Highly suggest checking out the spot if you have time. On Mondays, they have wing night in the winter. On Tuesdays, they usually have open mic night all year long. On Thursdays during the summer, they have a cookout night, which is really worth your dollar, that starts at 6:30 PM. On Fridays and Saturdays during the summer, they have live bands. Fiess is normally alive music club, but on Viking game days, they become the ultimate Ohio Viking bar. Erik and the local Ohio purple people eaters club doing amazing job of transforming the place into your Vikings home away from home. They do the SKOL chant and they sing the fight song whenever the Vikings score. They give away prizes during commercials. They have a 50-50 raffle. It's like you're at the stadium. The staff is super friendly and very attentive, even though the bar was packed. Never missed a beat when your drink is empty or if you needed some food. The food is just OK. It could definitely be better in my opinion. I had the sliders and the beef just had no seasoning or flavor on it, but it was still OK. They do allow you to bring in outside food and there is a pizza joint next-door That had very good pizza as I got to try a piece of somebody's. I personally would recommend getting the pizza from next-door over the food inside. My only sort of gripe is that I wish the TVs were bigger and newer and brighter. Since the place is not typically a sports bar, I sort of get it. But they definitely need bigger TVs. Still totally watchable they just feel really small in the big space.

Walking in, I really enjoyed the art and decor as well as the shape of the venue, though to the side near the restrooms gets a bit crowded. My cocktail from the bar was great, and I know they have a featured list of fairly-priced cocktails (I want to say $12 - not bad at all). We also enjoyed the fenced-in outdoor area with the open kitchen! It was a fun night out and my only regret was not looking into parking beforehand. We were able to find street parking nearby fairly easily. I'd love to visit Ace of Cups again, and I absolutely will if they have Angel Du$t performing! Great venue overall and friendly staff.

The parking lot is a little strange- quite a bit of broken glass scattered around and a full sized dumpster right in front of the entrance. But I suppose this adds to the dive bar vibe. The bar staff were attentive and helpful and we each had one drink before continuing on to the next spot. I think that this is a nice, almost hidden, spot off the main street to stop in for a drink and recharge from the craziness of some of the other bars. The ceiling is also really fun and has a lot of beer taps mounted on it.

Ironically, nothing gets ringed up on the POS system and then suddenly my bill comes and I am overcharged by 4 beers. As I have stated before, there is a neighborhood across the street with customers that own $400k + homes that frequent that bar with money to spend. We don't mind sharing the space with the younger crowd because they bring a rejuvenated vibe; however when you overcharge me and my friends so that you and your friends can drink for free, I have a huge issue with that.
