4.0 Stars Location Overview: This hookah lounge is located in Old Hilliard. The inside has a high end feel, but it made it still feel relaxing and very chill. If you have a laptop or need your phone charged as you smoke, there are tons of outlets. I thought the furniture was over done at first, but there is still tons of room to move around and tons of seating for small to very large parties. Customer Service: This is the only reason this establishment is not getting 5.0 Stars. While the gentleman who helped me was not rude and got my hookah going almost immediately, he was on his phone the entire hour and a half that I was there. I felt like I was being rude if I interrupted his conversation. I can understand most of these places are not run by employees but by the owners themselves so they are at an extention of their home, however, I would appreciate a little more professionalism. He did check coals frequently so the hookah lasted a long while. Quality/Quantity: The quality of the hookah was fantastic. No complaints there. The only thing I question are the coals themselves. I think this is the pickier side of me coming out, but I like to use cocoa coals not quick lights. This establishment uses quick lights, which are not bad, they just go out 3x faster than cocoa coals. The overall quantity is great. Tons of hookahs for a busy night, a lot of seating as well. Side Notes: Great for an afternoon chill and to read a book while smoking or bringing the cliché for a night out. Very little parking. If its a busy night you may be struggling to find parking. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I came in and we waited there for 15 minutes, and no one greeted us. There was a lot of people outside smoking though. Eventually the owner showed up and was VERY RUDE ignoring us playing games on his phone... we seated ourselves, table was dirty waited 30 minutes for a sh**** hookah THERE WAS MOLD IN IT, I COULD HAVE GOTTEN LUNG CANCER. save yourself the Money and go to mazaj.. read more

Good night out and great service. They have plenty of flavors for hookah and tea / coffee. Good time to hangout with friends

I WISH YELP HAD A NO STARS OPTION!!!! I was visiting this establishment while I was on a quick work trip to Columbus and I wish I never went tbh. When I walked in, nobody greeted me and I wasn't given a menu. Someone finally came over and asked me what I wanted and I told them I wanted a mint hookah with coconut (natural) coal. 10 minutes later the server returned, and this was the beginning of this disaster encounter. First of all, when he arrived the pipe had quick light coals and not coconut coals and the flavor smelled off. I quickly realized he had given me paan flavor and not the mint I ordered. When I brought it up to the server he looked confused and yelled in Arabic "Abeeda dalabt el na3na3" which roughly translates to "the n-word ordered mint". Sadly, because I'm black they assumed I didn't understand Arabic however I graduated from high school in the Middle East so jokes on them. When I brought up the comment, they went from shocked to angry. At that point I realized that while their clientele was made of people who look like me, they didn't need my ABEED coins and left. Don't come here, they legit have no respect. Also, half of their pipes look like they had mold in it. On the way out I heard a woman say that when she complained about her food, the server STUCK HIS FINGER IN HER FOOD AND TOLD HER IT WAS FINE AND THEN THREW HER BABY AGAINST THE WALL AND LEFT THE BABY WITH A PERMANENT DENT IN HER HEAD!!!!! read more

I really wanted to take this time to thanks the twins. They let us host my brothers 48th birthday gathering. We had an amazing selection of cigars and hookahs to choose from. The waiters and owners always came over to check on us and bring us water, ice and anything that we were in need of. They made us really feel like we were family. If you want a safe comfortable place to unwind with no drama come to the twins. Thanks again for the hospitality and friendship. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselbes. read more

UPDATE: I have been going here for the past few years and I have an odd relationship with this hookah bar. Let me tell you why: Hookah: 5/5 Their hookah itself is really wonderful. I don't know if it's just the shisha itself or what... but you can definitely identify all sorts of flavors. I'm not a mint girl... but through recommendation, I ALWAYS combine mint with a fruit. It brings out the flavor and the hit is smoother. Customer service: 2/5 This is kind of frustrating. I can't stand the customer service. They greet you, seat you, and get you hooked up... really quick and then they are no where to be found. We are expected to change the coals ourselves. They never check up on us. A lot of the times they have a group of men come in and play cards, and whomever is working is preoccupied with them (usually mingling... I assume they are family/friends), which means as a customer you get neglected. It sucks. Food: 1/5 When this place first opened, their food was phenomenal. But in the past 3 years their food has taken a turn for the worst. Take my word: DON'T EAT HERE. Every time we try to give it a chance, we have to send it back. I kid you not, their Oreo milkshake (which used to be delicious), is basically just Oreos and ice. Not ice CREAM.... ice. Atmosphere: 4/5 The atmosphere is really chill and they actually have beautiful displays of art on the walls. Their couches are comfy and everything seems well maintained. Very cozy. They have plenty of room to accommodate a lot of people. Whether you wanna go by yourself or with 10 people... they'll get you seated comfortably together. Location: 3/5 It's very convenient for me. However, on the weekends parking can be a hit or miss because it is in Old Hilliard. Overall: 3/5 I keep coming back to this place because I only get the bare minimum. If you don't feel like driving in the middle of downtown for some hookah and ONLY want hookah... this place will fit your needs. Their hookah and seating area is great. However if you want to eat food, hookah, and expect great customer service... look elsewhere. Pros: Convenient, good hookah, comfy atmosphere Cons: neglectful service, pricing is average read more

Twins Cafe Hookah Lounge - a watermelon in a vase - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

When I am in there I see people of all races . I am in the Cafe a lot. Never have I seen anyone disrespected. The twins greet everyone the same with a welcoming hand shake. Great service. I took my 85 yr old mom in there to see the place. We don't smoke ! We get tea and cheese cake. Only time someone is asked to leave is when they are disrespecting to anyone. Last night a large group of people came in dressed up like they were going out on New Yrs eve ! Negative post here are not so. read more

Twins Cafe Hookah Lounge - This is the hookah!! Great service, nice atmosphere - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

Very very cool place! A ton of seating, comfy couches. Definitely has a higher-end vibe. They also have a whole room where you can buy hookahs and supplies. The hookah was delicious and the service was great. They pretty much give you a whole roll of coals so you don't have to wait for your coals to be adjusted. I prefer to do it myself anyways! This was a great place to spend the afternoon. Loved it! read more

Atmosphere- Open space with a lot of comfy faux leather couches. TV monitors to watch sports. Clean and simple. The crowd is more mature than campus, so it was a nice experience. Service- A, the waitress recommended this interesting flavor that tasted like the scent of frebreze. Food- Their mango smoothie was good. They do have actual food like gyros and hummus but we didn't try it. I would recommend this hookah bar even though it's in Hilliard. read more

This place is one of the best hookah in Columbus for the following reasons: good filtering, plastic hose (so the flavor doesn't get stuck), nice new couches, offers food and tea! It's nice and cozy and has great decorations. Also the service is great. They are really nice. You know a hookah place is good when you see a lot of Arabs. read more

You just lost a customer. This is a ripoff. A hookah, mugg of tea and a coffee for $42. This is way to much. Revise your prices. I added a %20 tip and I had to pay $50. read more

I'm currently in the hookah lounge right now let me say by far the worst customer service ever. Horrible music selection that caused me to cover my ears and the sensory is awful. Feels like your in a dungeon makes me very comfortable. Overall all hookah is spot on and food is amazing. I wouldn't recommend this location to any friends or family.. because of safety concerns. I'll rate this location a 2/5. read more

Great environment! But terrible hookah! To be honest it's one of the worst hookah lounge in Columbus. Considering how bad is it is very overpriced. There's room to improve! read more

I stopped in Twins Cafe late at night for some tobacco and coals. The young men were extremely polite and helpful to me. They had good recommendations for flavored tobacco, explained the difference between natural and quick coals, and even threw in some hookah tips for free. I would like to sit down and smoke hookah in the establishment sometime. read more

This place is horrible I wouldn't recommend to anyone the people are so rude an I think anyone with a logical brain knows that these assholes don't care for shit about their customers and their sitting around an I been waiting for 20 mins to just get order. Horrible. Don't waste your time and money. Unprofessional customer service. The owner was so rude after asking for a better service. The food was stale and smelly, the owner asked me Partner to leave. We paid for what we didn't use and left. I guess maybe its their culture as Arabs to be rude, but I think they should adhere to the laws, culture of the land. Customers are always right. read more

Worst shisha place I've been to, rude and disrespectful owner & employees. This place deserves zero star. I can't believe they're still in business. Disgusting, over priced and terrible. Do not waste your time and money. The food was terrible, read more

Good hookah, loved the food, and great customer service. I always order the mint and lemon smoothie. Owners are friendly.

Total power-hungry jerk running the joint. Came down to Ohio for work and the gentleman running the joint was abrasive and disrespectful. Would not recommend. Furniture is cheap and run-down. read more

I walked in and I cant lie this place is beautiful. I walked in with 2 of my friends. So this first thing the guy said to my friend is that they don't allow people to wear hats in there. I look at the people sitting and I automatically see 3 people with hats on. When I pointed it out to our host. He simply stated it's not the GHETTO One. Wow I have never ever had anyone recall us as GHETTO granted we are educated college graduates. But it's because we weren't Arab as if they are more privileged then us BLACK PEOPLE. I tried to point out how rude he was and he chuckled and walked away. Then he took a while to take our order. Once we ordered he brought out our hookah and literally dropped the hose on the table. Again I've never experienced such disrespect. Maybe my dark hand was too dirty for him to touch. I guess we will never know. He new I was very upset and he completely ruined my mood. Do waste your time go to Midnight hookah where u will get better service and shisha. I'm sorry but this Racist place will not get my service again. This place gets 1 star for location and scenery. read more

The most quality all around hookah lounge in Columbus. All hookah lounges will have different pros and cons and everyone will view them differently. This lounge is as close to ideal as you're gonna get. The pros are: fresh shisha, quality hookahs, clean, well taken care of furniture that isn't charred from coals, tranquil music, plenty of TVs, friendly staff, and more. I've been to hookah bars across America and Twins is the only I frequent in Columbus. Often times I don't go to the hookah bars in Columbus because I don't trust they can make a good hookah like I can at home. You don't have to worry about that at Twins. read more

I travel for work and have been to more hookah bars than I can count. This place is easily the best one in all of Ohio. I come to Columbus for work often and I happily come here every time. The atmosphere is very comfy, staff is friendly and attentive, they leave the lights on which I love since I spend most of my time getting work done while trying to stay alert, and lastly the hookah is delicious. It's rare to find a hookah that the flavor lasts a long time and nothing here disappoints. If you're looking for a great hookah lounge in Columbus then check this place out!!! read more
