Bagel Bizarre - I was disappointed overall. I ordered a lox plain bagel with everything and didn't even get lettuce. For a $15+ purchase, other locations in this franchise include a pickle and a choice of salad (potato, macaroni, pasta, etc.)--but here, I got a bag of potato chips with no choice. Even the bagel itself seemed smaller. This is supposed to be a franchise, yet all I've experienced are inconsistencies and excuses for why this location is so different. First time customer with the new Hillsborough location and wish I'd known of the other locations before now. Absolutely, hands-down, the best bagels in Jersey and even better than those in NYC-crunchy outside and the inside is soft and chewy, exactly like old school bagels should be. What a great find! Funny story... I was actually already in this mall (I'm not from the area) and got in my car to Yelp the best bagel location... this was the first one that pops up... I put the address in and it says that I was already at my location... I look up and see that am... loud belly laugh. LOL! So, I got back out of my car.... smh. Was really pleasantly surprised at my experience... clean, open, airy... I was blown away by the variety of bagels and cream cheese options... great menu with sandwiches, salads, etc.. Got the regular rainbow bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese for my LO and she said it was the best she's ever had (and she's had a few). The service was very pleasant and the prices were really decent. Sad that the closest one to me is not right around the corner, but I may have to make exceptions to get there for any bagel cravings! read more

I was in the area for shopping and I realized I hadn't eaten anything, so I decided to grab a bagel for myself. I got an everything bagel toasted with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was absolutely delicious! The cream cheese was the right amount of spice as well. I've never been to this bagel shop but I was really impressed by the interior decor and how they had their bagels lined up. They had a bunch of types of bagels I haven't seen at other shops. The menu also had a lot of other options if you weren't in the bagel mood! I was debating getting the avocado toast but opted for some carbs instead. Service was pretty fast too, I placed my order and got my bagel within five minutes. Next time I go I'll try out their salt bagel, that caught my eye! read more

Bagel Bazaar has become our regular Sunday bagel place - they have fresh bagels, good prices and a rewards program. I've always been a fan of this location but since the turnover to Bagel Bazaar they have only improved. The dining area is very clean and I have no problem dining in here now. The coffee station has hot and fresh coffee and a clean creamer and milk selection. read more

Been here two times and they got my order wrong both times. And they were simple orders. Egg and cheese on a bagel. Came without cheese. Plus they use scrambled eggs for a sandwich and not fried eggs. No good. Remodel is nice but don't judge a book by its cover. Oh and the .50 up charge for a jalapeño bagel is just plain annoying. Took the place of previously owned bagel stadium. New owners and workers. Just not as good as the old bagel store. Ordered an egg and cheese bagel sandwich here twice. Both times the sandwich was cold. Bagels just aren't very fresh and it is often disorganized with a long wait. I do recommend driving a few minutes up the road to the other Bagel Bazaar in Middlesex. Few weeks I drove 45 mins to get to this location, just to try their pumpkin spice, pumpkin shaped bagels; and I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was! I was pleasantly surprised & impressed! I also like that they have a vegan cream cheese option! Just wish there was more than just 2-3 flavors but I'm sure that hopefully will happen with time. I usually have a good experience but today was terrible. Nobody was ahead of me. Took over 15 minutes for a sandwich and home fries. Got home the home fries were still hard and not fully cooked. My bagel was not toasted and it was cold. No condiments on my sandwich. read more
