumptious! The lady who fixed my order was all business but not rude and very efficient. The place has a few tables, a great selection of deli food other than bagels, and it has self serve coffee. It gets busy in there so it tends to be a little stuffy but you're only in there for a quick second. The prices are higher than my area but the flavors is there so it's worth it.

End of day bagels I was given by the kind staff.

Visited the new location in Somerville, it was great! Clean and open space, awesome staff and a great menu. I was given some free bagels as it was the end of day for the store. I'll be coming back!

Perfect little family run bagel shop.

A perfect little family run bagel shop. Prices are very budget friendly. The staff was extremely charming and welcoming. The bagels were very fresh and they were generous with the cream cheese. Not a lot of seating so plan on taking it to go. We were just traveling on the highway and looking for a quick breakfast and this was so much better than a fast food stop. I am putting this on our itinerary as we travel back-and-forth. Don't forget to grab a couple of bagels to go. You won't be sorry.

I will say that they put a lot of cream cheese and I do like that.

Honestly, as you know if you've read any of my reviews, customer service is so important! I'm giving you my business and I don't have to. The least you can do is say hello. So I will start here, you walk in and every single time, there's not one person manning the front. You can't even get anyone's attention. Doesn't matter how many people are in the store waiting. Finally when they see you, it's like you're bothering them. This last time I had it... the woman turns around with a nasty, maskless look on her face and said can I help you (sarcastically) like I was a bother to her. I then said, "I placed an order online for pickup". There's always something with this place. This time, they didn't care that I said no egg on my bagel, it came with egg. Now I know to check every time because they don't know how to read an order. Actually, they don't care, simple like that. The reason I gave two stars and not one... well they make a better bagel (even though it's a little too soft) and give you more meat and cream cheese than the other bagel place in town. Don't get me started on that one. If I haven't written a review already, I will be. What's up with NO ONE caring about their customers? Zero customer service, I mean do not expect anything. So to continue, they could not fill the online order, they were out of a specific bagel. So the guy was letting me leave the store and I said wait, "there's only one bagel, there's supposed to be two". Then this depressed face, short blonde headed woman looks at me like I'm inconveniencing her and says nastily, "we were out of it". Not, I'm sorry, we ran out or is there something else we could get for you? No, they don't care, this is what she said, "we didn't charge you for it, we refunded the card". I'm like, ok then, that's fine, but for heaven's sake, please try to be nicer to your customers. I'm literally getting so fed up with this! They do not care about anyone, bottom line. Also, there's usually someone texting right there on their phones while there's a line. This time it was one of the nasty blondes. I'm not that old, but these guys are a bunch of kids who have nothing else better to do with their lives, but make other people's miserable. In addition to this, the place is super small and once again, check your order before you leave! I'm also noticing that not many good reviews have come in lately. Makes sense! They could care less!

I ordered a bacon and egg bagel sandwich. The bagel itself was very good. However, I was disappointed that they used packaged cooked bacon.

What happened to this place? Just got a dozen of these thin, dry, bread circles. Prices up and quality way down. Sad.

Hot Bagels and Deli - Toasted poppy bagel w/ scallion & cream cheese

1st visit to Hot Bagels & Deli. The gentleman who took our order was friendly & informative (didn't…read morecatch his name). There were a ton of choices on the menu. I ordered a pumpernickel bagel with Taylor ham, egg, & cheese. The fillings were good but oddly the pumpernickel (which looked right) didn't taste right. It wasn't inedible but it was missing an ingredient (rye or molasses or something), it just tasted like oddly plain bread. Pumpernickel is my favorite go-to, so I was a bit disappointed. My spouse had a dried tomato bagel with the same fillings as mine & he enjoyed his. I would say that the restaurant could use a bit of a refresh, along with boxes opened up & dealt with (ex: several boxes of tables or chairs lying on the ground). I needed to take a headache pill while there & sadly there was no access to drink a little tap water (I did find a cup and some ice and managed with that). I think this location has potential especially with its location, but hope they might have some time to put in a bit more detail to freshening the space, a bit of elbow grease, and ensuring proper ingredients. I wanted to end with the positive note that I did like that they seem to be creating unique cream cheese and bagel flavors that I haven't seen elsewhere.
