This is a great location to hang out or study with tons of semi outdoor tables and immaculate vibes. The price was about what I expected and the flavor options were good - I'd recommend their blends like Grapes of Wrath for a well-balanced bowl. Customer Service: Guy was nice when I arrived to pickup, and order came out quick. Only other thing was that the guy wasn't wearing a mask. Not a stickler for them, like do your thing, but still weary about it at this time. Maybe he wasn't expecting customers? Atmosphere: Been to a lot of hookah lounges and this place seems good. A little confused as to where to go to pickup the food as the sign out front speaks to delivery driver pickups and not everyone in general. Quick in and out for me. Food: Got a mushroom pizza (I know I'm weird), and didn't have high expectations. Crust was good, the rest was...okay. Overall: If you're looking for pizza in this area, maybe try a different place.

4.0 Stars Location…read moreOverview: This hookah lounge is located in Old Hilliard. The inside has a high end feel, but it made it still feel relaxing and very chill. If you have a laptop or need your phone charged as you smoke, there are tons of outlets. I thought the furniture was over done at first, but there is still tons of room to move around and tons of seating for small to very large parties. Customer Service: This is the only reason this establishment is not getting 5.0 Stars. While the gentleman who helped me was not rude and got my hookah going almost immediately, he was on his phone the entire hour and a half that I was there. I felt like I was being rude if I interrupted his conversation. I can understand most of these places are not run by employees but by the owners themselves so they are at an extention of their home, however, I would appreciate a little more professionalism. He did check coals frequently so the hookah lasted a long while. Quality/Quantity: The quality of the hookah was fantastic. No complaints there. The only thing I question are the coals themselves. I think this is the pickier side of me coming out, but I like to use cocoa coals not quick lights. This establishment uses quick lights, which are not bad, they just go out 3x faster than cocoa coals. The overall quantity is great. Tons of hookahs for a busy night, a lot of seating as well. Side Notes: Great for an afternoon chill and to read a book while smoking or bringing the cliché for a night out. Very little parking. If its a busy night you may be struggling to find parking.

It had very limited but extra large TV's . The bar seating was ok not great. The drinks are overpriced but it was explained to me it had to be because of the current state laws. The humidor selection was small but seemed to be sealed off perfectly. If you purchase a cigar there isn't a $10 cut fee. Cigar prices are about average for Ohio. The staff is very welcoming and considerate. The lounge is very far away from the downtown area so if you are there for a conference you will have to travel a long way. An uber or cab will be expensive. However they are very close to the Hollywood casino... Right across the street. There weren't a lot of people there at the time I arrived so I couldn't tell if the filtration system was adequate. I didn't see a lot of indoor tables if you wanted to set up and do work or eat. However they have plenty outside. I didn't use the Wi-Fi but I'm sure it's adequate. They have food truck on the side if you want food. Due to the location, small humidor and the lack of TV's I would give it a 4 out of 10. If you are travelling in... there aren't a lot of lodging options around nor other activities or restaurants. Its not located in a community it's far away from everything except a casino. But the staff are great and had some art hanging on the walls.

I'd expect to find something like this in the middle of Chicago - not next to a strip club. This is a surprisingly cool hidden gem in the area. They have a limited bar with virtually zero mixers and a walk-in humidor with cigars available for purchase. PROS: -Comfortable, armed lounging chairs and couches make up the majority of all of the seating here. All of the seating is very group-focused (four chairs face a table, etc.) for groups of friends. I would say I would have been uncomfortable smoking a cigar here myself; there's really no seating designed for single-person lounging, and I would have felt bad taking up a full four-person spread. -If you need to do work or are hanging solo, they have WiFi for customers. -Bathrooms are clean too. While the women's was out of paper towels, I snagged some out of the men's (two single-room restrooms). Both bathrooms looked surprisingly clean. -Really well ventilated. We actually didn't smell like cigars after leaving this place. -Parking lot right outside. Very easy to park and pop in, and lots of other people seem to come in, buy a cigar, and head right back out. CONS: -I really, really, really did not like the drink I ordered here. I'm not sure the bartender had any bartending experience. This place is very straight bourbon and whiskey forward with old-fashioneds being their most common drink. Two beer choices. No stouts or dark beers. You can't bring in your own options (understandably), but the bar options are limited if you aren't the stereotypical cigar smoker or are here as a non-cigar smoker here to keep someone company. -Multiple televisions were on the same channel, each with their own volume. Volume was not sychronized, however, so you had a constant 3-tier echo of the exact same program throughout the entire time we were here. -No one answered the phone the 5+ times I tried to call day-of despite being during their "open" hours. This makes it really hard to make sure it had what we were looking for.

I only found this place because it's technically a "brewery" and I was searching for breweries near downtown with the Yelp app. HO BOY. It's so much more than that! This is like hanging out in the living room of the talented, counter-culture friend you always wanted to have but weren't cool enough to land. There always seems to be something going on: emo night, freestyling, karaoke, etc. The beers and drinks are STRONG and the music is LOUD. Unfortunately, bartender Gage (short guy with bluish hair) managed to ruin the experience over a completely unnecessary personal reaction. I ran into him off the clock at a skate park and made a casual comment about the $6.66 price of his 8 oz drink. He took it personally, became defensive, and apparently decided that was enough reason to ban me from the shop. It's disappointing when a bartender's personal ego outweighs customer loyalty. Half Baked has lost my business and my recommendation. I'll gladly spend my money somewhere that actually values its regular customers.
