So check this- Mangos use to be the spot! This place was thriving earlier this year...then the staff changed. Arrianne wasn't gone, where's Jackson? And Lyle? The main managers were a foundation for the place. Now the managers...are just...not pleasing, they're rude, they have attitudes, they're not the right people for thisenvironment. Earlier this year/ last year there was a whole crew of staff that looked like they belonged and loved their job. I'm talking about When Aliahs, and ceirra we're working there. The snapchats were full of cute girls and funny captions and now are filled with the opposite. It's not good marketing. This place use to be cool, but it's way fricken cringy now. I don't even watch the snapchats anymore because it just isn't pleasing to look at. It's not the same unless you have youthful attractive people working there. On the flip side their hookahs are bomb, they got WiFi, they changed their setting a bit. Dope. But please get rid of your whole staff they're just ruining it for the place. Great environment, great flavors, and great service. Starbuzz is one of my favorite shishas and this place has a ton of flavors. Service was great, hookah came out in minutes and the coals never were ignored. Only complaint is the instant light coals they used but I know there economic and convenient. I have tried couple of Hookah only places in Columbus and I would rate mangos cafe to be the best among those. Not the best hookah I've ever had. Always over packed and if your at a couch by yourself they will make you move to a less comfortable table. I'm not going back because it's usually filled with adolescent teenagers. They don't id they have terrible service and are overpriced by a lot. I won't be going here anymore. I like going to places with couches but this place is just not worth the 20$ for a hookah. All the hoses and hookah is dirty and the hoses are plastic, cheap, and falling apart. Wow. Strike 2 for Mango's. After having a terrible experience my first time with an out of control employee yelling obscenities and fighting with a coworker (right in front of me and other customers while we tried to enjoy our hookahs) , I was encouraged to try this place again. This time the disgusting, sweaty male employees were walking around without shirts on going in and out of the kitchen and offices. Me and my friend were so repulsed, we will not be back. Finally made it to Mangos! Nice atmosphere... I LOVE their music selection. I'm not sure if that's what they play all the time, but when I went it was a nice EDM/House mix of music. They've also got this super cute hookah fountain in the middle of the room... I imagine it'd be pretty relaxing to read next too while hookahing. The service is great! Everyone is nice. Though, they're a bit different than most local hookah establishments. It seems like someone changes your coal every 5-10minutes... if you've smoked hookah before, you know the coal can last longer. I found that to be a HUGE waste of their coals... but hey, it's not my business. :) They have a...erm...different policy about seating than I've ever seen in a hookah bar... with the couches you have to order a certain amount of hookahs to sit there or agree to share the space. Usually it's seat yourself at the other places I've gone... so this was interesting to myself and my group. It made it easy to make new friends though! Their chai is actually really good! I still love Gypsy's chai the best... but Mango's chai is closing in on my favorite! :) Haven't tried their smoothies yet, but it seems like they'd be good. The hookah prices are really good... especially for the amount of coals they give you, haha. Oh, small tip, if you order a blueberry muffin and you don't want chocolate all over it, make sure you tell them. We weren't expecting chocolate on our muffins & it came drizzled all over. This place is AMAZING! They have the latest in hookah accessories.. all glass hookahs (which if you've never had before, then too bad for you - you've never had awesome hookah!), best coals, heads, hoses... You name it, they have it. I've smoked hookah all over the world and I'm very particular about my hookahs. This is easily one of my top 3 places EVER - smooooooth hookah, no harshness, great flavors. What more could you ask for To top it off, customer service is off the charts! This is the place to be!!! read more

This hookah bar is always noisey, crowded, and full of young teenage looking kids. They play very loud ghetto music and have awful hookah. I go to midnight hookah and I always get blue mist so I ordered that there and it was NOT even close. Tasted like charcoal. Then they attempt to take picturesof you for social media. I HATE my picture being taken. Let alone have some little kid take my photo and represent a buisness that actually ruined my night. .... either way. I will NOT be back there to spend any money. First of all there are TONS of teenagers I mean it is close to the university so I guess I can't complain. Also the staff isn't too attentive. Other than that it is pretty okay. Mangos cafe used to be the best hookah cafe in columbus, I would come here at least 4 times a week and it was great! The staff was awsome and they were very attentive. The owner is and still continues to be great! However, I have started noticing that mangos is going down hill. The new staff is very rude and it seems like they don't care to be at work. There are some veteran workers that continue to be the best, just the new ones seem to need more training and a lesson on customer service. I'm staring to think it is time to invest in my own hookah or find a new spot to go. read more

This is by far my favorite hookah cafe. The service is incredible! All of the servers are super friendly and treat you like family, especially if you're a regular. They change the coals often and make sure you're happy and having a good time, unlike Sahara. The manager, Lyle is especially awesome. My boyfriend and I haven't been in in a couple of months and when we came back, he brought us an order of mint tea on the house, and then dropped off a $5 gift card! Place is not your typical lounge. Ambiance needs some improvement...open layout seems kind of odd. Nonetheless, the staff there is excellent. First time here and everyone was so helpful... Not what you would expect at a hookah bar. The owner I believe or supervisor offered us delicious tea and a five dollar gift card which was a nice surprise. I like the environment. The staff did a great job adding hot coals to our hookah. We added on a tube that is frozen which helps create a better tasting hookah flavor throughout the entire session. Will be back when we visit Columbus again!! P.s. Exceptional unexpected service. The only downfall is the size, not meant for you and 20 friends just about 6ish. But the service makes up for it I fell in love with the owner, so polite, such good customer service! Best part about this bar is the staff! I just love it and recommend it to everyone. Good menu, 1st time guest get free tea when the owners there and he gets to know all his customers by name.
