She is always so kind, welcoming, and conversational, and she really goes out of her way to make us feel like regulars. She even remembers what we've ordered in the past, which is such a nice personal touch. We've also run into her outside of the bar while out and about in Grandview, and she always makes a point to say hi and talk to us! The food has also always been great. On our most recent visit, I wasn't super hungry, so I ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer with a side of fries. I was honestly surprised by how much food came with the cheese curds - the portion was huge for an appetizer, and they were delicious. The fries were great as well. They also have a really nice outdoor patio that's perfect for watching games. Whenever there's a specific game we want to watch, they're always happy to take our request and switch one of the TVs to the channel we're looking for, which we really appreciate.
