However, I noticed the feature has been turned off in the Clover App for several weeks now, and I figured since it was midday Saturday, it would be safe. Wrong. The place wasn't busy, but many people were waiting and it took a looong time, even tho I only ordered a plain bagel with light cream cheese and a coffee. Several people that came after me got their food before, and what normally takes 3-4 min, took almost 12. Plus my order had to be remade because the lady prepping it accidentally toasted the bagel. I wrote it off as an off day, but came back on Sunday and had a similar experience. Needless to say, I'll keep coming here because the facility is super clean and I love their food, I just hope they get it together and reopen the Order Ahead option!

It was a sweltering 93 degree day, and I walked to order a simple lunch here. Oh and I needed caffeine. As I walked in I found it so quaint. I went up to the counter and found a beautiful soul. I spoke to her letting her know about my food allergies. I asked her about the bread ingredients and she so sweet and very patient. I grabbed a coffee, bottles of water and soda / pop. She knew I was at the local hotel, she asked if I was going to walk back and I said yes. She said no you are not. I have to go get gas, I'll take you. I said no, not to worry. I grabbed the heavy bag and remembered the heat. I said, I'll pay you. She wasn't having it. She drove me back to the hotel. I learned that she is the owner! This is what I say is the best, most beautiful thing a restaurant could ever do for her customers. The ham and cheese were excellent. The coffee was so good. Barbara THANK YOU!!!! I hope my followers will continue to bless your business beyond measure. You made such an impact and turned my day around to the better.

Their quality of bagel is tops with the right touches of boiling vs frying, soft vs hard, flavor variety, and savory vs sweet. The staff are very responsive and quick and the exciting interior begs for a discovery of their many many items well beyond bagels and breakfast into the lunchtime, too. The menu creatively uses bagels to launch into a wide array, taking what is the customization and classic ingredients of a classic bagel place with all the modern ideas of so many food cultures. The Chicken Salad Sandwich was really good, fresh, flavorful, made exactly to order, and probably the standout here. Also grabbed 1/4 lb each of the egg salad, tuna salad, and chicken salad, and all three were tasty. I think the Egg Salad was probably the best one and reminds me of a deviled egg. The Steak Breakfast Burrito was just ok, but it was definitely heavy on the potatoes and pretty light on the steak which was like shaved steak meat in Philly sandwiches instead of chunks of steak. I think at least half the burrito are potatoes. Still flavorful overall, just not quite balanced the way I expected.
