The service is always excellent: staff are nice and accommodating as well as fast! The side pickups by the wall helps if you don't want to wait for your order behind a counter. Besides the friendly staff, I enjoy their desserts and fruit drinks especially on a summer day. Sometimes they have specials and bogos. My favorite SEA dessert here is their momo chacha which reminds me of Filipino bilo bilo. They use fresh fruits and produce to make their desserts and drinks which is a plus. I recommend the Snow White mango juice with the sago and pomelo! This is part of their signature desserts. Overall, it's a very light dessert, but I love how easy it is to eat and how refreshing it is. The mango mochi was really good too. Great mochi texture and there's a mango on the inside. I think this needs to be eaten fresh or else the texture won't be as good the following day. The peach oolong mochi can be skipped in my opinion. It's more of a cake than a mochi. The peach flavor is very subtle, but I can't say there's any oolong taste. I love that they have mango mango in LIC. I'll be coming back many times for a refreshing dessert! read more

I've been here twice since their grand opening and there are many things I like about this new location of Mango Mango. Its perfectly situated on Vernon Blvd and a nice change from all the dinner spots and cafes. The desserts and drinks are super cute, with a variety of fruit and jelly/boba combinations. On our last visit, we ordered The Mango with sago in snow white juice. My fiancee loved it and the nostalgia of Indian desserts he enjoyed as a child. I played it safe with a green tea ice cream and red bean sundae. Although I wasn't into it at first, the red bean grew on me and I enjoyed the dessert. The employees were also incredibly patient with our many questions as newbies to Asian desserts. I truly appreciated it, and their helpful suggestions. This is my second time here. I'm a huge mango fan, so always love to see the variety in ways you can consume it! Came on a Thursday night around 7pm and the place was empty! I was definitely surprised, since the Flushing and other locations are always packed. The two employees working in the front were great! I ordered the A2 -- had mango chunks and sago. I was quite disappointed -- vast majority of the mango chunks were extremely sour (and I love a good sour mango -- just would prefer a more even ratio between sour and sweet mango.) The ice was also clumpy in a way that reminded me of when your ice cream develops frost. The sago also seemed a tiny bit undercooked and ended up being a little more crunchy than you might expect. As an avid dessert lover and an even more avid Mango Mango fan, I was so excited to hear that Mango Mango was coming to Long Island City. Mango Mango is a chain that will have multiple locations throughout Queens, Manhattan, and other states. You will find this location on a busy street full of restaurants and bars. The very clean interior is decorated with succulents, mango decor, and a big swinging mango shaped chair amongst other things. On their menu, you will find waffles, crepes, crepe cakes, ice cream, drinks (smoothies and boba), sago desserts, hot desserts, and basically every Asian dessert you can think of in between. With such an extensive menu, you will find yourself having a difficult time choosing which one to get. I highly recommend their A11 (a dessert I constantly come back to) but they all don't disappoint. Prices are pretty typical for your dessert places in the city. When I went this time, I got the mango mochi which has the perfect amount of mango filling that perfectly complements the soft, chewy texture of the mochi outside. I will say that you need to eat these when fresh because they definitely do not keep the next day (the mochi gets very hard). I also ordered the banana nutella crepe with green tea ice cream on top. Honestly not one of my favorite desserts only because I personally don't like whipped cream and the inside was filled with whipped cream. The green tea ice cream is the perfect balance of green tea and sweetness, with neither one overpowering the other. An absolute must go. Mango mango has a few locations throughout the city. This one happens to be in Long Island City and I couldn't be happier. The desserts are refreshing and most of them are low in calories! Such a wonderful dessert spot and so many different options. I randomly stumbled upon this new LIC location last week. We were walking down Vernon and saw the menu from the front of the cafe. Then a lady that worked there came out and handed me a take out menu with a 10 percent off coupon. I noticed the take out menu has a list of all their locations in the US and Canada. So this place must be decent if they have been able to expand all over the States. I did return on a week day, around 4pm, to order take out. There was only one table occupied inside the cafe. The place was clean, absolutely spotless and pristine. They take covid seriously, all the staff wore masks. I ordered the black sesame hot dessert to go. We waited for maybe 5 to 10 minutes and then was handed my order in a nice bag. I came home and unpacked my dessert and it wasn't messy at all. I devoured the dessert. It was sooooo good. Texture was not too thick or watery. It was not too sweet or bland. We were seated very quickly and the waitresses were very accommodating. We took 3 cakes to go: pink lychee, tiramisu and raspberry cheesecake. Out of all the cakes, the raspberry cheesecake was by far the best so I recommend that one.
