They likely lost a profit on all these attempts to get this sandwich to me and still were lovely about it! The texture was surprisingly soft and chewy. Like REALLY chewy. It looked like it would have some crunch or crisp to the edges but it was all soft and chewy. If that's your thing you'll love it. I thought the flavor itself is not bad but definitely like my cookies a bit more crispy on the edges. Would go good with milk tart: 4/5 good lemon flavor, more dense than I expected but very moist and delicious. I would definitely get it again because I am biased towards almond flour cakes.
