I'm always on the hunt for new coffee shops to try. I was pumped when my mom suggested Marib Coffee on a recent trip to Columbus. We got an assortment of drinks and pastries. The strawberry cheesecake was fantastic-- some of the best I've had in a long time. The pistachio cheesecake was also good. The savory cheese pastry was so so good. It tasted sort of like a pizza without marinara. The ambiance and decor are absolutely amazing. I wish I lived close and could work here. Parking is easy in the plaza lot. Bathrooms were very clean. I can't wait to go back and try more!
I like coming here even though it's 25 minutes away. The place is always clean and everyone is pleasant. The prices tend to be on the higher side but still not too bad.
came here today with a close friend we haven't seen each other and I wanted a nice place to sit and catch up The vibe of this place is gorgeous. It just is so relaxing with the music and the soft white with the gold. The only thing I didn't like was the left side of the had these beautiful booths with these big of beige grass. But the seats were like rock hard they look like they should be soft and comfortable, but it was like sitting on a wood bench. I was not expecting that, and I have to say I looked at the people who were sitting on that side, and every single person looked uncomfortable. I suggested that we sit on the opposite side closer to the register they have a different type of table and chairs, and they looked way more comfortable, and they were even the cushioned booth was actually cushioned. Which to me made no sense why one side would be rockhard another side would actually have soft cushions We both ordered a Spanish style latte, which just is basically using steamed and evaporated milk and we added cinnamon so it's sort of like a Cuban version delicious This place has wonderful bakery. It has really soft delicious croissants. They have the honeycomb pastry. I felt my honeycomb might've been a little stale. I know the difference and know exactly what it's supposed to taste like and I felt these were on their last day of use. That was disappointing. However, my friend loved and raved about her croissant. this is also the place where you can get the fruit and when I say that they're not fruit cakes, like what of at Christmas these are the small cakes with custard inside or moose inside with a little bit of cake shaped various like banana apple passionfruit somewhere in the shape of teddy bears summer cappuccino cup I have had those before and those are crazy good highly recommend those highly recommend the As far as the staff, the staff is really nice very helpful and they make great coffee I recommend this place, but if you're looking for a more comfortable chair, sit on the right side of the dining room versus the pretty left side
The inside is absolutely beautiful and great for pictures. Even their drinks and pastries are made for pictures. There's a decent amount of seating inside and a lot of free parking in the lot. It fills up quickly and gets busy, especially because they're open late. The seats aren't super comfy but they're nice. There's short coffee tables and normal tables to use as well. It gets very busy, so at certain times, you may not get a seat and people stay for a bit of time. It also gets very loud inside with conversations but they also played the music pretty loud, and if you're studying or working, I would bring ear buds or headphones. We got a few drinks to try and a few pastries to try. The drinks were good, flavorful, and made well. I would recommend the drinks and trying their specialty drinks. The pastries were a bit expensive for what they are but they're pretty good. We didn't see any prices listed by their pastries, so we didn't know until we ordered or asked. Overall, their food is good and it's a cool place to hang out and get cafe drinks and pastries. Overall, a decent place for good drinks, decent pastries and sweets, and cool place for a casual date, small group, or just a pretty place to hang out.
I found this place on Yelp. And boy was I glad I did. The coffee tasted amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was perfect. And lastly. The cheesecake was amazing. I just can't say enough about it. It is right off the freeway. So the access is just fine. It's located in a strip mal. So parking is plentiful.
This place is clean and beautifully decorated. There are plenty of tables for a large group to hang out. There is also a small section for small private parties or meeting areas. I wanted to order the Tiramisu latte, but they were out of ingredients. So, I ended up ordering the pistachio latte. The latte was ok; it could have been a little sweet. I also ordered the Biscoff milk cake, which was also ok. Overall, this place is pretty to look at with overpriced coffee. I don't see myself coming back here, especially with so many coffee shops around like Shibam or Qamaria.
Marib Coffee has all the viral and trending treats! We went specifically for the chocolate tiramisu cup. It was our favorite item of the night. We were recommended to add a double shot of espresso to the cup and that was perfect. We ended up trying the viral fruit shape mousses as well. We got the mango and the peach. The mango had mango mousse inside and a very little amount of cake and mango puree. The exterior was white chocolate. The peach had vanilla mousse inside and the peach puree was minimal and very frozen inside, which was not optimal. It had little to no peach flavor. All the items are very pretty to look at, but the viral fruit pastries were nothing to write home about. The exterior white chocolate was too sweet. They were $15 each and very overpriced. The drinks were good, my cousin enjoyed the tiramisu latte, but it could have been sweeter. The interior ambiance is very nice and well decorated. There are little spots with dividers for people who want some privacy for work or study. There is also one room for larger sized groups. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Overall, I would go to try a treat and drinks, but once in a while as the prices are excessive.
Who would have thought 7 PM on a Sunday and it's crowded! Due to it being busy, I wouldn't come here to study in but more for a social gathering. The name says it all, specializes in coffee but non coffee drinks available. I went with the Iced Pistachio Latte. It was rich in flavor and not too sweet. Deserts look amazing! Wanted to try everything but settled on the Pistachio Cheesecake. I'm a sucker for pistachio. The cheesecake had a nice creamy texture. The pistachio wasn't overbearing actually wished for more. Lots of seating around and a Private room available for groups. Will be back to try more food and drinks!
Ok yummy yummy. Can we take a second for this place? This was on my coffee trail exploration list with my best friend. We have been wanting to try it. I got the banana latte. So may fun flavors. My oh my! I will definitely be back. Perfect lil location right off the highway or by Westerville by the hospital or golf range. The staff was kind. It was kinda dirty, the place definitely needed cleaning I must say. That would be the only complaint, it was pretty obvious. Even at 9:30 AM in the morning. Please do not come here if you are in a hurry. It did take 15 minutes to get my coffee, quite a wait. But well worth it, very fresh. Not a fake banana flavor, very real. I will try another flavor next time! My friend got the Biscoff Cookie Latte, so delicious, I know she loved it! Prices were kinda pricey, but you get what you get. I loved the dried banana pieces, so aesthetic.
Cozy, warm ambiance with plenty of seating. Wide array of pastries, cakes and the dubai chocolate desert in a cup. We tried a couple of cakes that are soaked in millk, both were very good and not overly sweet. We paired with a pot of mint tea. Though we didn't try, they also have the viral fruit pastries at $13 each. It tends to be busy especially at night it becomes a hang out so noise level is loud. Overall, a nice coffee shop! Finally made it to Marib after seeing it allll over social media. I have to say, it lives up to the vibes. Marib is beautiful inside, with a peaceful atmosphere. They have plenty of menu options, for coffee lovers and those who prefer non coffee drinks as well. I went with a strawberry mojito since I wasn't in a coffee mood, my husband got some kind of latte. Both drinks were really good, though pricey. We also tried a couple dessert options, a milk cake and kanafa (I hope I spelled it right) . We did enjoy the desserts as well. One thing I felt was missing was descriptions of the drinks. They have soo many options and I felt like I was holding up the line by asking what things were. It would also be nice for all of the desserts to be labeled.
This little shop is beautiful! It doesn't look like much from the outside due to it being in a strip mall, but they really did a beautiful job on the decor. The menu board pricing is not accurate - about $1+ less than what they actually charge you at the register. The cost is also expensive. Maybe they're going for the upscale/luxury coffee shop feel. I ordered an iced strawberry matcha latte and it was $9.20! Maybe $6 but phew. The employees are kind and service took about 5 minutes. There is only one barista and one cashier, so if it gets busy, it will take a lot longer. The cafe area is beautiful and there is a lot of seating for studying, working, or even a business meeting. Overall, it was great to stop in and check it out. I'm not sure I will be back due to the cost and not being wowed by the drink.

Dropped by on a whim during a work trip in Columbus and must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I've tried a few different Yemeni coffee joints - Haraz, Qamariya, Shibam but this place clearly holds its own. The interior is well decorated and gives off very relaxing vibes. I was surprised to find it decently packed during a Wednesday afternoon. I picked up the pistachio latte and found it a tad on the sweeter side but the beans had the right roast to it. The latte was smooth and velvety. Noticed a decent variety of delicacies but left those for another day. The attendees were friendly and the place is kept sparkling clean. I now know my go-to coffee spot the next time I'm here. read more
So I had the opportunity to meet a local peer of mine at this coffeehouse last Thursday. Admittedly, it was my first time and they've been open almost a year next month. I cannot rave about this place enough! In no particular order, but as topics come to mind: The establishment is spotless. The staff is second to none and completely top-notch from the time that you walk in where you get smiles upon entry and including placing your order at the counter. Both with smiles. Wow! The ordering process is seamless. The menu is clear. Not worky. Their pastries and snacks that they have displayed are absolutely stunning. An amazing amount of seating tables for communities or single set up spaces if you want to crank some out privately. The ladies restroom again, like the front of the establishment was spotless. The decor in the establishment is absolutely incredible. Very inviting not screaming white like you're at the dentist office but calm and peaceful. My sugar-free vanilla latte was absolutely amazing. To my understanding that is the only sugar-free syrup still they had it. I was on it. The connection I had at the counter was awesome. Asked me if this was my first time shared some background information about the coffee shop just incredible. Their efficiency is spot on you get a little red light flashy alarm that you take back to your table with you and when it buzzes your coffee's ready. I love that no screaming no loud shouts across the room. It's absolutely classy. I get it now. I was blowing up my husband's phone while I was waiting for my coffee and my girlfriend to arrive sharing pictures and can't wait to return. Marib crushes it. read more

Love this place!!! It opens to 11pm, great vibes, contemporary interior design, and spacious dining area, study booth and one private room. They have so many exotic mid east deserts and cakes. They even have Knafeh which I can't find it any other place in Las Vegas. We almost ordered everything they have. We love their coffee so much! Must try the seasonal salted date latte!!! They also celebrate special occasions with fireworks if they let the staff know. The service is very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back if I visit Ohio. read more

Absolutely incredible! Got a blueberry and a strawberry! IDK if it's the caffeine rush I'm feeling, but I plan on coming back here and trying the mango with my fiancé and giving Marib Coffee all of our money. read more

This place just opened and it definitely has the elevated Persian vibes. I ordered the lemon mint refresher and a latte to go. The lemon mint did not disappoint, it is very similar if not the same as the mint juices I would order in the Middle East. I was very pleased with it! There wasn't a line and not many people there. They had 4 staff members behind the counter, it took over 10 min to make my drink. Don't come in a rush. The dessert case looked very nice and tasty, however while I was there someone asked to exchange their dessert because theirs was very hard... idk read more

Honestly this is by far my top favorite coffee shop! The staff is great everything is delicious! I love the spices in the coffee! All of their sweet treats I have tried have been amazing! Feels like such a cool and yummy place to hang out! Can't wait to go back!! read more
What a wonderful atmosphere at Marib. Warm and welcoming with organic neutral tones with gold accents. This is our second visit. We really enjoyed out last visit picking up a mango fruit cake and mofawar coffees to go. Today we're trying the house latte and an arabic coffee as well as taking home the house coffee (medium roast with cardamom) to enjoy at home. read more

All I have to say is wow. My husband and I are on a mission to try as many coffee shops as we can, and it was time to try Marib. First of all, the shop is stunning. Super sleek and welcoming. I ordered the biscoff latte, and my husband got the pistachio latte. Both were extremely rich with strong espresso. We didn't try any pastries this visit, but they were all so beautiful in the case. They even have the viral fruit pastries here! read more
A gorgeous new coffee/tea spot in Westerville! It's located in a standard plaza but once you enter, it feels bright, airy and lux. The coffee and tea is the best in town I've had. They have a good variety of pastries and fresh Knafeh! Lots of tables, casual seating and partitioned areas for working or meeting with people. Parking is easy and free. This will be my new go to place! read more

This place is great! I am so glad my daughter and I discovered it (her statement after our last visit: "This is my favorite place ever!"). Elevated, interesting Yemeni-inspired coffee/ cafe offerings, including lattes, teas, smoothies, refreshers, and really cool (and delicious) pastries. The viral fruit cakes are worth the slightly pricey tag: the molded chocolate shell looks exactly like whatever fruit is the basis of the flavor, and the inside has a delicious cake filling. The cheesecake is delicious (multiple flavors), and I loved the tiramisu latte I ordered (not overly sweet) and the salted date matcha (lots of options to customize that too). The place is located in an unassuming strip mall, but inside the decor is luxurious and beautiful. Lots of seating and lots of different types of seating (high counter areas, tables, low chairs, a great mix), so it is perfect for meeting with friends, working alone, or anything in between. I found all of the employees to be kind and helpful. We will be going there regularly! read more
Enjoyed our stop at Marib. The decor is beautiful in whites, tans and gold. Staff was very friendly. Many excellent pastry options. Since they are new we had a long wait time but it was very busy and I'm sure that will improve. The hot chocolate was a little watery and the Arabic coffee option 2 (dark roast with cardamom) seemed weak so not sure we would try those again. Highlights were the Tiramisu latte, beautifully layered with excellent espresso and dark chocolate, and the Biscoff cake - so moist and flavorful. I would definitely try another latte and pastry on another visit. Highly recommend giving them a try and spending a few moments relaxing in this beautiful new cafe. read more
This place is very nice. I was quite surprised at how many people were in here. From the outside you would not think this place would be inside here. It was really nice on the inside. We didn't have a problem finding seating and the food came out pretty fast. The waiter was also helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place if you are looking to hang out and get a drink and dessert. They didn't have food just desserts and drinks so if you want real food this is not the place to go. They also had all the desserts on display behind a case so you can see everything. My friend ordered the milk pistachios cake and she loved it. I was not a huge fan of it kind of reminded me of a wet sponge. I was not a fan of the texture however the flavor was good! I have the strawberry matcha and baklava and both were good. The waiter recommended the strawberry matcha. Apparently it's a crowd favorite and it didn't disappoint me. They also had those viral bears and chocolate cups. They were cool to look at. My lady and I travel quite a lot, living in Ohio sort of makes you numb and just use to everyday work and errands. When we travel and first walk into a beautiful hotel with an amazing smell at the door, we immediately feel vacationed. That get away feeling happened immediately when we walked into Marib, it was beautiful and relaxing with a welcoming luxury scent. Now to the food and drinks, presentation was perfect, flavors were delicious. Starbucks WHO?!?!?.... This will now be our weekend getaway coffee destination read more

I stopped with my grandson to get some of the viral pastrys & the pastry itself was amazing but at $14 EACH they shouldn't be all broken up. My on the spectrum grandson kept asking questions to the guy helping us & he didn't respond to him except for when my nugget said the inside setup was cool. Amazing Amazing Amazing! Simply amazing! I've been hearing a lot about this place and I finally got a chance to try it as I was in the area. First off she you first walked in, you're greeted in a heavenly ambiance with the decor. White and gold furniture, lights that are shaped like ice cubes, etc the whole 9. The customer service was immaculate, I always enjoy service with a smile, you can gently tell when people are happy to work and answer any questions you may have. I opted for the Biscoff latte on ice. I've have many variations of this drink from different places but this one was probably the best I've ever have. I was so sad once it was gone. Will definitely be back this weekend to get another. read more

Drink: House latte with oat milk. Latte with some a perfect blend of spice. The spice did not overpower but added great depth. Delicious and recommended. Food: Kunafa. This was warm, cheesy, and sweet. Wonderful to share with someone or for one of you love sugar and cheese. Atmosphere: gorgeous and light colored design. The layout is nice where you have many tables/booths that fit 1-4 people. There are three single work stations. And 1 meeting room that fits up to 10 people for a 1 hour window. Depending on where you sit, you can have more or less lighting as well as more or less natural lighting. Never any harsh lighting though. I'm not sure if they just forgot when I visited, but there was no background music. This has everything needed to become a community cafe/gathering spot. Loved seeing someone clean the common areas mid day and not just at the end of the day. Service: the gentleman who took my order was very nice and recommended desserts when I asked. Summary: lovely curated and designed cafe with great coffee and desserts. The menu offerings had someone for everyone but not an overwhelming amount of choices. Edit: I came back a second time. The house latte was still delicious. We also got a strawberry matcha. This has strawberry syrup at the bottom and topped with dehydrated strawberries. It looks really cute and has a light matcha flavor. The strawberry syrup overpowered. We also tried a mouse cup. I recommend sharing this one as it's very rich for one person. The mouse cup was good and unique, but it's not as good as the mouse cakes from another bakery in the Columbus area that is almost always sold out. Incredible vibes, amazing drinks, delicious pastries. 10/10 recommend the pistachio croissant. The ambiance is lovely and super cutesy, and the service was fast and kind. read more
